They are a great vet, Dr. Youngstrom and Dr. Paul are fantastic, they really care about animals and have always helped mine. They are very thorough and helpful

My German Shepherd, Tasha, had a ear hematoma. They got me in right away, and were very kind. They gave me several options of what would work best for her, very knowledgeable staff. Would definitely recommend, especially for emergencies.

Moore vet staff has always been amazing!! Courteous, kind, and patient! Even when I have gone in there twice frantic with two emergencies! Yes it is a bit more expensive than a typical vet but for emergencies they are top notch and you get what you pay for. For regular visits honestly they are pretty much right with everyone else.. I have checked prices with other vets since I am new to area. But, they are still they are top notch on how they treat your pet and you as a parent. They have always answered ALL my questions and NEVER judged me even when I have asked simple questions. I would highly recommend them! God Bless them All

The nurse who put my cat down was not polite at all! Overall the most rudest person I’ve met while putting a animal down. Rushed the sentiment on the animal, was back talking. Makes me mad trying to be there for my animal when someone so rude is standing next to me.

Yeah this payment before anything is done has got to go. We are bringing pets to an emergency clinic, I understand it’s not humans but for a lot of people our pets are better than most people, and for some they are all we have. My dog was poisoned and very well could have died but there I am arguing about money and do they really need to do all this unnecessary work for $1000 bill. Then I was told politely if I can’t pay I can leave. I offered my bank information, my card information, any information to get a 4 payment going and that wouldn’t fly. Your credit card payment offer is a joke by the way. You expect owners to go online a fill out applications while in distress that nothing is being done. Absolutely not. So what if you get some people that don’t pay, it goes to collections and you get a tax write off. These are the facts.

The reason we were there was heartbreaking, and I had no commentary on anything about the clinic except for one little thing. When two techs came out to get my dog from the vehicle, they placed her on the Gurney and started on their way inside. Thankfully we were right along side them, cause my poor pup almost fell off the gurney! Had we not been there, I’m not sure my pup would’ve made it through those doors alive. Along with that, when we said our final goodbyes to our fur baby, her head smelled like cigarette smoke, from one of the employees. I expected a more caring environment, and was disappointed to say the least. I am thankful they were there to help, but some things just SHOULDN'T happen and these are both examples of that.

OUR DOG RECENTLY STAYED AT Moore Lane, of course, he wasn't happy to be left there but we feel he was well taken care of. He had a bad stomach reaction even though we took his own food, think it was caused by stress, he has recovered and back to normal. All of the staff was friendly and seemed to like him. We would reccomend the boarding faciltiy to family and friends, thank you all.

Today we had to visit on such difficult circumstances with our sweet girl Paisley. The Doctor here was amazing! He was very compassionate and helped us through the difficult decision. Your love for your patients did not go unnoticed. Although Paisley was a stranger here she was treated with respect and love. I would also like to thank the tech that did Paisley's paw print. Your kind words and love spoke volumes. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being so kind to our girl.❤????

Took my dog in for emergency for lots of reasons, but mainly because I needed him in day of. Like all emergency care places they need all money up front. Seems cruel, but that's the way the emergency services in this industry works. The vet work was fine. Expensive as hell, like all emergency services. First time I came in had to wait a bit, but no one even asked who I was or what I needed. Did not even acknowledge that I was there. Timely wait but not too bad. Had to come back for more antibiotics and prescriptions. A much longer wait, with no acknowledgement about even being there. Answering numerous phone calls and doing computer work. Would have been nice for a "hello, what are you here for?" Or "Sorry, can you hold off for a minute" kind of thing. But nothing.. Eventually, "hey have you been helped?" But it was long overdue. Lack of observing the surroundings at the front desk makes me feel this is not a place I would bring my pet back to. Actual service was alright. But there was no line and not many calls. Terrible front end service. Actual vet service was standard. I will choose a different emergency service if I have the option

I called in saying I needed new medw for my dog as I forgot to refrigerate. They said give them an hour and they would have them waiting. I stood in line for 10-15 minutes before I could even talk to someone and then when I got there they said they didn't have them ready because no one ever put the request in. I waited another 10 minutes for the meds then a technician came out and told me I actually didn't need to refrigerate. I live half an hour away so I basically wasted an hour and a half on the mad house that this place is. I had to leave $8000 worth of puppies at home u supervised and missing a feeding because of this.

