There is never any sales people on the floor if you need help. Seems to be the norm at all the petcos in town

Always the best selection for my dogs - food, toys and helpful information on training techniques.

Always friendly and informative. Well stocked and usually not very crowded

I find parking easy as I'm elderly and that means a great deal. The store is very clean and very well stocked.

Went to the store to get living reptile food for my lizards because they won't eat dead or freeze-dried foods. Then come to find out when I got home over half the meal worms are dead and the other are very small and I paid large ones.. Also grabbed crickets and they weren't all that great neither and cost more than other pet stores that I've been too. And I grabbed some Cesar's dog food because that's the only kind my dog will eat. And for being a pet store they are a lot higher there then any other store that I've purchased it from.. I guess next time I will go to my regular stores instead of ever going back there again....

The employees are NOT friendly, they are very much more expensive than the Petsmart on South Kingshighway and Chippewa. I will never go back, and if you are buying for reptiles they never have enough living worms that you pay for. Plus they charge double. Dog food is way cheaper at Walmart for the exact same thing.

Employees are always friendly when we shop here. We can always find what we need when shopping here. Their rewards program is pretty good. It has saved us a lot of money as pet owners.

It is always good to see Sarah in grooming. I value her opinion when it comes to Liam and trust her with him. We always stop in and say hello when we are in the store and I prefer to make grooming appointmentsin person even if it is just for a nail trim and brush out. Sarah is the best.

Excellent customer service, was helped as soon as I walked through the door! Employee even gave her condolences for my recent losses in my family & was a listening ear so I could vent even though I know she didn't have to. Thank you!

Not a bad place, nice employees. Bought a koi fish there but unfortunately it died before we could even get it out of the bag at home but luckily a gentlemen worked there and was able to give me full refund. HERES TO ANYONE BUYING A FISH FROM PETCO, IF THE FISH DIES BEFORE A MONTHDO NOT FLUSH IT YOU MUST KEEP IT FOR THEM TO ISSUE A REFUND.

It's always a fun place to visit to look at the animals!

I can’t tell you how glad I was glad to get a M.arijuana Recommendation in Missouri. I was hesitant at first because I didn't have enough knowledge on how to get started so I searched how to get a medical mj ca.rd in Missouri and Tele leaf had great reviews. The whole process was a breeze, I spoke to the right doctor who explained the benefits of c.annabis.. I now sleep better than before.

It seems anymore that when I go here (about 2x per month) their stock is limited on the selection or the shelves are completely bare for the dog food I am purchasing (Purina pro plan)

They always have 1 slow checkout person until there are about 5 people in line & they finally call for help. After waiting about 15 minutes in line when the new checkout person came she took the person behind me who had just walked up (I was next in line). The next time that happens I'll leave the cat food & walk out.
