After showing up over an hour late to our appointment, Sarah cut my dogs ear so badly that she needed 5 stitches. Which I understand that mistakes happen, she offered to pay for my dogs surgery, but after several attempts to get ahold of her, we never received any reimbursement. Also, while we were waiting for her to show up, I talked to a lady who was also waiting to drop her dog off and she said that Sarah is almost always late to her appointments.

We needed a new groomer—for a while now! Bows and Bandanas (cute name) got our Bourke in within a week. Oh! And she was very pleasant and kind to work with; 5stars for grooming and promptness!

I was on vacation, stopped to get my little girls toe nails trimmed. The service was fantastic. The shop was so clean and smelled clean. I recommend Bows and Bandanas to everyone.

Don’t usually write reviews, but thought it was very unprofessional when I called to have my Goldendoodle groomed and they flat out told me they wouldn’t groom him due to his breed...... unbelievable. Wouldn’t recommend as this rubbed me the wrong way!

Sarah & Merlin are the best groomers. They do the best work and can handle my dogs even when they are being fussy. They are professional, have a really clean and inviting space and are the nicest! I have been to several different groomers in town over the last few years and definitely wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else besides Bows and Bandanas.