My dog had a health crisis as I was traveling through Billings. The staff at Moore Lane took him in, addressed his problem, monitored his recovery, and sent me off with all I needed to maintain him. What a relief.

Thank Dr. Daves and staff for the great care you gave Fifi and Daizy at their regular visit. I never felt rushed. My appointment was on time. I was nervous having the two little terrors together at one visit but it was easy from the beginning of the visit until the end. I felt both pups got the attention they deserved. Thanks!

Always takes really good care of my animals. The only down side this visit is they were abrupt with me wanting to be with my dog after surgery. When I told then she has separation anxiety. Beside that really great service and my pup is healing nicely.

My puppy Octavia goes there for day boarding and she is well cared for. She is always happy when I pick her up from doggie daycare.

Doctor Werner was very nice. Very understanding, very up front, of what could and couldn't be done. Worked with what I could do for my parrot. Wasn't arrogant but showed concern. I didn't think the fees were overpriced. Would recommend Moore Lane Veterinary!

Dr. K. was absolutely wonderful. It was our first time there with our new rescue Boxer, Thor. She was very thorough and made sure to talk to me directly about some of my questions even though she had left a voicemail about the test results.

The staff here was very professional and friendly!! They handled our emergency visit with utmost urgency with very little wait, despite getting several animals in a short amount of time.

After being turned down by Animal Lodge in Laurel while my dog was dying on the floor and took the coldest uncaring staff member 20 minutes to tell us they have other appstsahead and to take him to billings. Moore lane was so caring and prompt and explained everything to us. We had to put our baby down but we will always remember the genuine care we received. Thank you.

I brought my two little mice in! I loved how caring and attentive the doctor and the vet tech were. Some people do not like rodents and it was so re assuring that they got just as much attention and concern as a dog or cat would. Loved the communication as well. I will be transferring all my animals to Moore Vet!

Friendly staff and answered all my questions and got my pups set up for grooming 2 days before I got back on the road to Arizona (from Billings but was visiting). My biggest issue was checking in they wanted my husband to fill out a bunch of paper as if he was boarding and they even wanted a fecal sample. They got records from my main vet in Arizona and all up to date on shots so dumb for an out of towner. Biggest kicker is when I called to check on them I kept getting put on hold and tossed around. I desperately needed them groomed and nails but I understand the vet tech was on emergency cases so they only got baths. I would go back cause I know this vet is really good and got recommended to them.

Took my cat in on an emergency appointment when not able to see my regular vet. Was seen quickly and vet was professional, friendly and took time to discuss different options with my cat.

The entire team at Moore Lane is excellent at their jobs, and also very professional and friendly. The clinic is super clean and comfortable, my papillon settled in quickly and they made her feel at ease right away. Dr. Werner was extremely knowledgeable and kind and I feel like we are in the best hands with him as our vet.

I like this place! The staff is typically fast, friendly and caring to/for your animals and their needs. I've never had anything bad to say til our visit last night. (And even then the above still applies for all but this incident) In short, the woman at the desk upon check out inquired as to "how far along are you ". Mind you I haven't been pregnant in about 15 years. Response- no I'm just fat!. She didn't apologize or seem awkward about it, just said something like "oh no way!" Now normally I wouldn't let it bug me but over the last year or two I've lost quite a bit of weight and have made good strides with improving my self confidence. For some reason I suppose this just struck a nerve with me. I didn't mention it there at the time but as the night progressed it still was bothering me and therefore this mention. If people would think before they speak (especially in a business situation but more so in general) perhaps the world would be a little more pleasant to live in. All this to say, unless the woman is going in to literal labor in your waiting room, please refrain from such comments. Thanks guys!

My pup got a fishhook embedded in his paw on a Saturday afternoon (of course). Moore Lane got us right in, took great care of him, and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. I have a regular vet I love, but it’s good to know Moore Lane is there for those urgent and untimely injuries. Thanks, crew!
