Donna Does a fantastic job and is consistent. She is direct and puts all cards on the table, but She is a real dog lover.

TLC Grooming is the best dog grooming place in St. Louis area! I’ve been taking my dogs there for years and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. The building facility itself is pretty basic but the staff are exceptional. With flexible scheduling, affordable prices and experienced groomers, I trust them with my dogs and have been happy with the services every single time.

That lady fn lady attitude sucks, I ask her a question and she got furious. My dog was very scittish to go in the first place. I had to call the police to release my dog. She wanted me to wait outside till she brung him out. I was hell no u give him too me now. I will never ever bring him back there again. If you take ur dog there and the dog says no then you say no.

i used to work here, not even for a few months june 2016.the owner is rude, judges quickly, withholds checks and doesnt give tips to their groomers.she uses them for her self. ahe talks crap on everyone. when a difficult dog is being dried and i would need help shed tell me to either dry it all the way, with me fearing it will fall off the table. and she would not send help. its not a dirty place, its rather clean. a little crowded but clean. however i could stand the way she talked to customers withholds checks and sometimes doesn't give the right amount..

fyi, the fraud was going on for several years and was discovered in May 2016. The owner's name is Donna, One of the people accused of the fraud is named Diana. So the other posters could be talking about either of them, depending on the time frame. We take our dogs there occasionally, and it has been fine. They are short haired and one goes for shampoos and shedx, the other just goes for nail trims.

I recently moved to the St. Louis area and found this groomer that was located just a few blocks away. They were able to get my dog in and out very quickly and did a great job! I've had problems in the past with other groomers where I've taken my dog before and had to have him touched back up because they didn't trim his ears or his tail. Not with this place! By far one of my best experiences with a groomer. I will be a return customer.

Having worked here, and spoken to 3 others who have in the past 2 years, I can almost guarantee that if you decide to work here, you will not be here more than 6 months, at 8.50 an hour. No pay raises ever boss 2 J..... says. Never full …

I own 3 australian shephards and my oldest "Legend" has been going to TLC for almost a year now. I found them on google and decided to try them because the pricing was great for the area. Ive read 2 nasty reviews and I must say that they are wrong. Legend is like a little person and if anybody treated him poorly, I would be the first to know. Every time I pick him up from being groomed, he has to stop to give them hugs and when i drop him off to be groomed, he doesnt hesitate to go with them. Obviously they love dogs and our dogs love them. Legend is a pain in the a$$ with his excitement and barking but they told me that once they relax him and calm him down he is great. A++ dog salon and great people. The best pricing and love in St Louis!!!!
