Banfield Pet Hospital Saint Louis, Missouri

A little busy but I feel like the level of care is great. Their wellness plan is a good deal. I have one dog on it and another at a different vet without one. It can get costly to take care of your dogs medical needs. I’d suggest it. I like their availability and their friendliness. This is my second dog in my life that I’m entrusting to them.

Gave my corgi her rabies shot here. Doctors are friendly and caring. They gave her treats and she did not even realize getting the shot.

Banfield takes good care of my Baby Shady????

We brought our 8 month old puppy, Gus, in for a nail trim. The staff was super nice and helpful, and took him without an appointment. He was in and out in about 10 minutes, and they did an amazing job. They trimmed and dremmeled his nails, and they look wonderful. I would definitely come here again.

I didn't go, petsmart is great, the hospital inside can do vaccines and other necessary things but is not too be trusted as a diagnostic center. They do not hire well trained vets, but they have someone on staff essentially for emergencys and should be treated as such.

I took my dog to the ER Hospital on Big Bend and waited over four hours and my pet was never seen. While waiting so long there I called Banfield who to us in bcs they had a cancellation that day. I had a follow up visit with them a few days later bcs my pet was still having issues. The staff is super nice and the Vet was very knowledgeable. They listen to your concerns and explain information in a manner you can easily understand. They treat your pet as it they were their very own and followed up to see how my pet was doing. Did I mention that my pet had never been seen there before? Wish I could give more stars. So grateful for the care they provided us.

So as of late we have been having what we feel is ethical dilemmas with this particular Banfield. We are on the wellness plan that they will not cancel they give us the runaround and tell us to call corporate corporate never returns our call and they even emailed corporate for us and they won't return our emails they do not take our calls and we feel have mistreated our pets. We are concerned that they are using our pets as cash cows by doing things to them that we don't feel are necessary and or even at all legitimate. They will not stop charging our credit card even though we no longer use their services. Dr puccinelli was our go-to doctor but after several questionable things we felt that she was not anything other than a danger to our pets which we love dearly.

I found a cat and took it to be scanned. They were quick and wrote down the microchip company for me to call. I didn't have any kind of box or carrier to carry the cat in and just had it bundled in a towel, and they offered me a cardboard cat carrier which was super helpful. Very friendly staff.

The entire staff at the Chippewa location are absolutely wonderful and informative. The vets listen to you and take time to explain what's going on to you They're rather busy over there but their customer service makes up for it.

The people there are amazing they took such good care of my pet and we're amazing to me as well.

We brought our cat in because she had stopped eating and drinking. Unfortunately, a mass was found in her abdomen and we had to let her cross the rainbow Bridge. The staff was extremely caring and answered any questions we had. They took care of our furbaby the best that they could, and were very sensitive to the situation.

Nice place for animals to go to get checked out and staff is very good and on point for what you need to do and get for your pet ???????? love this place because they care just as well as you do!

My babies' visits to Banfield are always pleasent, no muzzles needed, and they are full grown pitbulls(brother and sister).. The staff and vet techs are extremely friendly as well... We're staying for sure...????

Excellent care and treatment for your pet!

Didn't have exactly what I needed.

I had given this location a few tries, but they lost me as a client. It took 2 hours to pick up my dog after a dental cleaning (yes, this was after I received the call she was ready). My dog has health issues (12yo) and no one was talking to me or giving me any information about why it was taking so long. It took me asking 4 times to get my dog that they finally gave her back. They make it seem like it is out of their scope to allow you to speak with a doctor or have an in-person appointment (even before COVID). I cancelled Banfield and will never use them again.

I did the new truck outside. The dog liked it..or maybe he was confused? Either way it went well and the Dr's were great and took good care of him.

I had to put my dog down. It was one of the hardest things I've had to do and these folks were so compassionate and helpful. The tech that helped me went above and beyond to make sure my dog was comfortable and the vet that did the procedure was so great.
