Big Sky Pet Center Billings, Montana

Took my dog here for some problems he was having. All thr staff from the reception, tech, and up to the vet were all very polite and friendly. They were very knowledgeable. They even followed up and called back a few days later to see how my dog was doing.

Everything was good for my new puppy Buddy. I have always like Dr Rob. He is very kind and caring. He has a lot of compassion for my pet. Even when we had to put our loving Wicket down. His staff is very caring too.

We love Dr. Rob!!!! He is amazing with all of our dogs. He went above and beyond teaching me about diabetes and how to give shots to our late dog Toby. Now with our new GSD's he is just as helpful, caring and kind.

When our own vet couldn't see our dog after he had an injury, Big Sky Pet Center was more than accommodating, answering questions over the phone and scheduling him that same day even though we weren't a client of theirs. They were thorough but fair (not pushing unnecessary procedures). A good experience all around.

This is our pets choice of care! Love their pet desk app ! And most recent saw Dr Whitley she was very professional in the care of our dog that has cancer and took her time to make sure he was getting the right medicine for his condition. Thank You! We also take the dogs there to get their nails trimmed great job ladies thank you!

We are new tonthe area and found an amazing vet. They were awesome with our two German Shepards. Feel blessed we found them.

The facility is clean and welcoming as is the staff. We we warmly greeted and several people collected information. The dogs seemed good when we picked them up.

I’m very thankful for the excellent care Baxter received. A special thank you to Kelsey and Dr. Rob for contacting me and keeping me informed on Baxter’s condition.

Dr. Rob & his team showed the upmost care. Having only visited Dr. Rob & his team twice, they expressed only concern during our visit. Dr. Rob stayed in the patient room with us until the lab results came back. He discussed all the different options to get our Bella back to feeling better and shared what he has tried with his own ???? We are greatful.

My daughter just got her first pet. The whole office was wonderful and respectful, encouraging to her as the pet owner, allowing her to make appointments/ask questions/taking time to explain things in a way she could understand.

Everyone was so caring and kind. The sanitary tub to walk in only meant they are serious about contagious diseases. It did not smell like most “pet places”!

Dr. Davis was wonderful! She did a thorough exam and spent the extra time to clean my pups ears even though I'm sure the rest of her day was very busy. She also listened to my concerns and was very knowledgeable.

Staff is friendly and Dr Rob is very thorough.

Wonderful veterinary service! Dr Rob and his partners have provided care to our 2 cats and 4 dogs. All but 1 is a rescue and all different breeds. They give a level of care beyond my words. 4 of our pets have lived a full life, with dignified, loving care all the way to the rainbow bridge. We have 2 still with us receiving loving, knowledgeable care. The entire staff are excellent!

Took our puppy in asap fantastic job with her. the nurse assigned to her was great.

I recently took my dog in for the first time non-curbside and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were in and out within about 20-30 minutes, very quick and efficient. My dog was experiencing hives on her in response to her flea/tick meds and the vet gave me a lot of options as far as treatment, switching out her meds, etc. The office also called me a few days after the appointment which I was not expecting! They seem to genuinely care about their pets and are great with staying in communication with owners.

Took our cat in for a check up and a rabies shot, never had such a seamless trip.to the vet. The nurses were very nice and helpful and the Doctor was very knowledgeable and kind to our cat Artemis actually enjoyed it.

Dr Bruner and Nicole are awesome. Everyone at Big sky pet center is always kind and respectful and I am confident my coop is getting the best care. I highly recommend them.

From asking question over the phone to making an appointment, to being greeted kindly and received with enthusiasm, to then being treated with care, respect and thoroughness by experienced, knowledgeable and kind support aide and doctor, we can say that going to Big Sky Pet Center was an overall excellent choice. We have had a dog for forty years so we’ve had many Vet Clinic adventures; none have been as professional, budget friendly and patiently considerate to both us, the humans and our dog, as the service-oriented doctor and staff at Big Sky. The facility is clean, spacious and welcoming. The location allows us to get some errands done while we’re in the area. We appreciate the folks at this business and we will make Big Sky our go to Pet Center from now on!

When you dog Likes to go to the vet, you know you have found a keeper! I respect Dr. Rob and his team's knowledge of the creatures in their care, and I appreciate that they are so easy to deal with.

While they have some good Vets, the vets need to be able to work with larger dogs as well as the smaller animals. We have had issues during the COVID situation where the vets were unable to handle a large dog. We had to go in and regain control of the dog and take it out. The owner was not there to handle nor teach the other vets how to deal correctly with a large dog. We are still using them to see how things go now that COVID rules are relaxed.

Easy and quick. Front office staff, Vet Techs and Veterinaries awesome to work with as well!!!!

I love having the option of Doggie Day Care for my dog Jaxon when I am in town visiting family . . .makes it really easy!!

I absolutely love Big Sky Pet Center, our beloved fur-baby was recently diagnosed with Lymphoma and they have made experience as pleasant as it could be. All of the doctors on staff are amazing! Dr. Rob and the staff go above and beyond to communicate before and after his treatments to check on our pooch, and are very caring. I love this place and cannot recommend it enough.
