My dog suffered an injury and had a severe ear infection. They didn't even call to let us know.

Twin Rivers makes my dog feel like she's at home while we're away. The staff is super friendly!

Horrible place to leave your dogs. After leaving my 2 dogs there for 2 nights, I had to drive straight to an ER vet for one of my dogs. She had been bit several days before and it was severally infected. They never called or even said anything when she was picked up even though the blood coming out her ear was very noticeable.

Great service and my dog always seems happy and well cared for when I pick her up.

Not super thrilled with my 2 dogs stay. When I picked them up they tried to give me my larger dogs bed which was completely soaked in urine. When I asked about it the lady at the front desk said it had been like that when she came in in the morning, why she did not take it out I'm not sure. When we got home my dogs literally could not get enough water to drink. And for the cherry on top my dogs now have kennel cough.

Twin Rivers always does a great job with our dogs when we travel. I feel good knowing they are well taken care of.

This place isn't top of the line, but it's good and affordable. I would use them again.

We have nothing but good things to say! When they came out to fix our invisible fence the man was friendly, professional, prompt, and efficient. When we used them to kennel our dogs they were kind, helpful, and thorough. Not only that, but my car died in their parking lot and at 6pm on a Friday the counter person helped me out and jumped my car! 5 star place, 5 star customer service, 5 star employees!

Great place to kennel your dog or doggie day camp. A great staff. Very friendly. The prices are so reasonable.

Can't beat the price, they know our dog by name, and he always comes back like he's made best friends. We always kennel here for out of town trips and such. Only criticism is that I wish their weekend/holiday pickup/dropoff hours were a little longer, but we've always made it work.

We bring our three dogs every time we're out of town. They allow us to bring our own food, or the dogs can eat they food they provide. There is plenty of play time outside with the other dogs!

I board My husky there. He is so excited when we get there so I know he enjoys it. They also do grooming. Love this place and the people that work there!

Previous employee the owners always treated us with care and respect. Day care was always a great experience for most dogs. I got puppy fever from working there so I got myself a fur baby. She loved being there every chance she got! We don’t board or use daycare often these days but when we do it’s always Twin Rivers. She perks right up like she’s back at her kennel, she heads right to the office like she’s back at work ???? I will definitely be bringing karma back for a play date real soon! ????????????????

They have always been very attentive to my dog's needs. She has separation anxiety from me and will call me and update me on how she is doing. They are always caring and sweet to her when they see her.

My Joan loves daycare here. Amazing staff and they love her so much. So glad when I drop her off and I know she is well cared for.

My family and I went to this kennel to drop off our dog while we went on vacation. When we first arrived we had to fill out paperwork. While doing this there was a young kid there who kept interrupting the young lady at the front desk while she was taking our details and answering our questions. He was very persistent and did not stop. He was very much a distraction and took away from us getting to know the place our dog was going to be staying at. Little kids should not be brought into the workplace if they are going to be this much of a problem.

My grumpy old Schnauzer had been turned down by several groomers. The groomer at Twin Rivers gave him an awesome haircut, exactly what I was looking for! Highly recommended! Thanks for you patience and compassion!
