My Dog Chloe broke her leg and this vet and his staff have been nothing but amazing. They are incredibly flexible, fitting us in even last minute, to calm our worries, do extra xrays, change splint, etc. Very high quality care for reasonable pricing. Would recommend.

Phone was a busy signal anytime I called. I called several times throughout the day. Same thing. Get this fixed and I'll update my review.

They treat our babies so good. The doc is personalble. The staff is friendly and again the are good with the babies!

Vet doc.really takes good care of the pets I have taken there and the receptionists all are very kind to me. I would recommend this vet he is very good with the dogs I have brought to him.

If you love your pet do not take it to this place! I have been up there several times for the same problem with my dog. He has had a severe itch and he gets bloody red & infections. All the times I took my dog up there he says it’s the same thing & gives him an expensive allergy shot & also shampoo that doesn’t work! Doesn’t do any test or digging to see if there is a problem deeper than what he automatically is assuming. I believe it’s to keep people coming back so you have to spend more and more money! Now I have a bloody red dog again after I spent hundreds trying to get my poor dog better!

Love taking my animals here, they are friendly and I trust that they have my peta best interest in mind. They are also very well priced. I can call to get an appointment I'm either in that day or I can drop off the next morning.

Love the kind staff and our sick kitty was treated well and the charges were reasonable for his care. We were at a different vet but are switching all our fur babies to Northside!

my mom took my 5 year old cat for ear mites and the “doctor” talked my mom into getting the rabies shot for my indoor cat and was making her feel bad if she didn’t do it. he killed my perfectly healthy cat died because he wanted to make more money on an expensive and unnecessary vaccination. my cat never even went outside.

Switched to Northside Animal clinic about 3 years now & have not been disappointed. Friendly staff, knowledgeable vet & easy driving distance for me. I have given acouple referrals to friends & they also were pleased.

Got my Golden Retriever in the office about 15 minutes after I called on a Saturday morning. Great local office and felt very welcoming. Will be back for sure

I have been in this clinic a few times with my german shepherd and have had no issues, very friendly staff. I called to see what it would cost to neuter my dog. I was asked how much he weighed. I wasn't sure so I said "I am not sure, might we look it up on his chart from one of his previous visits?" I got the reply in a snarky rude tone, "Well I don't know who I am talking to." I gave my name and my dogs name. I was then placed on hold and handed off to another employee. I understand, we all have bad days and maybe she thought my response justified a snarky reply, but as a professional who provides customer service on a daily basis, the correct response should have been, "Of course, what is your name so I can look up the chart?" I am a kind person, never rude. It is how I was raised. I did not deserve the way she spoke to me. I will not return.

Very good place to take your pets that you love so much. They'll get all of the care they need in a very gentle manner. It's obvious that they love animals too.

Dr. Boschen is very compassionate.

This vet is amazing! My dog had never been there before and was very nervous at 1st but the vet was so good with her that my dog was eating treats out of the palm of his hand by the end of the visit lol

Dr and staff are wonderful.

My girlfriend and her min has taken 2 cats down there, a kitten that dies to “megacolon” the vet said he was fine, but the cat died a couple days later. Natural causes, nothing my girlfriend did caused his condition. Vet didn’t even try to help. And just today, our big cat died to “hepatic Lipidosis” which can be found and confirmed with a blood test, they blood tested him and found nothing said he was fine. He was skin and bones, you could see his spine, and he lost his appetite, we made sure he at as much as he could, which is why he survived so long. The vets said he was healthy, after being explained he was showing symptoms of dying. Took 3 trips for them to prescribe a medication for him. He died 3 days later. Also natural causes, nothing we did, caused that cat or our kitten to die, eveything we did at home extended their life, all the doctors did was say they were healthy, while there quivering and skinny. Eveything these vets did, was make things worse, both of our cats would be alive today if they would of taken their jobs seriously. This vet clinic inadvertently causes 2 of our cats to die, from natural occurring problems, that all pet owners will some day face, and they didn’t even try to figure out what’s wrong with them, they blood tested out big cat for a liver disease, and found nothing, wich several diseases can be found though a blood test, kidneys failure, feline leukemia, liver disease, and some cancers can all be found though the test. This clinic has been awful, and didn’t seem to care about our cats in the slightest

It's a wonderful place to take your animals when it's time for vaccinations or are sick. They really care about your animals and wants to make them better. I recommend them to everyone who wants a good vet.

We took our little girl in for her first puppy shots and she didn't even notice the shot. The Dr was so good with her and made my husband feel we had chosen the right place for all our puppies needs. We still cant believe how affordable they are and they are our only choice for all our puppies needs. Thank you all for taking care of our newest family member!!
