My pup had surgery and I’ve been impressed by the caring follow up she’s received. I’ve received follow up calls between our visits. They’ve created a great office environment where my dog looks forward to visiting.

They are super caring and I feel like they take the time to listen to any concern I might have however small!

Noah's Ark has cared for all of my pups since I move here. Beeb, Sebastian, Amadeus, Bijou and Lammy all love to go to see everyone. I trust them implicitly with my babies. They offer outstanding, affordable care! Advice is free!

The only place I take my furbabies, they above and beyond what caring is all about. They have cried with me when 1 of my furbabies is ready to go "home" and they are happy along with me when all is well.

I recently took my dog in for a check-up and Dr Maylath was wonderful. She treated us as if we were her only patient. She found some issues with my old girl and took the time to explain what was going on, what needed to be done, and answered all my questions with care and concern. The staff gets on the floor and loves on your pet, which is a very welcomed gesture. I highly recommend Noah's Ark for your pet's needs.

These guys are amazing! So caring and passionate. I had to have one of my fur babies put to sleep and I have never had a better experience in such hard times. The few other places I have had to go through this were not even comparable to Noah's Ark!

My wife and I have been a client for over 20 years. The staff takes excellent care of your babies from regular check ups to emergencies. The office is clean and always inviting.

Love this place. I moved out of state and really miss Noah's Ark. I haven't found anyone yet that cares like they do. Cindy is so very passionate about her clients, would do anything she can to help and the staff is great there. Again, best place in St. Louis.

I needed refill for my dog they wouldn’t give it to me until they seen my dog they have a new vet who changed all her medicine two weeks later my dog had to be put down I tried to get her back in because she was doing so bad and they said they couldn’t see her until four days later and told me good luck finding any one sooner I called Webster animal hospital and she was there in an hour but there was nothing they could do and we had to put her down I have been going here for years and never had a problem until they retired and the new vet took over I would never recommend them to anyone and highly recommend to anyone not to go there

They are a short drive for me and recommended by a neighbor. The younger vet is very sweet. The older one can be a bit more cold. The vet tech is a super nice younger gal. They usually have appointments pretty quickly and the prices are fair. I think they recently sold but I'm not sure. Regardless I'd recommend them to anyone in South County.

I took our dog in on Sept. 15th, 2021 to be put down. She was unanle to keep her back legs up. The doctor was very nice and explained everything to me. I stayed in and my dog laid her head in my hand and the doc gave her the shot and it was all over. They didn't rush me out, and my husband was out in waiting room, and I heard the front desk tell him it was all over and if he'd lilke to say goodbye, he could go in. Everyone was compassionate and said they werr sorry. Then yesterday we got a card from them, and inside was another card with the story of The Rainbow Bridge. That story helped my husband so mush. I really want to thank you all so much.

UPDATE: Another vet just called me back and I explained some concerns with Norman in which she has been having a gagging situation that had been going on for several months. I was hoping the lump in her neck was causing these issues. Since surgery has not improved Vet indicated some of her blood levels were high….again the first I heard about this and that the original vet, Dr McMahon recommended a repeat in few weeks! Really, again not told to me until today!! This vet indicated she was new to the practice and offered some otc recommendations as well as possible chest X-ray. Explained to her will not be returning to them again. Thanked her for following up since original vet/surgeon lacked everything a quality vet should give to patients ————— I brought my dog in for concern of several lumps on her. After spending less than 10 minutes in the room and doing needle biopsy on one lump Dr McMahon recommended surgery. Set that up and was given an estimate of cost. After surgery vet did not come and talk to me. When I asked to talk to her she stood in the doorway answered couple of questions and seemed very bothered I was trying to talk to her The staff asked me if I wanted path done on lumps. Isn’t that normally what is done? Then asked which lumps I wanted path done on. Again, why is this something I’m being asked? I’m not the surgeon.. did they look suspicious? The staff member said they would call me w results Fast forward to today to have staples removed. Vet tech came out and sat on floor and removed them. Said thanks and have a good weekend. No one mentioned or went over path results. Tech printed out results…they were recd many days before my appt. thankfully all benign Explained wanted to talk to vet about other concerns I was having. After waiting about 1/2 hr and had another appt told front desk I had to leave but requested vet call me back No call back Very unprofessional office, vet doesn’t seem to care less about the follow up care Definitely will not be returning to this office ever again????

So, I have a German Shepherd. If any of you have a German Shepherd, you know they will NOT leave your side no matter what. My dog will NOT go into any vet without me. This caused a problem at my last vet. In an unfortunate situation I had to find a new vet, FORTUNATELY it was Dr. Karen and her staff! They agreed to treat my Shepherd outside so she could get the care she needs during this current pandemic. They could not be more kind, patient and understanding. THANK YOU, Dr. Karen and staff for making my life easier and ensuring my dog is healthy and happy. She gave me a simple solution to a complicated problem . I would recommend Dr. Karen and her staff to ANYONE!

I took my cat in after noticing she was not eating and hiding. Then I saw some blood drops. I called and was able to get her in (1st time visit for this cat) the same day. Karen and her team took good care of her, and thankfully it was very treatable. She is doing much better and back to her crazy self! I have been using this clinic for years and will continue to use them.. Thank you for helping another one of my family of animals ❤

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My sister called because she was having issues with her vet when her dog was at the end. The person who answered the phone here was completely rude once she said what her original vet had told her and made a very difficult time more difficult. Very uncalled for and I will make sure those I know never utilize this office.

I have a service dog that the Afton Elks Lodge provided for me and I take my dog to Noahs Ark. This Vet is so kind, professional and understanding with the needs of an actual service dog. I like how the staff preps everything so when your ready to check out everything is in a bag ready to go. I cant say enough kind things and thank you to the Vet and her staff. Always a pleasure to talk to and they make you feel like your dog/pet is the only thing that matters. They do it for the love of animals not just a pay check. A million thank you for always being so kind and wonderful and understanding a Veterans concerns.
