My vet for 30 years. On the day of his father's funeral Dr. Pfander took care of my sick cat. Even while grieving the loss of his father, Dr. Pfander's dedication to his patients never waivered. He will be my vet until he retires. No question.

Called to get information about bringing my sick cat in and told could not take care of him, as the doctor was too backed up. Was not looking for this day or next just wanted information, so maybe think about where you take you loved pet as there was no compassion in this response, they are way too busy!

Dr. Pfander and his employees are amazing! Being a new dog owner to a working line German Shepherd, I have so many questions in mind. Everytime I have a question or need to make a quick phone call they are always there to answer me. My pup loves her Dr and I can tell because every time we walk in, her tail is wagging and she is sniffing the rooms trying to find him. They really treat your pet and you like family!

We look our stubborn 8 year old St. Bernard in for his 1st visit with Dr Pfander and it was a great experience. Never has a trip to the vet been so easy. So glad we now have a vet that our dog actually feels comfortable around. We will definitely be back in the future! Thanks Dr. Pfander, glad to know there are actual people who care about our precious fur babies and not just about making money off of us pet owners.

The older woman at the counter was rude. The veterinarian seemed more concerned with making the customer happy and content (money) than the animals health.
