I was fortunate to find Dr. Anderson (at Faithful Friends) when I moved to Bozeman almost 16 years ago. We have never gone anywhere else in that time and have had 2 cats and 3 dogs, in all stages of life, seen at Baxter Creek. We love them! Minor mishaps, cancer diagnosis’s, acupuncture, surgery, euthanasia, routine vaccines…we have had it all done there. I trust them implicitly and feel so lucky to have my animals in their care.

My little dog was seen immediately and given excellent care. I even had assistance getting him into the facility. Happily, he is back on the road to good health. We love the Baxter Creek docs.

Came in from out of town for a wedding. When something pressing came up with our dog Baxter Creek was extremely accommodating and helpful. We were very thankful they got us in so quickly.

We love Dr. Palmer! She is straight forward, kind and doesn’t push anything that you’re not comfortable with. My (usually picky/shy) dog likes her and she always takes care of him super well. Definitely would recommend Dr. Palmer and the staff at Baxter Creek!

All the vets here are really super great to work with. They have cared for many of my animals from 1st exam until the end of love. I especially like that they take emergency call and I can speak with someone whom I can trust in the case of an emergency.

I have been going to Baxter Creek for quite awhile now. Over the years they have taken care of my "babies" with care, compassion, knowledge, and treated me with utmost respect. This starts from the time you walk in the door , to the time you walk out. I've never felt "crazy" for calling them with questions, or bringing in the dogs/cat for what might be called a small issue. They never pushed treatments, or tests, but have discussed things in a manner that I understand and can make a competent decision on. I love going there, and will continue to for MANY years to come. I STONGLY RECOMMEND THEM to anybody that has and loves their animals.

We were traveling & our pup got sick. They got us in within 90 minutes on a busy Saturday & took good care of us & our pup. Everyone we encountered was very nice, helpful, & knowledgeable.

I have 4 dogs and Dr. Anderson and his staff were so accommodating. I brought all 4 for their well checks on the same day and Dr. Anderson took plenty of time with each of them. I never felt he was trying to hurry us out, he was very thorough and helpful and answered all my questions. His staff were great, they were very friendly and helpful as well. Their office is a 4 hour round trip drive away from where I live and it’s worth it to make that drive.

The team at Baxter Creek are kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They’ve seen our dog for five years and always provide excellent service and information. My dog has had minor issues that haven’t required emergency treatment, but she has longer term issues.They have always been responsive to my questions and provided us with abundant, quality time and excellent information. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for pet treatment or information. I have seen several of the vets there and each has been excellent. I highly recommend this group!

Our dog recently had an injury that had us more than a little nervous about how to treat. The staff (particularly Shanna) were empathetic to our situation, didn't make us feel silly or singular in our concern, and got us the answers we needed to help our pet. We were very thankful for their expertise and relational approach.

Gosh, I cannot say enough about Baxter Creek and all of the awesome staff! Truly going out of their way to get us in at the drop of a dime, caring for our pets, and sending us home with a complete understanding of the visit. We see this regularly with the scheduled visits, but the staff really has a chance to shine when you need them most- during those unexpected visits. We have had great experiences with many of the providers, and feel extremely comfortable and confident leaving our pets as needed. Thank you for all you do!

For the past few years, we have traveled to Bozeman for vacations several times a year. When our dogs needed treatment, Baxter Creek Vet always provided outstanding care. So, when we moved here, we brought our dogs in for a 'get to know you' visit so our primary vet will be Baxter Creek and Dr. Spencer Anderson. Dr. Anderson's patience and understanding of dog behavior is outstanding. Our Queensland Heeler has NEVER let a vet touch or open his mouth without being sedated. Dr. Anderson sat on the floor and let Kaweah come to him, then petted and played (well, as much as a Queensland will play). Kaweah, not only allowed, but seem to accept Dr. Anderson's handle as affection. So, when the mouth exam came up, Kaweah had no problems letting Dr. Anderson open his mouth. This is the best vet clinic we've ever been in. All the staff seem truly devoted to the best care possible for our animals.

Dr. Jessica Bienapfl saw our dog for an emergent problem. They were able to schedule the appointment quickly and administer care. Dr. Bienapfl explained the treatment options, associated costs and anticipated clinical outcomes. The staff were excellent and responsive with great follow up. Could not be happier with the quality and professionalism of the clinic.

During this crazy pandemic, my yorkiepoo received warm, friendly service for a much-needed nail trim. Even behind masks, I could tell how much the staff cared! Thank you!

You know how sometimes you just get a really good feeling about a place? We took our almost 8 week old puppy to Baxter Creek for his first round of shots and to establish a home vet. Baxter Creek came highly recommended and I now see why. They were professional and friendly the minute we walked in the door (and I mean who wouldn't be with a cute puppy coming through the door!). Dr. Palmer answered all my questions (there were several!) and eased my anxieties about having this new life to care for! Our pup seemed to love her too by falling asleep practically in her arms! We did not hesitate to make our follow up appointment and are excited to continue seeing Baxter Creek for the years to come! When I had a bit of a panic and called frantically to the office, both office admin and vet tech were calming and understanding. I feel reassured with our choice to go with Baxter Creek Vet! They are amazing!!
