The staff was great and very helpful the entire time. It was my first visit here with my Kobe. Vet was also very helpful; she explained everything she did and took her time with him. We found our vet.

I recently had my Yorkie spayed. Was impressed to see the safety precautions this facility used in admitting her for surgery. As always, the techs were courteous, and answered any concerns while taking my dog for surgery. The doctor called before surgery to make sure I had no additional concerns, and then again after surgery was complete. Detailed instructions were written for me to care for my pet after surgery, and a tech called the day after to make sure Juliet was doing well. Can not say enough good things about this clinic!

They really care about your pet and about your pocketbook. They do not recommend anything that isn't necessary for your pet. Very appreciative to their customers, professional and friendly. Dr. Thornberry was wonderful to work with!

I was able to get my pet in the same day. The doctor and tech were very nice and spent a lot of time with us.

Okay, but not overly impressed. Nice clean place, people are friendly. Brought in my puppy for his shots and start on flea and heart worm preventative. Examination was fine but I was charged $31 one dosage of flea/tick preventative. They recommended only one dose since his weight would change a lot as he grows. That Made sense but really, over a 25% markup on medicine! Two weeks later they called to say the puppy needs worm treatment. We dId the treatment and was told to bring a stool sample back in 4 weeks to retest. Did that and was charged another $32 for them to retest the stool! I guess I understand a fee but considering what I had already put out I found this fee excessive. Then they never called to say if he was clear or not. I called 2 weeks after I dropped off and had to ask. She said “guess you can assume no news is good news”. Not really, for $32, I would like a call.

I don't think you could make it better. All of the doctors and assistants are so nice and friendly. Pinky thinks she going to see her girlfriends. She doesn't even know she's going to the vet. I don't think you could make her experience or our experience any better. Thanks so much, Karen

Sadly I can only give them 5 stars but I wish I could give them more. This is by far the best veterinary and boarding facility in the area. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and treat the animals they care for as if they are their own. We recently boarded our dogs with them for 11 days and had no worries while we were gone.The staff went above and beyond and taking care of our pups. They are competitively priced if not better than others in the area. The new facility is top notch, clean, and very inviting. We will not hesitate to use them again.

Very pleasant experience, however would have liked a little more time taken to make my pet feel comfortable when he was getting anxious with the Dr. and the vet assistant trying to get him ready to receive his shots. I know he was getting a little aggressive and protective and there is only so much time allotted for each appointment, but I had just explained that he had been through previous trauma with a similar situation before and the vet assistant resorted to using protective gloves and pinning him down by the neck and holding him down for the Dr. to administer shots rather quickly, which if anything traumatized him even more and made it much less likely that he will get anymore comfortable being around anyone else in the future other than myself and my girlfriend going forward when he was just starting to get better being around others. I have always had nothing but the best experiences with Vetstop up until this point and I realize it may have been the easiest and quickest way but maybe not the best. I would have probably rescheduled and even paid for the $50 exam fee to try another day or scenario in hindsight if given or suggested the option. Again, no hard feelings just full transparency. Would still recommend but would advise of situation so others aware.

Couldn't have had a better experience! I know guinea pigs aren't normally seen so we are thankful they were able to take care of our Oreo's nails for us! Super convenient, friendly customer service and very knowledgeable!

Professional and logical thinking vets. Outstanding!

Doctor and her assistance were wonderful with my cat. She asked lots of questions about my cat's health. She called me days after to give me the test results. I still think the rest of the staff needs improvement, but I will definitely go back.

I just took our cats to have their second yearly exam. I was impressed the first time and even more impressed this year, especially with the complications COVID can bring.

I just recently started taking my pup Ginger to doggy daycare in May, and to say she and I both love it is an understatement. The front desk staff and the lodge ladies are all absolutely wonderful! If you're looking for a daycare for your pup, 10/10 recommend here!

I have been taking my dogs to Vet Stop for about a year now, and have always had a very positive experience at every visit. My dog, Biscuit, recently had surgery done by Dr Thornberry and I was so pleased with how well informed she and the technicians as well as the front desk staff kept me throughout the process. I was really impressed with the time they took to discuss everything with me and answer any questions I had after the surgery. Biscuit’s treatment plan was presented to me thoroughly beforehand and there were no surprise fees or charges that were not discussed with me first. The entire staff at Vet Stop is very professional and compassionate. I highly recommend this clinic.

This was my first visit to this vet office and it was amazing! I was attended to as soon as I walked in and didn’t have a long wait for my sick pup to be seen. Natalie the tech was very compassionate and professional, on top of being amazing with my dog. The vet was personable and explained everything in a way I could easily understand, also she made sure to explain all treatment options and the difference in pricing for each, which I was very grateful for. I will definitely be bringing my dogs back here for all their care. Highly recommend!

Been coming here with our family dogs for about 30 years. Their new facility is really nice!

The new facility is wonderful and I really like Dr. McKnight. She was my other shelter dog’s vet and she is wonderful and caring.

I will never trust my animals to any other vet. They have cared for our last 3 dogs and our cat. Each of them have lived for 14+ years. These vets are loving and caring and they are always so compassionate towards me and my family.

Everyone I met the other day were amazing! They got us in early because my puppy was sick, took great care of her. Wonderful doctors!
