Kirkwood Animal Hospital Saint Louis, Missouri

We are clients of Kirkwood animal hospital since they opened and knew founder Fred bendick from childhood. We have always received the best care for our beloved pets. Our current rescue, Heidi is so happy to see Dr. Hemler and the rest of the staff when she has appt.

Dr. Branson is great! She's super nice, excellent with my cat, and patiently answered all my questions. The Vet Tech, Susan, was also very kind and informative. I didn't feel like I was over charged or had anything tacked onto the bill. Highly recommend!

Caring, friendly and accommodating. You cannot do better than this place. All of the staff is kind and gracious.

We take all our pets here. The reputation of this place goes well past my recommendation, but I can definitely say in all our years [appx 10] I've never felt the need to take our pets elsewhere. We have 2 cats and now 2 dogs.

I ran I to some issues with a dog that I was dogsitting and had to contact KAH. They were very helpful and immediately got me medication that solved our issue. I appreciate their kindness and their help.

I really wish they could work with you to squeeze a sick dog in on a Saturday instead of just telling us to go use an urgent care somewhere else.

First became acquainted with Kirkwood Animal Hospital in 1996 when the hospital provided special care for one of my cats for nearly 3 weeks… The staff were extremely kind and considerate and provided complete & exceptional care… The condition was diagnosed as liver failure and the care provided by Kirkwood Animal Hospital provided a solid foundation for a later complete healing… the kitty became a regular client for another decade… Recently I have reconnected with the hospital and have experienced the same level of exceptional professionalism and kindness… Thank you & warm holiday wishes, Cheryl

Kirkwood Animal Hospital saved our sweet cat when he ate something he shouldn’t have and it became blocked in his intestines. The staff member answering the phone was attentive and caring. Dr. Hormuth was kind and caring, and explained everything to us. She came up the next day to let us bring Oliver home to recuperate. I cannot recommend KAH and Dr. Hormuth enough.

This is where you want to be when your pet is in need.

They had our prescription food gathered for pickup in no time.

Dr. Williams and Dr. Lieberman are the best. So compassionate and kind. The best vet in STL.

Very friendly and professional office. Pretty quick too.

Every vet there is awesome! Most recently our dogs saw Drs. Liberman and Yarnell. Both great. They are thorough and knowledgeable. The staff seems to genuinely love pets. Fairly easy to get an appointment and visits make efficient use of time.

I'm really not sure how Kirkwood Animal Hospital (Kirkwood, MO) could have made my experience any better. The assistant who answered my phone call (re: my dog) was quick and courteous. She got me an appointment to see Dr. Willams that same day. I brought my dog in and the doctor did an examination with some simple tests in office. Within minutes he had a diagnosis and prescribed some medicine. A couple days later, my dog is well on his way to complete recovery! I want the very best for my best companions, Pippin and Ralphie, and I highly recommend this veterinary facility to my friends.

Excellent care! They really listen, explain things, and they really make sure they have covered all bases. Covid sucks and you can't go in with your pet right now, but I get it.

Had to come in for a growth check for my 13 year old pit mix, Tucker. Everything was great. We were put into a room right away. We were early so we had to wait a bit but no problem. Everyone is so kind and great with Tucker. He's in good hands at KAH.

I’m that super overly obsessive helicopter parent when it comes to my babies... saying that... I’ve always been nervous about who to trust with their care. Every single staff member here has been caring, knowledgeable and treats my fur kids like they were their own.
