Dr. Hannah is absolutely wonderful. We were blessed with two surprise kittens that showed up in our driveway two weeks old, flea-ridden and covered in infection and barely breathing. Besides being incredibly knowledgeable in her field, Dr. Hannah is patient, hilarious, accommodating, and incredibly gentle and empathetic with our animals (and their very inexperienced human). The entire staff of technicians are as friendly as they are skilled. They are always patient with the constant questions I always have. We love it here! ❤️

First time taking our two cats here, and wanted them to have a health check. They had us checked in very quickly. When another person came in with a dog the staff led us into one of the clinic rooms so that our cats wouldn't get freaked out by the noise. The actual health check was fast, and the veterinarian was very informative. We left without an outstanding questions. Look forward to taking our cats here again in the future.

Lashley Animal Hospital have been great with our cat & dog! They go above & beyond & take great care of us and our fur babies. Sandy loves going to Lashley Animal Hospital to see Dr. Tyrey & all of the techs! Every time we come to see the techs and Dr Tyrey Sandy does her happy dance! Sandy gets her spray cheese every time we come in to visit! Dr. Tyrey & her team did an outstanding job on our dog’s Vulvaplasty back in January! She hasn’t had a UTI since January! They were so kind to provide us Dr. Tyrey’s work email incase we have any questions or concerns. Make sure to include a picture or short video. There are times where she can’t answer the phone however she will email you when she’s not with a patient. They always greet us with a smile and ask how we are doing! Thank you for all you do for us and our fur babies! You guys rock!

Brought my mom's dog in. New patient He's had an issue requiring surgery. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Tyrey was comforting to Cody. She examined Cody on the floor, seeing it was somewhat painful for him to walk. I absolutely recommend Lashley

From the initial contact, arrival at the hospital, and the actual veterinarian visit and thorough evaluation … the whole staff was the epitome of professional. They were all very kind and they showed genuine compassion. We have a dog, with significant special needs, and Dr. Hannah was extremely patient with him, and with us, and all of our questions. She was very personable, gentle, and highly skilled. We have lived all around the world and have seen many veterinarians over the years and Lashley Animal Hospital, is by far, the very best of the best. As a huge lover of and advocate for rescuing and adopting animals, I've seen Dr David Lashley for 25+ years. (I say 'I've' because Dr Lashley has always been inclusive as to the care and/or issues of my pets. There's conversation during my pet appointment as my pet is being examined regardless of how busy he is. I'm included in the 'Who, What, When, Where, and Why' of their health.) This brilliant kind-hearted man has amazing diagnostic and treatment instincts which on multiple occasions has saved my 'babies' pain, myself time and unnecessary expense to achieve wellness. Originally, I lived in Shiloh, IL and in need of a veterinarian. Dr Lashley was highly recommended to me and for 22 years all my pets automatically saw him. Since, I've moved to Missouri but still only see Dr Lashley for my pets. As I told his staff yesterday, "I'd walk over broken glass and through fiery burning hoops to bring my pets to Dr. Lashley. He's simply the BEST!!" On a side note: his beautiful wife, Pamela has a pet boarding in Shiloh, IL. called Country Kennel Estate equally amazing!! What more could a pet owner want?!!

I've had 2 great experiences here. The first, they saved my puppy ,he ate chocolate. The second was a rabie shot and nails clipped. They did so good my puppy didn't even cry or wine he loves to visit!

They took time yo look at our Dachshund and were able to get him taken care of without charging us a ton. Absolutely amazing people.

Overall I loved the vet and office staff…..The only issue I had was the misinformation I was given on pricing. I was quoted $93 but was charged $144.91….I did ask why and it came down to I was not given correct pricing. The unexpected extra expense came at a horrible time … 2 kids birthdays in a few days ????????‍♀️

The vet seemed very knowledgeable and helped with the issue but he suggested a groomer where he said his wife takes the dogs and later in the conversation told me his wife runs a grooming company. He also spent quite a bit of the visit talking about politics that upset him. In not entirely comfortable going back.

Their prices seemed reasonable but their equipment was outdated and therefore they couldn't perform an emergency operation that was needed and so I had to go elsewhere and spend a lot more to get my dog taken care of. More recently however I went back to them and they were nice enough to sell me a special science diet dog food that my vet and other vets had none in stock of.

Very Caring Staff and Dr.Lashley is the Greatest Vet in St.Clair county.

I've had great experiences with Lashley Animal Hospital. They have always been very helpful when my dogs needed their vaccines in order to board at Country Estate Kennel!

I had heard favorable things about Lashley Animal Hospital, so when two of my kitties developed cold symptoms I decided to give them a call. It was easy to make an appointment and the office staff was super nice to deal with. We saw Dr. Lashley on both visits; he was super nice to me and kind & gentle with the cats - even the one who is a dork ????. When I took Kitty #2 in he asked about #1 who had been in a week earlier. Since we are new patients I was pleasantly surprised that he remembered. #1 needed an expected second round of antibiotics and they told me that I could bring her in to get a shot with no extra office visit charges. I appreciate their consideration of my budget - a courtesy I didn't get at my previous vet's office.

I can tell they truly care about my sweet boy! Dr. Lashley is great in regards to discussing the plan with me and not doing anything that is not necessary which saved me money and stress on my pup. So glad I tried this place and they have a lifetime patient!
