I strongly recommend that you don’t use any of their services. Although I initially thought the location and hours were convenient. I truly regret ever taking my 12 week old Doberman Pincher there. After picking him up from daycare today, I noticed a large gash behind his left ear. No one informed me of his condition at the time of pickup. My first thought is that staff maybe hosting dog fights throughout the day. My second thought is that someone on staff abused my puppy with some sort of a sharp instrument. Nonetheless, I am disappointed that the staff is blocking me from speaking to the owner. Please please please avoid this place if you care about your pup???? ????

I love these people. They take very good care of my Pup and he comes home exhausted!! Which is exactly the reason I take him there. I don't always have the energy to wear him out as he wants. Highly recommended!

Informed them of instructions needed to care for my puppy multiple times, almost allowed it to drink it's self to death on multiple occasions, then caused the puppy you catch a bacterial pneumonia. Hospital bills ended up thru the roof. Saddest moment of my life by far.

Was not throughly impressed. When I picked up my dog it was obvious that he had not had much access to water or an area to potty. He drank his bowl empty the minute we got him back to the hotel. He had obviously been either outside or somewhere very warm because he was panting like crazy trying to expel heat from his body when I placed him in the car. Will not be using this service again.

Passing through the city on a move and they provided excellent half day daycare for our pup! Treated him just like family! Even found us as we were circling the block to bring him a trip before our long journey! Definitely recommend this place!!!!

I recently visited downtown dogs, and needless to say I was completely satisfied with their services and customer service. Crystal was so kind and polite (along with the other staff), every time I called she knew what I was calling for!! This was my dogs first time away from me and it was hard but with their help and support it was a fun experience. I’ll be honest, seeing the reviews about the missing dog was concerning to me. When asked, they explained and were very humble about the encounter. Crystal said she understood my concern and promised me that my puppy was in great hands. They took great care of my dog and I will definitely be back! Thank you for understanding, being patient with me and for providing exceptional care to my pup!

Do not trust this business to care for or look after your dogs. THEY WILL LOSE THEM.

This facility has a record of pets getting out while under their care. Their Facebook had multiple reviews detailing incidents, however they have since removed the review section on Facebook from public access. This is a shame because people deserve to know who they are leaving their pets with. Unfortunately, the two pets lost most recently ended with one of them being killed after being hit by a car.

My dog LOVES this place. They love and spoil him. It's great for overnight stays too!!

We are new to Downtown Dog but everyone has been so nice! I work in the medical field and they offer convenient drop off times for a busy schedule. They also took good care of my pup!

Please be aware about how many dogs have been able to run out the front door or broken out in their care. One of the last ones lost its life.

DO NOT SEND YOUR DOGS HERE. THEY HAVE LOST 3 DOGS IN OVER A MONTH. THEY ARE NEGLIGENT. I was involved in rescuing Harry (dog who got out from the place last month) and now two other dogs just got out. I repeat- do not send your dogs here.

IF you decide to make the decision of leaving your dog here while your out on vacation or business well just know your dog will go missing they neglect the property or not prorperly feed the animal they used to be another business but had to many issues the last time they are not real animal lovers and just there to make a quick buck

DO NOT board your dogs here. there have now been multiple occasions of dogs escaping through gates and over night. until this place is safe its not worth the worry of losing your family member. one of the two dogs was found and the other was found dead on the road. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE

I've been bringing my girl here for years. They tell me who she played with when I pick her up, how much she ran and who she bossed around ☺️. It's conveniently located, I trust them to watch Ellie and they work with my schedule as a health care worker.

They have lost multiple dogs in their care and are not prompt in trying to find them. There are many other daycares and kennels who will take better care of your dog.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PETS IN THERE CARE..THEY LET A CUSTOMER'S DOGS GET OUT AND ONE WAS HIT AND KILLED BY A CAR!!!!! WHAT ARE THEY GOING TO DO KNOW THAT THEY HAVE CAUSED SO MUCH PAIN!!!

This place is great. They are inexpensive and take great care of my pup. Im not at all worried to leave him there all day while I'm at work. All of the staff always seem so happy to see my puppy arrive and sad to see him go. I love this place!

this business has lost multiple dogs in the past few months. I also saw the inside and over half the dogs were kenneled the whole shift. worst dog daycare I’ve ever seen

THEY LOSE DOGS - google it yourself. I would never send my dog anywhere that has lost one dog, much less had it happen more than once. NOPE.

They cut my dog on her leg during grooming leaving a open wound. Tried to say it was due to her “biting the employee” I’ve had my maltese for 7 years and she has NEVER, not even once, bitten anyone. I will never take my dog here again!

Waited 30min in the lobby multiple workers saw me and didn’t greet me. On the website says quick and easy for your crucial work hours but not even close

Took great care of my dog, Charlene, while we visited the City Museum for a few hours. I was really nervous to leave her but this place was very welcoming. She came back exhausted so she must have had a blast playing with the other dogs. Great convenient hours. Charlene will definitely stay here again when we visit.

I brought my English Shepard down here for grooming, not quite knowing to expect and left just absolutely blown away with how well he was taken care of! When we got there, the groomer asked plenty of questions to get to know Ezra and how he would react to things. They offered suggestions on what we were wanting for grooming. The whole experience was great. Pricing alone warranted me coming back but when Ezra came out from the backroom he just looked like the happiest animal in the world. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would.
