They were great with the dog. And the customer service was great.

Gus-Gus loves it there. He's very comfortable going inside. The vets and the staff are awesome bc they make your visit comfortable. My dog was barking at another dog and they let us use an empty room to keep my dog quiet. Outta sight outta mind.. he's usually well behaved but this was a female he was barking at and he's not fixed... He was getting too excited ???? I'm glad they stepped in and made our experience more enjoyable by offering us the room until we checked out.

Very efficient and they come out to your car and get your puppies take them in if their.

I have been taking my babies to Advantage for at least 15 years. When it comes to healthcare, I am really picky. I look for how they interact with the patient, how well they explain procedures, follow up, the time they will spend, etc. They are very caring, knowledgeable and thorough. The clinic is also very clean. One of my babies was very sick at age 5 and diagnosed with Addison’s Disease. We thought we were going to lose her but Advantage has kept her disease under control for 8+ years. I highly recommend checking them out.

My husband & I switched vets due to moving & we both had separate experiences on different occasions throughout a few visits & we came to the conclusion this is by far the ruddiest & uncaring veterinarian we have every been to. We both have experience long waits when we’re on time & uncompassionate staff. Most importantly, there’s a level of expectation we have for our dogs & it’s not having them starved & locked in a cage all day waiting to have a scheduled surgery performed until later in afternoon because they have ‘regular non-emergency visited’ to see first. I asked to speak to the veterinarian & Dr. Sophia Lantz was the disrespectful & insensitive to our dogs & their needs. We both have had enough & we’re thrilled to find another vet.

We have a St Bernard, he's a little shy, they were very thorough and made him feel at ease. Got a new puppy... They were very thorough with him.

I called this clinic yesterday trying to get an appt for a cat that was given to me by an acquaintance and had refused to eat for 3 full days. Her former owner was very concerned that her life was at risk because she had gone so long. She asked me to find a vet and see if they could help me. I am new to the area and don't have a vet yet. I called three different vets and no one was able to get me in and there are no 24 hr emergency vets nearby. I called Advantage and explained the issue. The lady at the desk spent 10 minutes talking to me and giving me ideas on what to try before having to take her to a kitty er. She recommended trying Feliway to help calm down her high amount if stress. I bought the Feliway and my roommate spent some time with her while I was at work and while she was with her, she started to eat. When I came home, I spent some more time with her and she started eating some more. By the time I woke up today, her bowl was completely empty! If not for Advantage and their wonderful staff, I might have ended up with a dead 2 year old cat!

Went there on an emergency I had called 4 vets before not one could help they worked me in and did a great job very appreciative to them

update: i love advantage they took good care of my babies. and gave me all the options and care for my baby with lymphoma. were very timely and would always do their best to squeeze him in for an emergency. when the time came to have to let my loving baby go, they were very sweet, time giving, didnt rush anything and even did paw prints and nose prints for me that day♡ i will forever love that vet office. they did everything they could to let us keep him healthier longer♡ rip scrappy dappy doo! we see the dr weekly my pup has lymphoma n they are all so great w him n always accommodating w my schedule.

GREAT clinic. Clean, separate rooms just for cats. Feliway diffusers, cat mats/blankets, and treats. I also really noticed that this vet actually speaks BOTH cat & human. I have previously found that many vets are good with cats or good with people, but not great at both. I was really impressed at the vet's presentation of my options and the lack of pressure or oppressive judgement towards a particular option, e.g., "you can get them this vaccine and this is how likely these cats are to encounter the illness based on the context you gave me", as opposed to "if you don't get this vaccine you are unilaterally a BAD cat mom." I still got the vaccine, because I am able to afford that privilege, but if not, I wouldn't have been instantly shamed out of the building.

First time at this vet. took very good care of my dog with shots and stuff and only charged me $86.00. So I will be back and plan to have next visit in January.

Dr Heather Schatz is absolutely wonderful. She is takes care of all my Pomeranians and has done Dental cleanings / surgery several times. She is very attentive and always calls me back on lab test or severe issues. I am so greatful we found her ! I cant recommend her office enough. Thanks for always taking care of my baby girls ❤

My dog was diagnosed with just allergies. After a few months I just had a gut instinct that something was wrong besides allergies. Took him to a second vet and he was treatment quickly diagnosed with a yeast infection. My fur baby died from me not listening to my gut instinct and this vet saying only allergies.

Advantage is the best of the best! They treat me and my fur babies with respect and genuine kindness. They care deeply about the pets they treat and it shows.

This place is amazing. They are very polite and super excited to meet your pet and very affordable. I called around to several places to take my rescue dog to. My vet wouldn’t take her due to the tooth that was broken. She broke her K-9 tooth off at the gum line. They got me right in and immediately set up surgery for her. They send me home with pain medicine and antibiotics and truly cared for her well being. We will always come back to them for our dogs needs!

Seriously the best veterinary practice in the St. Louis area. They are always kind and caring. They make you feel like toy and your pets matter. I moved 30 minutes away and still chose to bring my pets here.

One of the best experiences I've had at a vet. They are also my regular vet. Have always answered questions/requests via phone and text very quickly! Everyone is friendly and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I recommend them to everyone who asks. :)

The vet was great, so was the tech. Sadly, they only had bad news to share, but the cost is quite reasonable and a little over $100 less than my usual vet. We were in and out quickly.

Good, but not like it used to be. Upon walking in, no one even acknowledges you. They could at least say hello. Only after a few minutes were we acknowledged, then it was " who do we have he were today?". What happened to good customer service? Will consider going elsewhere.

Advantage Vet is the best clinic I’ve taken my animals to and have happily stuck with them for about 4 years now. The veterinarians and techs are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely care about your pets. I have a dog with severe anxiety and they do such a wonderful job when working with him. They are dedicated to the health and wellness of your pet, taking an almost holistic approach to make sure your dog is healthy AND happy! I live 40 minutes from their location, but the drive is entirely worth it for the quality of their work. They’ve handled the pandemic with such professionalism and sympathy that the longer wait for an appointment is totally understandable. They keep the center clean and I know they are taking every precaution possible to ensure the health and safety of both pet and owner! We give them 2 paws up!

They are awesome from the tech's to the doctors. Wouldn't take my boy anywhere else! Everyone is so compassionate about our animals.
