They took great care of my dog and got me in the same day. No sales pitch or unnecessary treatments. Overall nice people and a great experience.

I love Dr. Clem and her team. My budget is tight, so she discusses with me everything our cat needs and then I make a decision from there.

They were friendly and on time. GAPH is a good value and very attentive to your pets needs.

I needed to get my doggo in for an unexpected appointment. The folks at Grant Avenue PH were understanding and able to get her in to be seen that day. Dr. Rouse was great at explaining the options and medications to me and vet tech Sara was super efficient and kind. I have had consistently great service from GAPH for all of my pets, over the years, and would recommend them for an affordable, yet thorough veterinary service.

New to Springfield, so no vet, we called around and no vet cared enough to help, except Grant Ave Pet Hospital. Our cat had not eaten for three days so we were worried. Staff and Dr.Rouse at Grant were very kind, helpful and friendly, answered all our questions. Though our cat looked healthy and Dr. could not find anything wrong, they did not try to “upsell” services / diagnostic tests (expensive) and he prescribed a couple of things which actually worked and our cat is eating again! Also important… and prices are reasonable. All in all we are very happy with this vet.!

They have always done an excellent job with our pups. They always get us in if we have an emergency and the staff is awesome!

WARNING!!! I wish I could give a minus score!! This clinic is the most uncompassionate hospital I have ever had the unfortunate experience to visit. After a long difficult realization that my daughter's elder dog had reached the time to cross over rainbow bridge, she unfortunately chose Grant avenue to take her fur baby . She called on a Monday to make an appointment on that Thursday which was her only day off for that week. I accompanied her for emotional support and to say my goodbyes. Everyone there could not have cared any less about the grief we were going thru or discomfort her dog was going thru. When we entered we were told we would have to wait because we were a work in. Uh, no we were not a work in. So she and her beloved fur baby were left sitting in the lobby for 30 mins before being taken back. Her dog was a boxer so a little on the large size. They ushered us into a closet sized room so small we could barely stand and shoved a quality of life questionnaire at my daughter. The vet tech later told the vet that my daughter had questions which she did not. She agonized for weeks to make the decision. The vet was more worried about getting my daughter to sign release paperwork. They made no accommodations to allow my daughter to sit on the floor and hold her beloved dog as he crossed over. She had to kneel next to him and afterwards they were very quick to ask for payment before she even had 2 minutes to say goodbye. Then after they took her money no one told her anything about when to expect his ashes or if they would call her of if she needed to call them and check. When my daughter stopped by the desk on her way out to ask they had an attitude like they could not be bothered. No one showed any sympathy or compassion. What upset my daughter the most is that because of how they were treated she feels like she let her fur baby down. That he did NOT get the compassionate and DIGNIFIED euthanasia he deserved and that as veterinarian professionals they owed him. I don't care how many good reviews they may have, if they treat just one animal this way they are in the wrong business. They are just out for the money and could care less about anyone's pet.

Grant Ave Pet Hospital was very good about communicating what they were doing, and why. They also made sure my cat was comfortable and so was I. Great people and great staff!

I move here this week from Tennessee, so I was nervous finding a new vet since I've had bad experiences in the past. I brought my cat in and the drs were so so so so nice to her. They weren't aggressive when Beans got nervous and started wiggling, they didn't immediately scruff her like vets in the past have. They talked very kindly to her, gave her a moment to calm down while they were doing their exam. They suggested things but I didn't feel forced to schedule anything immediately(even though I will schedule once the move is over). They walked me through whatever I needed to do and explained things so I understood. I'm very happy that I chose this office :) Thank you guys for treating Beans like she was your own Fur Baby ????????

I love all the people at Grant Avenue Pet ,,, I've used them as my vet for my dog "Ms.Ginger" every since she was a baby.

My dog and cat are healthy.

Very pleasant place, but as u can guess the prices are just as uncaring as a real hospital.

I didn't feel like I should have to pay 7.oo for another vaccine tag for my dog .

they were so great when we brought our puppy here; they were very fast and reliable, not to mention very affordable as i myself am a college student trying to make it work! i will definitely be going back in the future with my other pets and will definitely be recommending them to other people.

Took my elderly dog in and everyone we saw was nice and gentle with him. Not too pricey on medication, and I would definitely take my dogs there again. 9/10 all the way!

Great service, friendly assistant

Everything went well the people there very nice. I didn't like waiting and sitting in the car wasting my gas so I can have the air conditioning. Gas is not cheap right now. And they are very expensive.

This is the only Vet I have ever used. The Vet's here treat your pets like Family members and when time for Unthanizing your best friend it is done with dignity. My felines and dogs get all their care there.

Very professional, kind and understanding doctors. Our dog had been coughing and wheezing for months despite taking medications prescribed by another veterinary clinic. I called Grant Avenue Pet Hospital and they were able to take us in as a new customer. After the examination, Doctor Clem prescribed new medicine in addition to the old. After one meal with the new prescription, our dog completely stopped his hacking and wheezing and is now regaining his full strength. I highly recommend Grant Avenue pet hospital.

I first went to Grant Avenue when I came home to find two of my dogs injured and it was right around 5 pm. Neither of my current vets would look at them since it was so late. One of my dogs was in shock and we had no idea how bad he was so In my mind, it was life or death. However one of them mentioned Grant avenue because it serves as an Urgent care. Took them there. They took them right in (at 5:30) and started assessing them. They made sure both were gonna make it, put the one on an IV and we hightailed it over to the emergency vet from there. It may sound dumb to some people but I was so terrified of losing them I didn’t even want to wait an hour or longer for the emergency vet. After this I switched all my pets over to Grant Ave. We have seen Dr Bright and Dr Clem. Both are wonderful but just because of schedules we have ended up seeing Dr Clem mostly. I have one dog with HIGH fear anxiety/aggression. It’s very difficult to take him anywhere he would have to be around other people or dogs. Dr Clem has always gone way above and beyond to care for him. Not only that but she calls me herself. I never have to get info secondhand. It may be because my guy is a hard case but it is so appreciated. I could write ten more paragraphs on all she has done to accommodate us. And she listens to me and treats me as the expert on my own dogs. And has NEVER told me to euthanize my heart dog because of his fear issues. I appreciate that the most.
