Millis is the best place to go for your animal veterinary care. The staff is courteous friendly and professional. If I could give ten stars I would.

These people are very concerned . They are very compassionate,, and concerned , and are ready to answer any questions, and concerns that you may have. I highly recommend Millis Animal Hospital to any one who is concerned.

Always helpful been going there for years with 3 dogs and 2 cats and they always on top of things. Can't say enough great things about this place .

It was absolutely terrible today. 3 hours there. My last vet had one vet that took care of emergencies only. My poor dog in kidney failure sat there so long the vet couldn’t hear the heart because it was beating so fast. He was stung out. I called ahead of time to find out my options. I followed them so he wouldn’t have to stress out. What a complete back fire. I was second in line for over an hour and half. I voiced myself 3 times. They were rude like it was my problem. After his blood work comes back I’m going to another vet that has appointments. This was awful.

Beautiful, clean waiting room. Delightful staff. Reasonable rates.

Only had to wait an hour and a half to get my pup vaccinated. Should have waited till a week day. Ha

There is no better vet. For more than two decades, Millis Animal Hospital had been where our family has taken our pets (6 dogs, 2 cats). From Dr. Millis senior to Dr. Millis junior and every other vet, technician, and staff member, it is apparent that everyone cares. My mom still talks about how Dr. Tom Millis carried our first dog out to the car after being cared for. And when on vacation, one of the vets from Millis came out to Kennelwood to check on a pup who wasn’t eating as well. And when my cat was fighting for her life and needing IV fluids daily, Millis Animal Hospital worked with me to see that she got the care she needed. Even though I’ve moved more than once, I still keep bringing my cats and dogs here because I KNOW that at Millis they are well cared for. There is no better vet.

There are no words to express how wonderful the doctors and staff are at this veterinarian. They have treated several dogs and cats for me, including euthanasia for two of my animals recently.. they are compassionate, unbelievably unparalleled service from the guest people to the doctors. They have helped me treat my animals through cancer and seizures with professionalism and compassion. I will use them for every animal I ever have

The wait wasn't long and the vets are great and communicate very well

This is the best vet I’ve ever been to. To say they are passionate about pets is an understatement. They are thorough when assessing all your pets needs. They realize that even though we call them pets, they are actually family. And that’s exactly how they treat them. If I could give them 500 stars I would.

Great, as usual. Staff listens and teaches me something new every time I'm there.

I like the vets and the staff but the wait is awful. It would be great to have appointments for routine care AND drop in hours for items that pop up. My last visit I waited 1 1/2 hours with (2) 12 week old puppies. I already know I have to go back at 16 weeks but I can't make an appointment. Anxiety about encountering another marathon wait already setting in!

Walk in very helpful, since not always able to schedule appointments. Very caring and knowledgeable staff. Good reminders for pet care and what is due and when. Vets are excellent. Thorough and fair pricing.

Millis has been a wonderful vet for our mini goldendoodle puppy. Due to covid, you have to wait in the car longer on certain days and times. However it used to be a walk in clinic, (first come first serve) which is great since you never know when you'll need to go the vet. For procedures and vaccines you can always make an appointment which is also super convenient. Great experience so far the doctors and technicians are always super friendly.

This is the best veterinarian and animal hospital I’ve been to. We have seen Dr. Albers here for years, and everyone who works here is friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Best vets in St. Louis. I've been going here for over 30 years with dogs and cats. They always give excellent care to my animals.

Beware! We used to bring our pets here for their care. HOWEVER, we brought our dog there to get checked out for a back problem. We were told that it was just her arm and not to worry about it. Several calls to them and they brushed us off each time. We took our dog to the University of Missouri's Small Animal Hospital due to her rapidly deteriorating condition and she needed emergency surgery on her spine. Dr. Millis (the older one) was the one who saw her and the one who continually brushed us off when we knew there was a problem. Be very cautious with this place!

Dr Shannon McCullough took care of my dog Sheba gave her all her shots cream for her right ear told me to make sure she has grain in her food show me her right rear leg where there's a little tumor came out of the car twice I didn't see any of the other vets come out but her she is the best for service professional knowledgeable and also wrote me a script and called into my pharmacy for my dog Sheba I will be back and I will tell everybody where to go Millis animal clinic right on Big bend boulevard South of highway 40

I started going to Millis Animal Hospital in the 1980s at their old location. This visit was quick to get in as usual. They are friendly and knowledgable. Mills is moderately priced. Not the most expensive. They will give you quotes for cost of everything. I trust them with my pets. If you have your favorite doctors you can ask and wait for them for more serious visits.
