Cottonwood has gone above and beyond to diagnose and treat my labrador who has complicated health issues. From the professional and friendly front office staff to the vet techs and the veterinarians, everyone is kind and genuinely cares about the well-being of your furry family members. Could not recommend them more!

I wouldn't trust what they tell you about the health of your pet or the results of their tests and would get a second opinion. Either their machines aren't working properly or they don't know how to use them because what they told me about two of my pets test results was wrong, and one died as a result of taking her to Cottonwood for a checkup. I brought her in beause she was drinking a lot of water so Kirkpatrick did blood and urine tests and said that she was in the beginning stages of kidney failure, however, about an hour after getting her home she began throwing up uncontrollably and died the next day of what was likely kidney failure due to the meds they gave her...I had a similar experience with Jacob last year. If you love your pets, do not trust these people.

Best place to take go for any of your pets ! The entire staff is amazing!!! Everyone was very helpful and answered any question that I had.

I have had nothing but great experiences every time I’ve been to Cottonwood Vet. Went in for a routine checkup and was blown away by how caring and kind both the tech and Dr. Caroll were. I had a few minor concerns about my girl and they listened to what I had to say and presented me with helpful and reassuring information and solutions. I had some anxiety around sedation and Hillary called me and had a very open and reassuring conversation with me right in the middle of a busy day and put my mind at ease. She also called as soon as the procedure was over and took great care to let me know that everything went well. I will never go anywhere else and will continue to recommend Cottonwood Vet. Thank you thank you thank you for helping me take good care of my girl.

After taking my dog here since 2015 I’m astounded at the constant and steady decline in treatment, care, and service which culminated in an incredibly poor experience with my dog’s knee surgery this spring and subsequent (or lack thereof) follow up treatment. Update: Dr. Jakob reached out and they promptly got my dog fixed up and were really responsive with following up both with his recovery and when there was a problem with his meds. Still think there are some issues mainly due to how busy the office is which is undoubtedly compounded with the COVID situation.

Thank you, Cottonwood staff, for always guiding our family through our veterinary emergencies. We've been seen by Dr. Billman and Dr. Kirkpatrick on numerous occasions when our dog, Harper, has injured herself. Each time, they have been so thorough and kind, taking the time to explain things in detail and to soothe my dog-mom anxiety. The front desk and vet techs are always so compassionate and never judge me if I cry in the waiting room. :) Thank you for taking such good care of us!

Extremely good natured staff, very helpful and very humane. While going through an emotional pet crisis, they treated me and my pet with great care and compassion .

Had my dog neutered today. They found a broken tooth on exam and called me to see what they should do. It was extracted. Staff was friendly, professional. They opened on time and received my dog for his appt. They explained what the procedure was, I declined a other procedure I'd inquired about. They called me when surgery was done and again when he was ready to go home. When I picked him up, a technician came out and summarized his care, reviewed what he could and could/couldn't do, what to watch for, answered my questions and encouraged me to call with questions anytime. While waiting, I observed their end of the day cleaning of the reception area and was impressed with their attention to the cleaning.

Over the years I have taken pets to Dr.s Kelly, Jessica and Tom. It's superb to have them all in one location! They all are truly wonderful, caring and a pleasure to work with. With their kind mannerism our pets have always been most comfortable with them????

I’ve been with cottonwood vet for 3 years now and they have been nothing but amazing! My older boy is very nervous at the clinic and everyone is so patient and kind. Anytime I’ve had questions they alway get an answer to me within minutes of being on the phone. They are also very affordable with their prices. If your looking for a good, reliable and kind clinic these are your people!

Thank you so much Cottonwood for taking care of our cat Gus. 3 extracted teeth and a full cleaning for an EXTREMELY reasonable price. I am stunned and just so unbelievably thankful. The staff are so sweet, genuinely love animals and understand what it's like to have pets. I can't recommend them enough. Also, please thank your vet and their staff because they see everything. Never hurts to bring them a thank you gift for their hard work ❤️

Amazing facility!!!! We absolutely love them for their boarding . They love our sweet pups and have no reservations about "aggressive breeds" we have a boxer pit mix who is the sweetest pup ever and she loves everybody there . They have helped us through EVERYTHING for boarding me and my partners dog. From long job deployments to getting stuck with covid. Our pup is always excited to see the workers, and their customer service is impeccable. I highly recommend their services.

Got fleeced at the vet today! My dog had a full wellness checkup 3 wks ago. Came home from the clinic with an ear infection. Fine it can happen right? Took her in today & they charged $80 for just the ear exam. Nothing else was done. Total bill came to $144. Anyone out there with a good vet?? Never coming back here.
