What kind of animal HOSPITAL doesn’t take new clients? Your a HOSPITAL? Doesn’t sound like it. Basically saying they don’t care about your pets needs. Didn’t even ask what was going on with my pet. The first question I was asked (I was interrupted mid sentence for this) was if I was a client in said no and then they said there was nothing they could do. Told me to call around elsewhere. By far worst vet I’ve dealt with in my life. 0 start rating if I could.

Outstanding! I switched vets to Hillside a year ago and the difference is remarkable. With every staff member from customer service to the doctors - the communication, attentive listening and compassion conveyed, is of the highest possible level.

My dog has been a patient at Hillside for 6 months, since April 2021. We have gotten to work with Dr. Brittney, Dr. Aaron, and Dr. Anna. All have been kind, compassionate, skilled, and knowledgeable. Before becoming a client, I emailed Hillside to inquire about what scented products they use in the building, as I have chemical allergies. Dr. Aaron was very caring and open to learning about the topic and how to help. They have implemented changes to reduce fragrance use and thus increase accessibility. This is extremely rare among veterinary practices and I am so thankful! Dr. Brittney spent a long time with my dog at his new patient appointment to go over all the concerns I had and then even more time with me on the phone to answer all my questions. The various client services staff and technicians I have worked with (including Jessica and Meagan) have also been friendly and helpful. My dog is older and has multiple health issues, so I frequently email the Hillside doctors to ask for information and advice on how to care for him. All of my many questions have been answered promptly, patiently, clearly, and with great attention to detail. So far my dog has received two procedures involving anesthesia, including abdominal surgery, and both have gone very well. I am very glad to be a client here. Thank you, Hillside.

I generally dislike vets. Too many bad experiences in my oldest dog Roscoe's early days, at a number of different vets, are the cause. But Roscoe's got some old age stuff goin' on that necessitated a couple trips to the vet recently and luckily enough we got to deal with Dr. Brittney. She was awesome, and I won't hesitate to take my youngest dog to Hillside when she's due for a visit.

I love this animal hospital, with a really responsive, caring, compassionate team from the front office staff to all the techs and vets. They took care of my rescue pup (Gateway Pets) from when he was first rescued to until we moved out of town. We also started taking our second rescue pup there, and they've been nothing but trustworthy, competent, and compassionate. They're very flexible and have great hours, and they're super understanding. They allowed me to drop Moose off in the morning before work since I couldn't make the appointment time, and I could pick him up after work for an urgent issue (explosive diarrhea). They also did an in-depth assessment of Moose's anxiety (he's always happy to see them though), and several of his various issues. We haven't been able to find as good of a team since moving -- we miss Hillside!

Wow, I can’t express how thankful I am to Hillside Animal Hospital. I was in the process of moving across country with my dog who has Addison’s and we were struggling to give her a reoccurring monthly injection. Hillside was able to see me on very short notice and help administer the injection. I was incredibly impressed with their level of service and the kindness they showed to me and my clearly very nervous dog. I wish I lived in the area, I would make Hillside my permanent vet if I did.

Best vet experience I have ever had. They are friendly, caring and accommodating. My dog has gotten great treatment and I will always bring her back.

My family has been bringing our pets to Hillside Animal Hospital for years. The staff recognize us and our pets, they are wonderfully caring and accommodating to our nervous dogs. This is the best veterinary service our family has recieved in a life time of owning pets.

Since my cat Ramona was sedated in there she has been getting worse and worse and they didn't even care! Update: Our Ramona died 3 weeks after this appointment where there was no consideration about her age and possible illness before sedation and i might found the reason... "Cats may present with no obvious clinical signs of renal disease and may have normal blood work yet have only a small percentage of functional kidney tissue left: when these patients are challenged by anesthesia they make be "tipped" over into renal failure."

I simply cannot say enough positive things about this place. Everybody on the staff is so friendly. They have treated my dog for the last 13 years and I’ve always been kind courteous and conscious.

Been taking our dogs here for almost a decade. Always been please with their help, and keeping our dogs healthy.
