I absolutely LOVE Puppingham Palace! I have 2 mini doxies and they are kenneled fairly often when I travel. They liked their last place ok, but when we pull up to Puppingham they're ecstatic and can't wait to go play! The pups get all day daycare as part of their boarding, they are allowed to sleep in the same kennel at night which is wonderful because they're never separated at home, and the rates are great! They don't smell horribly when I pick them up, which is a huge plus for their car seat. The staff is always friendly and knows who our pups are as soon as we walk in. You can tell it's a labor of love. I never worry about my boys when I'm away because I know they're in great hands!

10/10 would recommend. The staff knows my dog and I by name and I have peace of mind that he is well taken care of while I am at work/unable to watch him. At the beginning when I was anxious to leave him the staff was amazing about keeping me updated and integrating him into daycare. Now, whenever we enter the parking lot my dog is scratching at the door to go in and play with his friends. He tends to be shy around strangers and new things but you would not know that if you saw him going into Puppingham. He walks in like he owns it. Can’t say enough good things about Puppingham!

The staff at Puppingham is top notch. They’re quick to check dogs in or out and they quickly familiarize themselves with the various dogs coming and going. I have been very pleased with the customer service and Duke seems happy, too!

This place is the best! They have taken such good care of Rocky and now his new brother also comes here! Everyone here is always so friendly and communicative. We love Puppingham and even after moving away from Wildwood, we still make the drive for daycare and boarding! Thats how much we love and trust this place. thank you guys!!

The staff is friendly and the dog playrooms are not too crowded, so they seem less chaotic than other places we have tried.

This is the first time we used them. We just moved here from Arizona. Great service, dogs were treated very well!

We left our 2yo dog there over the weekend. It was our first time dripping her off there as we had a last minute issue. At pickup, my dog was desperate to go back to the car - like I’ve never seen her do that before anywhere. While the staff said she was eating and acting normal, she also lost 5lbs in 4 days there. Also, upon pickup we noticed she had blood in her urine (she’s a piddler when happy) and the staff acted as surprise as us and said nothing was noticed before. Mind you, this dog is extremely active and eats without a problem, I can guarantee she started showing her UTI but no one noticed nor bother to call us to inform her not eating behavior. Just unhappy with the lack of communication, I really wish everything would’ve gone smoothly but ????????‍♀️

Always over the top in expert care. Clean, friendly, professional. They treat you like family. My pup has been going there for several years and enjoys her daycare days and her extended vacation stays. She howls with happiness every time we pull in the parking lot. Love Puppingham Palace. I don’t know what we would do without all of you. ????????

We rescued a puppy right before we went on vacation. Not only did they make room for us but they would send me pictures periodically to let me know my girl was doing well! I have started dropping her off one time a week so she can play with friends while everyone is away. Love this place!!

Recently my dog boarded at Puppingham - she normally goes for daycare, and they took amazing care of her! Being a tad spoiled she wasn’t eating so they went out and purchased her favorite snack that goes along with her meal! Thank you! She loves to play at Puppingham and gets super excited when we pull up! Thank you all!

My dog was there a week and he seemed to like it but had to take him to the vet a view days layer with a severe case of kennel cough he even was vaccinated.

I have called and emailed using their contact form for two weeks now and have gotten no reply. When I call, the phone just rings. I'm not entirely sure anyone actually works there.

My pup loves going to play at Puppingham Palace! The staff know her by name and always tell me about the friends she makes during her time there. We love it!

The staff is great, easy to work with and most importantly, my dog loves it!

I feel comfortable taking my dog to Puppingham. It is always clean and the dogs are out socializing. My dog is old and has issues with sight and hearing. He is watch closely and well taken care of.

Always there when we need help for an afternoon or Overbites. JJ comes home happy and always drags me in all the way from the Parking Lot when we return. Always pleasant Staff too.

Puppingham Palace has been wonderful. I needed doggie daycare when selling my home and moving and it was so easy to drop off my dog Piper for a few hours or a full day. Audrey is great and always friendly. Piper loves the socialization with other dogs and is usually wore out after her playtime there. I plan on continuing to take Piper to Puppingham Palace several times a month just because she loves it so much even though I'm all moved into my new home. I highly recommend this place.

Dropped off our 6 month old pups for the weekend. Ofcourse I was nervous at first but right away I could tell Audrey and her team were actually dog people! With the friendly welcome, pup cameras and staff giving personal attention. My girls couldn't of been better accommodated! Thank you for taking such great care of my Doodlegirls!

They took such great care of our pups while we went out of town. It was nice to be able to check in on them with the cameras. The staff was very friendly and very on point with the instructions we had left them. I would highly recommend for boarding or the daycare!

The staff is friendly and all of them love dogs. Whether in advance or at the last minute, they have always been able to accommodate us. Wouldn’t think of taking our dog anywhere else.

This was Theo’s first experience with Puppy daycare. I loved the idea of the 2 hour evaluation. When I brought him back the next day he saw the 2 little doggies in the window and started to whine-ie I wanna play! And I like that we can see him on video during the day.

My sharpie louie really had a good time when boarding there. Friendly staff and reasonable price. I would recommend them over other pet establishment's. 5 ???? stars

Puppingham Palace is the only place that I will take my dog Penny for daycare or boarding. She absolutely loves it there, so much so that as soon as we start driving in that direction, she pretty much goes nuts in the car, then she practically drags me into the building so she can start to play. They take such good care of her, whether it's the occasional playdate, or a full week of boarding. I'd give Puppingham Palace ten stars if I could!
