Healing Paws is overall the best vet care I’ve ever had for my sweet dog Tegan. She had some urgent dental issues that needed to be taken care of right away and they worked us in that morning and got us in at the end of the week for surgery. I had tons of questions and worries and they didn’t hesitate to listen and reassure me. They were so great with Tegan and I appreciate them for taking amazing care of my baby!

Our 12 year old Shih Tsu (Bear’s) teeth needed cleaning. After having a horrible experience with a previous Vet, we were scared to have it done. It was reassuring to know Dr. Robinson and the team at Healing Paws looked at records and took a different approach to Bear’s teeth cleaning procedure. Now Bear’s teeth look amazing. The team is so detailed, keep you informed and you feel included in your dogs care. They even send your dog home with mouthwash, toothpaste, toothbrush and dental sticks, just like us going to the dentist.

My Jolene had been sick over Christmas weekend. I called Healing Paws and Clinton was awesome to get me in the same day. Dr. Beatty is the nicest- most caring vet I have met in Missouri. I HIGHLY recommend.

Not only the veterinarians (through a series of circumstances I believe my dog has seen all 3 now, though Dr. Beatty is "our" vet), but also the whole team of techs and staff are friendly, calm and professional. Their "Fear Free" approach makes all the difference for my dog! They noted her "triggers" and have avoided them, examining and treating her without any forcible restraint, which helps her anxiety tremendously. Of course, this takes a little longer, but they have shown nothing but patience, care, and affection for her at each visit. The staff are always so kind and helpful when I call or email with questions. Highly, highly recommend!

New here, but had a good experience. A bit pricey compared to others in town.

I didn't get to go inside due to covide restrictions. But from the staff over the phone to how they handled my situation with an abandoned cat I found was pretty amazing. They seem to truly care about animals. I literally called 3 other vets as I made a list from Google reviews since I'm new in town. The first three offices I spoke with wanted nothing to do with this situation all though I was perfectly willing to pay. Was literally told no by three vets. One even told me to call the animal control. I was shocked to say the least. So my 4th call on the list was Healing Paws and I was immediately relieved they wanted to help. Hope the little guy gets a fighting chance now.. update: took a kitten here for shots. Tiny kitten. Not happy with how the cat was jabbed 3 times and medicine left in her fur. She couldn't walk and yowled for 2 days and finally ate and drank on day 3. Had lots of vaccines given to cats in my time but this seemed like inexperience maybe. Please get better at vaccine administration.

My 16 year old border collie mix needed an ultrasound and I was referred to Healing Paws. They were pleasant and professional. I felt like my pet was in very good hands and that they were concerned about her. They answered my questions. I would recommend them highly. If I needed a different vet they would be my top pick.

The best and most patient doctors and staff. We have a difficult dog and they handle her with grace and kindness. I would highly recommend them!

My cat was poisoned and I was terrified that I was gonna lose him so I brought him here last minute, they got me in as soon as they could. Literally ALL the staff are so friendly and confident in what they do which is very very reassuring. They’ve all went above & beyond to try to stabilize my cat ozzy and I can’t ever thank them enough for their efforts. 10/10 recommend bringing your fur babies here, they care & they make sure you know it.

I had an overall good experience taking my cats to this vet. They are very professional and the front desk staff is friendly. The services can be expensive, especially when you have a reoccurring issue that that the vets are having difficulty diagnosing. However I do believe that the staff genuinely care about the pets that enter their facility and will do everything they can to ensure that proper care is given.

The physicians, techs and staff at Healing Paws are incredible! They selflessly provide exceptional, personalized service. My precious dog was hospitalized for an extended period. Everyone affiliated with the clinic went above and beyond to care for both of us. I had great peace of mind knowing my dog’s physical and emotional needs were met. As a matter of fact, I was concerned he would miss everyone there when he was discharged! Thank you, Healing Paws, for loving my fur baby (almost) as much as I do. He is happily home with me because of your loving care. You are all exemplary.

This is by far the best veterinarian I have ever taken my pets to. They are all very caring and understanding people.

First time to Healing Paws Vet Clinic and I must say it was the most relaxed and calming vet visit I or my pets have ever experienced. They were extremely friendly not only to us but our pets. They talked calmly to them, offered them snacks, stroked them and made them feel as relaxed as they possibly could. The clinic smelled clean and was visible clean. I highly recommend them especially if your pet hates going to the vet. Thank you Healing Paws.

The entire staff here is just wonderful. I've taken my cat in when he's had allergies and also to get some lumps removed and the entire staff is always so nice and caring. They take their time explaining the situation and what exactly they will be doing with your pet, and always seem to give every pet the same amount of care and attention.

I have been taking my dogs to Healing Paws since it opened. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for the five reasons listed above. Dr. Wantuck cared for my little pug, Gracie, from the time she came into my life. She is now my Lizzy’s vet. The staff, the vet techs, everyone I’ve met in the office are caring and professional.

I love the service provided at Healing Paws. They always take such great care of my little Yogi. So thankful to have found such a great Veterinary Clinic for him!

We took our new puppy that we were in the process of adopting to Healing Paws to have an exam and possibly get a baby tooth removed (almost 1 year old) They advised us that it would most likely fall out naturally and some tips to encourage it out. It worked and saved us a lot of money! We had just begun the adoption process and she had been very nervous so we didn’t know how she would do but when they brought her out she acted just like she did when she went in! I have been very pleased!

I was visiting from out of town, and my dog started to get sick on a Friday afternoon. Thankfully, Healing Paws was able to fit me in. The whole staff is incredibly kind, and Dr. Robinson is the most phenomenal vet I have ever been to. She takes the time to explain her plan of care in great detail, all the while making sure that you feel comfortable with that decision. I am extremely grateful to have had her as my dog’s Veterinarian.

Willie was a dear, loved member of our family. When his health was failing him ..... we needed help as soon as possible. They got us right in a saw to Willie’s health. His heart was failing as well as other organs. They were so very sweet to him and helped my wife enormously when the tough decision had to be made. They went above and beyond to be more than professional. They are animal lovers and wonderful people who care about the feelings of their customers. We will never forget them and are extremely grateful they were there for us through a very difficult time. We miss Willie and think of him every day ..... we love you, Willie!! I drive 30 minutes to go to this vet when there are plenty that are way closer. Everyone I've ever spoken to there is kind and answers all of my questions without making me feel stupid or rushing through an answer to push me through. Very patient people. They always explain the visits very thoroughly whether you ask for that much detail or not. They were worried my cat might need teeth pulled and gave me a pretty expensive quote but once they got her on the table they said it wasnt as bad as expected and the quote dropped by almost half. They definitely could have lied and pulled teeth to get my money and I would have believed them. I've been going there for years and will continue!

i really appreciated the constant contact that was extended to me and my cat harley today. they were very professional and through. i would recommend them 100 times over. the cost wasnt a budget buster either...very reasonably priced. thanks again to the care they GAVE TO HARLEY AND THE QUICKNESS THEY GOT HIM IN TO BE SEEN ON SAME DAY . two thumbs up...thank you

I've been going here for a while and I completely recommend them. They listen to you needs for your animal and will do things to increase the comfort of them while they stay there for surgery. They also will reduce the total cost of the surgery if it was not as difficult as they first quoted, which is not something I've ever seen a vet do. Super nice people and they will contact you about your animal to check up on them too. They also have helped me with fleas multiple times as my animal is allergic to fleas

They are always on time and interact very well with my dog. I have been to many veterinarians since we are military. There are a few that I thought were pretty aweful for many reasons. This place is one of my favorite.
