One of the cleanest and nicest vet clinics I have ever been in my 52 years! The doctors and staff are amongst the most professional and caring as well! I would drive a hundred miles if needed be for this level of pet care!

We had our first visit with 360 pet medical last week and loved it! They were very patient with my shy dog, and gave us several options on how to proceed with her medical conditions, taking cost into account.

We were passing through and needed an appointment urgently due to our dog which was vomiting. Excellent staff and doctor who assisted us and prescribed medication.

Pretty convenient place to go to have your dog checked by a vet they got us in pretty quick that day

Dr. McDowell is the bomb-diggity. Treated the cats with care and patience.

I have been a client of 360 Pet Medical for several years. I have had a variety of the 360 vets care for my animals and have been very pleased with the care and love they have gotten. The services I have had range from new puppy exams to euthinizing an ederly and uncurable animal. The staff treats your pet like their own and are very compasionate with the owners. I highly recommend them for any type of diagnosis and treatment.

Best place in the Valley to take your pets. Dr. Stafford is awesome…. So is the rest of the staff.

I have had nothing but good experiences here. My pup is a rescue and fearful of humans and he just waltzes in the door every time which tells me they’re making him feel comfortable and treating him well. We came from a not so good experience with a vet so I was nervous the first time I dropped him off but he looked amazing when he came out. They always listen to me and my concerns about him and give me options. I dropped him off for surgery and got a lovely call part way through about how he was doing and that was very reassuring. Dr. McDonald has been amazing to Franklin and all vet techs have been responsive and caring toward him. I have nothing but good things to say and we will keep bringing Frankie back!

If you are looking for a vet in Bozeman, choose this clinic! I lived in BZN for 20 years and had experiences with a handful of vet clinics during the time; none were as wonderful as 360. I can't say enough good things. The whole staff is so unfailingly friendly, patient, and hardworking. They have gone above and beyond to help me in a multitude of ways and have never once deviated from kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Dr. McDonald's attentive, expert care and surgery significantly improved my beloved cat's quality of life, and probably added years to her life, too. She took so much time to communicate with me, and I trusted her completely. After being a client here for a few months, I moved to California and oh my goodness it has been HARD to find a vet clinic that comes close to this one in terms of quality of care, communication, and overall service. I miss this place!!

I switched my pets to 360 Pet Medical because they are open to feeding fresh, healthy food! I prefer to feed a raw diet and they were supportive of that decision. They've also been very patient with my cat who is fearful and aggressive at the vet. My dog is also not an easy patient whatsoever and they are good with helping him as well!

Dr Stafford is the best Vet in the Valley. She genuinely cares about my animals and thoroughly explains everything and is responsive and available. I will follow her anywhere!!

The staff, the doctors, the techs are all incredibly wonderful in their approach to caring for my dog and my family. They are thorough but do not push any treatment on you. They are caring and compassionate, run their appointments on a timely basis but I've never felt rushed. Thanks for providing the service to our pets!

Dr. Kenyon and Dr. Odenbeck run an excellent veterinarian hospital. The team is polite, patient and client centric. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and it is easy to see the entire team takes pride in what they do. For clinical competence, easy of scheduling and a caring approach go to 360 Pet Medical.

We have been going here for years (9?). We see Dr. Kenyon but have seen every other vet at one point or another. They are all great, and I love their staff and technicians too!

At 360 pet medical your pets a treated like their own. All the staff make you feel very much at home and they explain and go through everything they do. They are all wonderful people and my wife, myself, and my sweet abby (my cat) love them all.

I took my Arrow to 360 for a second opinion on my dogs coat and allergy issues and Dr. Kenyon was extremely thorough with me on different routes we could take. She was kind, very informative, professional and she loved my dog which makes me so happy! Not to mention how sweet all of the receptionists have been!! I will definitely be going back to 360 and plan to use them for all my veterinary needs! I will also absolutely recommend them to anyone!

They took good care of our carmella. She had 15 teeth removed. She's doing so much better than she was.

Loni and Chris are wonderful as is their entire staff! They took wonderful care of our yellow lab in her last few years of life and were so compassiate when we had to say goodbye. Called and got a same day appointment for my cat. It was our first visit, Nichole and Dr. Anderson were beyond amazing! Thank you all for helping Dizzy feel better! We appreciate you!

Have been satisfied here for years but recently, they haven’t taken care of us. This spring I picked up refills on monthly preventative meds. They gave them to me in a brown paper bag. When I got home, I realized our normal meds weren’t in the bag but rather, they had just sold me Frontline for HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS more than if I had just picked it up at Target or Petco, or anywhere. I called to ask about it, and they said they had run out of other meds, and this would work. I realized in the fall, that they hadn’t given me anything for the dog for heart worm prevention, so that was risky and then we had to get a test for that before re-starting him on his normal med (which they didn’t offer to cover despite the med mix up). Should have left then, but I do really like the front staff, the technicians and a few of the doctors, and we have a history there. Yesterday, I took one cat there for a dental. Dropped him off at 7:30, and they EMAILED me at 4:00 saying that they ran out of time and weren’t able to do his dental and I should come pick him up. They insisted on me paying $100 for the pre-anesthesia bloodwork anyways! As I’m calling around to find a new place to establish care, I’m finding most places don’t even do bloodwork on 3 year old cats, and those that do charge less than $100. The two trips yesterday took 2 hours of my day. My cat wasn’t allowed to eat for almost 24 hours, which is a health hazard for cats, had to travel twice and spend a day there and we need to repeat this soon because the dental cleaning wasn’t done. Still, they could have kept our business with a sincere apology, acknowledging this wasn’t acceptable and letting us go without charge. They just said, ‘Unexpected things came up; it happens, and yes, you need to pay $100 for bloodwork.’ Also, when I called other places and asked if this happens at other practices, the answers were always emphatic no’s. Every other place says this never happens.
