Our furry family has been patients of the Billings Animal Family Hospital for over 45 years (Back to Heath Veterinary). We have always been pleased with their expertise, empathy, and ability to provide expert care. Many of our friends & familys' pets are also patients.

We loved our experience at Billings Animal Family Hospital. It was our first time there. The doctor was awesome with our dog JohnJohn.

After searching (and not loving) a few different vet clinics, this is the one. They're a small operation, but that's what I like about them because it gives them more time to care for my dog. They've always been friendly, helpful, and the vets make sure I understand any treatments my pet receives. They also have boarding services which help immensely since I know they're familiar with my dog and he is comfortable with the surroundings.

Vet tech was very patient with my dog, who did NOT want to go into building!

Dr. Sarah is the absolute best! She possesses an incredible amount of knowledge and I can tell she loves what she does. Very grateful to find her. Thank you very much for being so informative and helpful. Will be returning for future check-ups and treatments for all of my pets.

Billings animal family hospital was wonderful from the minute I called them. They did everything they could do to get my golden retriever in as soon as possible. She had swallowed something and it was making her very sick. They took excellent care of her and I so appreciate all they did to save my baby. Highly recommend!!

Moving around a lot, it is stressful trying find a new vet I can trust. They got me in [a new client] the next day after calling. From the moment I walked through the door I was impressed. The staff was super friendly and professional. Everyone treated my dog as if he was thier own. Dr. Best listened to all my concerns. She gave me all the different treatment options and let me decide what I thought was best. Didn't try to force any products or medications for me to buy. She is very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this clinic 10/10 for your furry loved ones. The only bad this i have to say is about the parking lot, nothing with the clinic itself. Shares a parking lot with a motel so its a very tight lot with few spaces.

Absolutely out of this world!! So kind and understanding!! Always clean facilities & they are so very patient w/ my furbaby (& me too lol)! The doctors take their time to make sure you actually understand everything & answer all your questions. Honestly I feel they care about my furbaby just as much as I do and I couldn't ask for more!!

They got my cat in within a reasonable time, not next week as two others offered. I feel like my cat got very good care and was not really stressed out by the experience-just a bit mad at me for a while. I think the prices were reasonable and look forward to forming a long lasting relationship with Billings Animal Family Hospital

Great people who love animals. My cat is a fighter but she was so calm under their gentle touch that she barely struggled taking a pill.

We just moved here a week ago and will be here for approximately a year or so for a local water project. My cat took the move rough, and became increasingly more lethargic within 3 or 4 days of arrival. Praise God the office staff actually cared, and were able to fit me in on the day I phoned. I was told Dr. Karen was called the “cat whisperer” and she is!!! Thank you soooo much for taking such good care of my very ill cat. We had just adopted our orange tabby, Alice, a few months earlier, so I was pretty protective, and upset. Dr. Karen, and her Vet Tech took such good care of Alice, kept me calm, as well as him. All concerned truly treated us with genuine concern and compassion, and diagnosed him quickly with stress issues and a sinus infection. Thank you, Alice is doing 100% better in just two days!!!
