The staff is friendly and they really care about the dogs in their care.

I feel that Beau is very well cared for at Camp Bow Wow. He gets excited when he knows he is going. I feel comfortable leaving him when I am away over night.

My dog loves it there and the staff is friendly.

My three girls had a wonderful week at Camp Bow Wow. I was especially glad to see you let them stay together during the day - even though their weights ranged from less than 30 lbs to amost 80 lbs. I saw them together on the camper cams, so I know they enjoyed it, too!

I’m really disappointed with Camp Bow Wow. I took my sweet Frankie girl to stay while I was working a long weekend and when I picked her up she was shaking and scared to death. She wouldn’t let me touch her and she would hide under the table. She wouldn’t eat for days. When I finally took her to the vet, they shaved her down and found 2-3 bite marks that turned into a major skin infection. I had to give her pain pills and antibiotics for 2 weeks and spent lots of money at the vet. After calling to confront Camp Bow Wow they took me through a 2 week investigation with my vet just to say that they didn’t have enough “proof” that it happened at their facility to take responsibility. They wouldn’t even refund the $80 from her stay. I’m so sad for my sweet dog, she would never hurt a fly and sad at the way Camp brushed me off. I won’t be taking her back.

They have the dogs take naps in cages for 2 hours lunch and evening. Inspite of that our dog loves going there. Clean place and friendly caring staff

We loved taking our dog here! Everyone that works there has taken wonderful care of our pup and are always excited to see her. They always let us know how she did during her stay and call quickly if there is a problem. Highly recommend!

Very friendly, my puppy is excited to go back. He is able to get a lot of energy out during the day and when they bring him out you can tell by his demeanor that he is a happy "camper"!

Finn loves his day at camp, playing and socializing with other dogs. The camp counselors are always great and helpful.

great place to take your loved pet, they care for them and show them great attention. You can watch on Camera to check in on your pet with live feed video on line. Used the one in Bentonville and now since we moved, we use the one here. They also do baths, nails etc. Not the cheapest cost but definitely great place to board for the day or extended stay. The true test is my Pup Patrick loves to go there!

This was my 13 year old dog’s first experience at Camp Bow Wow. The staff showered her with lots of attention and care. It was fun to check on her with the doggie cam. I believe she did really well with the other dogs, too. The staff is awesome and super friendly!

They are always on time to open. I am limited on time to go to work and have no worries when I have to drop off before I go to work. They always call or shoot me a message with pictures to check in and they know us by name. Most important is my dog loves going there.

This place is amazing. Our little fuzz baby loves going here, and literally pulls us through the door to get inside. The staff has always been so sweet and always greet Bodie with open arms. They text you pictures of you fuzz baby throughout the day to show you how happy they are. I Highly recommend them.

Made our puppy dog super clean

First time for our pups, they are ‘senior ages’ so they went to the East location. We watched them all day on the cameras. It was really nice. Highly recommend.

Really love this place. It's clean, affordable and the staff is fantastic. Our little corgis love it too. I love that they have cameras in with the dogs so you can watch your pup play.

I just started bringing my dog here. She was super anxious at first but loves going there and playing now! The staff is super friendly and helpful and I feel they genuinely care about my dog! The webcams are awesome to check in on her and they have even given me text updates before! Love it here!
