Happy Tails Doggie Daycare & Boarding Springfield, Missouri

Brought my two goldens there today to be groomed. My younger golden looks ok. My older golden though looks like a hot mess. He is 3 and the groomer even told me he did fine. I didn’t notice how he looked until I got him home. Not going back.

My dogs love it there! They are well taken care of.

The owners are fantastic and love and take care of my dog on her visits. My dog is excited every time we drop her off. She sleeps well after her visits.

This is a great facility. They love animals and it shows. They have a good groomer too!

Rowan LOVES going to Happy Tails every week! Whenever I pull into the parking lot, he’s practically climbing over the seats trying to get out and join his friends. And they take such good care of Rowan. A little while ago he got a pretty deep cut inside his ear from playing super rough with one of his friends (not at all Happy Tails’ fault!). The staff went so above and beyond taking care of him throughout the healing process. It’s wonderful to know that he’s in such good hands while I’m at work every day. I cannot recommend Happy Tails enough!

I was very clear that I did not want my dog shaved. She ruined his coat by using clippers and cut his facial hair too short. I was clear, just trim his face. She did NOTHING that I asked. This is the worst job I have ever seen. I wouldn’t let her groom a hamster.

These folks love what they do and love their four legged customers. They listened carefully to our requests, executed the cuts precisely and our dogs were totally comfortable with the staff.

GREAT place...from the owners and employees to the way it's run. LOVE the open-play concept...other places offer much less for much more in price. Mrs. Marilyn and Jason always are on top of things and they don't just "have" dogs....they KNOW them.

Brought my puppy here twice and I absolutely love this place and love how my puppy is groomed! Customer service is great, as well! I'm very big on customer service....if customer service isn't GREAT, I bring my service elsewhere! My puppy seems to enjoy Happy Tails, too! Thanks a bunch!

When my 70 lb. grandpup, Roux comes to visit, Happy Tails is my go-to for him to expend energy and enjoy the socialization he gets there. I feel comfortable leaving him knowing he's happy and safe with the wonderful staff and his canine friends.

A wonderful place for dogs. My 4 dogs love it there and enjoy interacting with the other dogs there. The staff is wonderful and the place is as clean as you could ever hope for. I highly recommend it.

Our two small pups go into Happy Tails with Tails a-waggin’ And come out happy and exhausted from their day of play and interaction. We are so grateful to the owners & staff. We are confident that our fur-babies are well cared for, safe and are having a Happy Tails kind of day!

Well... considering my dogs just tried to break into Waggin Tails to play, I'm pretty sure they love it! As a busy single furmom, I know my pups are getting plenty of love & attention. They come back tired too! There weren't many choices near me for doggie daycare so I scored big having Waggin Tails being one!

I can't put into words how wonderful my experience was at Happy Tails. I was on a last minute vacation to New Orleans and desperate to find somewhere I trusted to watch my high energy dog during the days while I was in the city. I could not be more pleased with the level of service I encountered. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and made it clear that they knew they were taking care of my most precious possession. When I was unexpectedly detained, they stayed a few minutes late so I could pick her up. When I decided I wanted to spend a night in the city, I rested easy knowing that she was with animal-loving professionals. I picked her up happy and tired from a day of playing. It was clear to me that the staff had taken the time to get to know her and what would make her happy and comfortable. Only wish I lived close enough to be Happy Tails' best customer.

Great place. Every dog is treated like a special guest. The environment is so dog (and people) friendly, it's impossible not to want to bring your pups or big dogs in. I've seen all sizes and ages when I've been in. The owners are great. The kids working and playing with the dogs seem to love their work...and my dogs too. I completely recommend Happy Tails to anyone needing the perfect place to leave their dogs...
