Very nice and clean. A little pricey, but much better than Petco.

First time using grooming services, scheduled online, called store to make sure I was getting the right services, confirmed as such. Took WAY longer than what I confirmed, called to find out why,RUDE person on phone. Will not go back. Beautiful job done by Jessica but for the price, not worth it being treated unkindly.

Your dog should NOT be be scared of their groomer. Found a better, cheaper, place that’s locally owned. You all ripped me off and scared my dog. Corporate.

No, masks are NOT required. They are only recommended as the sign on the front door indicates. Some customers had masks, but a bit less than half the customers did not. All employees I saw did have masks.

Lots of food varieties for cats. Good prices.

I SHOP HERE FOR ALL KAT'S SUPPLIES..THEY HAVE HER PURINA URINARY TRACT DIET FOOD AT A REASONABLE PRICE..LAST TRIP I FOUND HER A WHISKER CITY CAT MANION..FOR JUST $64. THAT OVER HALF OFF..I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR A SALE ON THESE FOR LIKE 2 YEARS..ONLY THING IS SHE MISSES HER ORIGINAL CAT TREE..HAHA

Nice store for animals to be adopted and for pets to get groomed

This was our first experience taking our one year old Black Mouth Cur, Lambert, to the groomer and it was great.. they took wonderful care of him!!! Justin was very nice and patient. Lambert looked so fresh and felt so soft after! There is definitely a LOT less hair coming off of him, which I'm very thankful for. Definitely plan on taking him 4 times a year to keep up his grooming.

No good at all. My grandson and I were told PetSmsrt would have box turtle food Sat 10 02/21 and yet no food. Employees are no good, as well managers.

Went in to get a few items. They had all of them and ended up getting a beautiful powder blue gourami and a plant as well. The lady that helped us was very nice. Pleasant experience.

Adoption event went smoothly! These guys always have what you need for your pet...unless it's a hunter orange collar and leash set. I have yet to find a PetSmart with that combo....but everything ELSE is totally there!

It's good place to buy pet food. Pick up lizards worms and cat food weekly there. It is close to my homem If your in a hurry though it takes a very long time to get through checkout always an issue with someone's order in front of you typically only one lane available and open. Allow 10-15 minutes per person in line even with only one item to get threw checkout. Has been this way last 6 years.

I called last minute to see if I could get my dog's nails trimmed. A groomer named Jessica answered the phone; she was polite, sweet, and accommodating. She was able to schedule an appointment within the next hour. My dog, like most dogs, doesn't like to get her nails trimmed, so I was a little nervous taking her to a different place. Jessica did a fantastic job, and she even let me stay in the room while she trimmed my dog's nails. I am incredibly pleased with the service and will schedule another appointment with Jessica.

Place is well stocked, except it didn't have the batteries I needed. They dont seem to be as well staffed as before covid. Although the staff they do have is still helpful.
