It was everything I expected it to be. perfect!! ????

We were looking for a new leash for our doggo. We were promptly greeted, the store was clean, well organized and maintained. Exactly as you would expect from this retailer.

I like it. It's friendly all the workers have a great sense of humor.

I called ahead to check stock on dog food that I needed. The worker that answered (I think she was the manager) graciously went and checked the stock for me before I made the 35 minute drive. I understand they can't do that for everyone, but I have had a rough time getting the product from Chewy, and all the other PetSmart locations near me were out, so I was extra wary of a long trip in vain. Thanks for making the trip worthwhile!

I normally don't have any issues with this place except for the woman who takes care of the fish. She always acts like she is better than everyone, it's quite annoying. Tonight I went in it was my last stop because I didn't want the fish I was about to buy to sit in the car I asked to get some fish and they said oh we stopped selling animals. I never knew that was a thing.hamstera, rats, reptiles I get because it takes a while but fish? Come on, Everyone was joking around hanging out on their cell phone it was still 20 minutes till closing how is that too late? I have been in the service industry for 9 years and I have never said no to making profit for my company, more profit for them means a stable job for me. Oh well better luck next time I guess.

They had the sweetest cat up for adoption there and every supply you would ever need to provide for its care. They had three bearded dragons and all supplies for them, too. Parakeets, hamsters and fish. Plus, your dog or cat can shop too.

Not bad it’s your typical pet store.

Manager has horrible customer service skills

The worst experience ever, went to a Washington mo store to buy my granddaughter a few goldfish, the worker said you need a 30 gal tank for each fish. Huh, she acted like she wasn’t going to sell them to me. She stood there glaring at me. Finally I got 2 small goldfish for .38 ea and 2 pink minnows. I spent $1.14, I can’t believe the next thing that came out of her mouth, we won’t warrant them, I told her I don’t need a warranty for $1.14 of fish. Then my granddaughter held out her hands for the goldfish and she wouldn’t give them to her. She was the most rudest person I have encountered ever. My granddaughter was very upset, we will be taking our business to PetCo. I have a 40 gal tank I have 2 goldfish that started out 1” now they over 6”, 2 large algae eaters, a glow fish, shark. . They have been in the tank for almost 3 years and doing great, she told us well they aren’t going to live long. I’m sending a picture of my tank.

Very clean and helpful staff. Knowledge of fish was great! Helped us pick out the correct fish for our tank!

Slow service nice people just slow!

I wish they had experienced people that knew what they were talking about or how the find things. Went in there asking questions about birds and it's like no one knew anything about any part of the foods toys or products. If you're working at a pet store you should acknowledge yourself about different varieties of animals not just cats and dogs

This was the biggest disappointment for me of this store. I had my puppy groomed over a month ago and he did fine. He didn't like his face being cut, but outside of that, not an issue. Took him for a follow up 4 weeks later and a different woman was in there. She called 15 minutes after we left to say she couldn't groom him because he was baring teeth and growling and bit her twice. He is a 9lb, 4 month old puppy who has never done anything like that. We took him to a groomer recommended by our vet and they had no issues at all. What a let down. It was convenient to get him in. But a total waste of time. This woman clearly didn't have the proper personality to deal with him. Not saying she isn't for other dogs. But for mine...no way. I won't be going back. I spent a lot of money on their website. I won't be doing that again.

Love it. Lil high on price but I can get all I need and more.

We go to this PetSmart pretty regularly. We've always had a good experience with the staff and things generally looks clean and maintained.

Cashier was extremely helpful when I needed it. Was very friendly and she was always smiling

Everyone here is friendly and very knowledgeable about different pets. They have a great variety of dog food and treats. As well as other supplies needed for your pets.

Efficient and knowledgeable staff, always ready with a suggestion. If an item is requested, you will be led to the item. Third pup in last 22 years enjoying the Authority brand dog food.

Love this store. My fur baby likes it as well. Friendly employees and good selection. Young lady at the register and the dog trainer ask me if they could give my puppy a snack. Thanks for all you do for the community.

The Jewd on the crickets 2 feed are reptiles charge $0.14 per cricket and then don't count the amount they give u

Absolutely horrible, all of the animals are being kept in bad conditions, the birds were plucking out their feathers from stress if i could rate it a 0/5 i would.
