I took my cat, Boots, in for his check up last year after we moved here. Since we were banfield clients in SC I was comfortable bringing him to the one here. I called ahead and confirmed that they would have access to his chart before he was seen because his old vet had made notes about his handling. They said they would have access and it would be okay. Skip ahead to bringing him in and when they took him back, within I’d say 15 min of me giving him to them, I could hear a cat screaming and howling. I told myself that it was another cat and they’d know how to handle him with the chart notes; well I began to walk around and walked past one of their exam room windows to see 3 fully grown women pinning my cat to the exam table. No one was trying to comfort him and they had obviously not read the notes. I called my mother to come to the store because I was distraught as I begged them to stop the exam and bring me my 1 year old cat. Finally they finished and brought him to me. He was growling and hissing. I asked why they handled him in such a way when his chart says he can’t be handled without sedation and then the “nurse” told me “ yeah so we just didn’t look at his chart until after” Skip ahead 3 days, animal control shows up at my apartment because he bit a tech. It wasn’t until the next day when they answered my call and I was able to talk to the clinic manager and she told me yes he did bite a tech but they didn’t report it until end of day so they had to go to the ER. then they made the call to not call and tell me and they were sorrry. She did offer to wave my health plan fee for the month, which I accepted, but she also tried to convince me that I should keep getting him seen at their clinic. I told them I would never be comfortable taking my cat to a place where 3 full grown women were pinning down a 1 year old cat and they did it because they “just didn’t look at the chart” Since then I have not taken boots back, I have not shopped with petsmart period.

Our vet of choice. Great, caring doctors and staff. A bit pricey, but the quality of care is worth it.

I didn't end up visiting as my anticipated issue with my cardiac dog turned out okay. But as a visitor from out of town they couldn't have been more accommodating in trying to fit us in. Registering, sending records and ultimately cancelling the appointment were all efficiently managed by the friendly staff.

Way to much money! For what was Done! My Normal Vet Couldn't get Him in.They asked me to bring all his paperwork.They never looked at! Asked me if he was neutered Really look! Then my paperwork says He needs all these shots! He's already had them if u would have looked at his paperwork! He had a slight ear infection in right ear.But they took it among themselves to do other test! For no reason! And for Anyone who has their Dog's there for night stay or any other thing..I watched all areas Please Pull your Furbabies out!!!! Find a better place.Them poor Dog's weren't getting any attention and looked very Sad! And They put my Boy's Birthdate down for March 9th! He was Born Feb 14th! He is still 8 months old. Until the 14th . You charged me Hundreds of dollars and never once looked at his paperwork! You will never see my Boy again!!!

I would NOT recommend going to this vet at all! The girl who answered the phone is not friendly at all and acted as if my call to them was an inconvenience. They also very quickly let me know that they could NOT see my two girls (dogs) today and they will NOT let you buy medications from them. Not at all happy with the so called service I received.

Open 7 days a week that is awesome for working families. Great vet techs and vets do a great job with pets (family members). Also offer plans for dogs and cats for shots along with other services. Recommended

We have used banfield for about 3 years and the last year and a half has been horrible. I've been charged 3 times in one month and receive poor care. The last time I picked my kitty up she was covered in feces and they said or did nothing about it. I would recommend looking for a different veterinarian.

Everyone is very friendly, and provide great care for our cats. They are open later than most places I have used in the past, and have weekend hours which is very convenient if we are unable to make an appointment during the week. I also love their health plans. They have many to choose from and will help you find the best one for your pets which makes care much more affordable.

if i could give no stars i would DO NOT USE THERE SERVICES they are crooks, didn't get to use them during lockdown and now that i canceled the membership with them they tell me i can't have my last doses of heartworm meds even though i was told when i canceled, they said that i still had 6 month supply paid for... NOTHING BUT CROOKS !!!

The lady at the front was extremely rude. I just needed to pick up a perscription pet food and she acted like it was the hugest burden. I hope the veterinary staff is more professional.

We've had good experiences with the vets here, I just wish they offered an option to have pets be seen quickly when there is a pressing concern.

Place is great it's in petsmart my only thing I have never been in there before this finding stuff you need was kind of hard actually but still eventually found what I needed and got my dog set up.

Busy but overall a good experience. They're worth the plan if you need alot done. Friendly staff was very mindful of my kitty. Which is more than other Banfields I've been too have been.

They're not helpful and PetSmart unless you pay them to let them see your pet. They won't answer the simplest question.

So far they've taken care of all of Pebbles needs efficiently so I personally recommend them. And the subscription is way cheaper compared to a doctor's visit. Even if you don't end up needing emergency check ups it's quite an insurance to have

I don't like that u cant go back with your pet. They seem nice and ask before treating your pet so they dont charge u gor something u cant afford.
