First time pet owner. Stopped here because they are close. Even though I arrived close to closing time, she was very helpful and answered a lot of questions and gave great advice.

Shop has great bakery items and toys. I'm most impressed with the employees there. My dog is a big guy, and sometimes gets nervous with strangers approaching. Both times I've taken him in with me, the employees know just how to approach him and make him feel more at ease, I really appreciate that!

I’ve been shopping here since we got, Honey, our pup and then we recently adopted a cat, Mr. Whiskers. WE LOVE IT HERE!! Love the staff. The animals love the food, treats, toys, beds etc!

We love stopping in to buy treats and toys for our dog! The staff are always friendly and comfortable with all pets coming in, and he loves that they greet him and share a treat. It's a perfect stop for water and a treat when we are walking the Centennial Greenway. If you have a dog or cat, you should visit soon!

Great stuff for your pet

Not very impressed with my visit today. The employees were still kind and did try to help. My roommate and I brought both of our dogs in to use your baths and unlike the other treats unleaded I’ve been to there was a machine that distributes the soap and conditioner. Well the machine was clearly broken. We tried to get one of the staff to help, she did try, but it still didn’t work. One of our dogs was soaked but we couldn’t finish her bath. It simplify wasn’t putting out enough soap. The guy in the stall next to us was also having the same problem and just ended buying a thing of shampoo so he could finish washing his dog. I did not come to this location to have to buy my own thing of shampoo to wash my dog. I understand you’re running a special on your baths but that doesn’t excuse the fact that your soap wasn’t working. When we told your employee what was happening she should have provided us with a bottle of shampoo and conditioner so we could finish washing our animals. Instead we were told that soap thing will work enough to lather our Australian Shepherd up enough to wash her. Ummmmm no. She is a long haired dog and need a lot of soap. It just didn’t seem like the solution was actually a solution to the problem. We ended up drying out still filthy dog. Paying for the 1 wash and leaving. Probably won’t return to treats unleaded ever again.

I called them at 7:50 to stay open a little longer as my pups food was running out and I was going out of town that weekend. They were super nice to get me their food when I got there a few minutes past 8.

Specialty dog and cat food store with premium brands and speciality treats created on site. Some toys and accessories also available. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and able to make suggestion about your pets nutrition.

Only complaint is I wish you had a location in Illinois. Staff went above and beyond to help me on short notice. I would definitely repeat and recommend them to anyone!! Thanks again!!

Staff was very rude. This is a franchise store and there are other locations in the st louis area which are better stocked and where the staff are not caustic and unprofessional. I have purchased hundreds of dollars of dog foods from treats unleadhed stores because they carry the brand my dog likes, but I think I will refrain in the future. And there are better local stores like 4 muddy paws (they are a real local store, not just a chain) My recent visit in October 2018 was a bad experience 1- the staff are rude and arrogant and make the shopping experience at this location unpleasant. 2- several items were rung up for the incorrect price, and when I literally pointed to the labels on the packages with the price printed right there, the employee said "yeah, that is the old price, the prices were updated in the computer"... and that's it... 3- the employee put 16 cans of high priced dog food into a flimsy paper bag and when I asked her for a second bag (because it was obviously going to break as soon as it was lifted) she huffed as though I was asking for something unrealistic Literally the only reason they get 2 stars is because I have had a previous non-toxic shopping experience at this location, but for the price you pay to buy your dog treats (and my bill was over 200$) , I would suggest going elsewhere.

Been going here for 2 years with great customer service. Tonight felt like I was at one of the big chain pet stores. Very poor service, and impersonal staff. Hope this was just an of day

horrible place owners were being very mean and rude to me and calling me names i feel very offended and this is a horrible place to go to. they made fun of me because im gender fluid. horrible store, horrible quality, horrible owners
