Love the staff and they take very good care of my fur baby!

Great place to take your pet for grooming and preventative care. They really care about your pets, and are conveniently located inside PetSmart. They offer appointments and drop offs, and have a very decently priced preventative care membership for your pets. They also work hand in hand with five acres to adopt out cats in need of good homes. Got my cat there five years ago and am so happy with how easy and stream lined the adoption was through them. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to take care of their pets and do a little shopping for them at the same time!

Dr. Seggerman is so wonderful. She personally followed up with us re our pups ortho referral and ensured she was well taken care of while awaiting her appointment. You can tell she really cares about the pets she works with. Thank you so much Dr. Seggerman!

Horrible place and experiences! The staff are super rude and unfriendly! Every time I have taken my dog to this location, he comes back appearing to be traumatized, so I’m not sure what happens behind closed doors at this location. The vets here are never able to help my dog out but quick to suggest unnecessary things and run up your bill. AVOID THIS LOCATION & BANFIELD at all cost! They are unethical as they started a wellness plan under my name with a different signature and without proper identification verification, so I’m having my plan bought out by them as a result of their receptionists/staff’s carelessness and being irresponsible. They’ve now lost out on hundreds of dollars due to their carelessness inadequate staff training.

We have been using Banfield in St Charles, Mo since we moved here from NY. Dr. Howard Eisele listened to our concerns about our dog Noel when she started having urinary incontinence and suggested an abdominal ultrasound. Because of this, her bladder cancer was found early and we were able to treat it with radiation. Even though TCC is an aggressive cancer, we are able to have a couple of more years of quality time with her. Thank you Dr. Eisele!!!

Terrible experience. The male Doc acted like he did not have a clue. He never introduced himself to us and was not interested in keeping us as clients. Unwilling to let me be involved with the exam or to help hold my dog while he got his nails clipped. Needless to say we did not let them cut his nails. Not sure exactly what he did to our dog behind closed doors. BEWARE, I WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS PLACE WITH MY FURRY FAMILY MEMBER. IT WAS THE WIERDEST EXPERIENCE. ????

Love our vet! My dog loves people but if he has a bad experience he definitely let's you know the next time you take him to that place and he is always fine coming here. They also put the animals first and are very down to earth.

So much stuff on sale and I was broke! So... Didn't really love it this visit . but.. I do love the store

Love the people there, but no incentive to pay the monthly fee for pet care when that doesn't get you much. They don't make you a priority and they make you wait to get in to see the doctor when needed. They just refer you to another vet clinic.

Tried to see if I could get my dog in today and the lady told me if I already had an appointment set up to stick with that one. So glad I don't normally bring my pets here and this was the only time I considered bringing my dog here, but not anymore. Thank you for ruining that experience for me.

Amy gave me the wrong date for my vet appointment, causing me to take off more time than necessary and adding to the stress of having a sick pet. Will go elsewhere.

Always professional and they treat our dog as if its theirs.

We get out cat's prescription food here and the staff members are always so kind and helpful. Anytime we have had questions or need a new prescription card, they are so nice about resolving our issue and answering our questions!

They always make Starlight feel like she is a little princess

If they tell you your dog has fleas, maybe not. My dog has very, very short, light colored hair. A flea could not hide. If she had fleas, she got them there. I am feeling I was lied to. I see nothing and am not wanting to put poison on my dog if not absolutely, completely necessary. On a positive note, the girls in front are amazing. The doctor, who knows? Never met her. Only talked to her on phone. She seemed knowledgeable, but fleas, I don’t think so.
