Listen, this place is fabulous. Nobody is accepting new pets these days. They took my cat in as a new patient same day I called. Peaches, Courtney and Dr. Christiansen were kind, professional and knowledgeable. I am grateful to have stumbled upon them. Price was absolutely reasonable as well. You should check them out!

Very thorough but a little pricey!

Call to inquire about an emergency visit. Before I could get my sentence out, I was advised nothing is available. Only 1 doc and they are doing surgery. I was then hung up on.

This is the best vet I’ve ever been to!!!!!!! I wish I can give them 100 stars. I did take my baby to many clinics and this one is the best one! Very very friendly and amazing staff, wonderful doctors. This will become my vet from now on.

We welcomed a puppy into our family this summer. Being previous dog owners we have experienced a few veterinarians over the years. The staff at Hampton Aminal Hospital has blown us away with their over the top care for our pup.

To summarize, I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience today. Miss Peaches is an angel on Earth and Dr. Schwartz is a very kind man. My cat Tonnie has had a cold for the last week or so. I thought maybe it would clear up on its own, but within the last 24 hours its gotten a lot worse and she has been having trouble breathing. I called probably 20+ offices looking for someone that could see us as a new patient TODAY. It became clear the only options I had were the emergency pet clinics; we were going to go to Webster Groves before I started reading some of their Google reviews after noticing their low rating (go see for yourself, that's not the type of place I wanted to take my baby). I kept making call after call working my way down a list of vets on Google looking for another option until I found Hampton Animal Hospital. Peaches was the person on the other end of the line, she went positively ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. While they did not have any availability at this particular location, she advised me to call the other location in St. Peters. I was told by the person working the desk there that they were full for today. Peaches called me back to see if I was able to make an appointment and then reached out to the owner herself to make sure we could be seen today. I then had an appointment immediately and was able to go directly there. Dr. Schwartz and his staff took excellent care of my baby! After every "No" I heard today, this staff did everything they could to accommodate us so my cat could have some relief and I could have some peace of mind. I don't often write online reviews, but I really wanted to take the time to recognize this establishment. Customer service like this is difficult to come by nowadays; this staffs kindness went so far when I was dealing with a scary situation. I look forward to them being the sole provider of all my vetinary needs in the years to come. Rest assured that your pet is in wonderful hands here. Absolutely love them! They treated my dog for an emergency. I wasn't even a client and they were willing to give up their lunch to treat my dog. My own vet wouldn't see me and they did.. They were so kind and compassionate. Peaches was amazing! I cannot thank them enough!

Kind, efficient, reasonable, effective..and going above and beyond to help in this pandemic. They got me in same day when they were fully booked once I explained the symptoms. I felt they truely care for animals. They even remembered my boyfriend and his family by last name, and they had not been in 10 years.

Our little buddy has CHF. Unfortunately he suffered a heart attack Saturday. I phoned Dr Giessman and left a message. He happened to be out walking and running and was kind enough to TEXT me back and he phoned me within 30 minutes. Mr V appears to be doing OK but going in for xrays tomorrow.

Always a great experience at Hampton Animal Hospital. Dr. Geisman and all the staff have always taken great care of all my animals over many years. Using very safe practices currently to protect everyone during this time of COVID-19. Highly recommended!

Dr. Geisman is an excellent dog and cat doctor. His staff always gets me in when its an "emergency". Its a wonderful place with good people.
