Everyone is so friendly and the grooming stations are awesome ????

Employees are reasonably knowledgeable, and everyone is always helpful! All the locations I've been to have a decent selection for various species, although some have more than others. Always happy with my experiences!

My fiancé and I went tonight to get a couple rats. The workers were very friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back again!

Have bought Victor dog food for years here because it was the cheapest in town. Not anymore they raised there prices.

Was better than having to use the tub at home.

Was going to run in to buy some cat food but stopped to look at the small mammals. I was surprised to see rats and mice all comingled with TONS of babies of various ages. There were also tiny newborn rats in the corners that appeared deceased. Most stores only carry one sex and don't breed in the store. But maybe this store sells live pinkies? Snakes deserve to eat as well. Those rats appeared very stressed and overcrowded. Even Momma rats deserve to be treated well, maybe give them more nesting areas and don't breed back to back.

Hardly ever have anything I need probably great if you have a dog or cat

I'm a bird buyer and they don't keep many. Shelves are a little shy.

Sunday schedule kinda stinks One thing you can count on. They'll have the exact same stuff in the same spot. My dog is 8, the only thing that has changed is the toys

We stopped in tonight to get crickets for our bearded dragon. Dawn, the assistant manager, was so helpful and friendly! Great customer service!

The only thing negative is that we google them to check their hours of operation at the Glenstone location. Their website said open at 9am but when we arrived they were not open till 10am.

Visited the sunshine store and it was dirty had no selection the staff was rude and the bearded dragon was eating a diet that was harmful fore it with no basking area told the staff that I was interested in one of the animals and was told I can't see any animal unless I was going to buy it then when I was buying what I had I overheard them talking down to another customer that was having trouble with some fish I have never seen this at other locations and will NEVER return to this one

For being one of the smaller PetsWays in town, they have one of the best selections of cat and dog food. Fresh, refrigerated food section could be larger, but what they have is adequate, if in stock.
