We've been taking our dog and cat here for years and have loved every experience. They're so patient and gentle with both of them. We'll never go anywhere else!

My dog,Yuma, recently had an aural hematoma (ear full of blood) that needed to be drained. I decided to take him to my partner’s vet since they’re much closer than mine out in Ballwin. We called on a Saturday and they didn’t have any appointments so we scheduled him for that following Tuesday. When we first arrived I asked the technician who came to get him from our car if she needed my help getting him inside (their COVID policy). He’s a 135 lb Great Dane with separation anxiety. She cut me off and rudely replied that they couldn’t let anyone inside. First red flag. While Yuma was inside the vet called us to explain that the hematoma was likely to come back if we didn’t have something called a no flap ear wrap. This was a product we would have to order and wouldn’t arrive for 3-4 days. The technician eventually dropped Yuma off and dropped the leash on the ground instead of placing it in my hand. By the time we got home and out of the car his ear had already filled up again and the preventive bandages were useless. We found better luck with an old t-shirt we cut and tied around his head. Needless to say I was incensed. I called Brentwood Animal Hospital to explain how frustrating this was and how it very much seemed like a money grab: you fix something and have a solution for it to stay fixed, but you don’t tell the customer about it until after so they MUST come back to you. Brentwood Animal Hospital should have told us about the ear wrap before we ever scheduled an appointment. We spent over $300 for nothing...The receptionist said she would let the powers at be know. Eventually we got an email from Brentwood Animal Hospital stating they would drain Yuma’s ear for FREE, but if it filled up after them draining it a second time there would be another charge. We bought the wrap and long story short I noticed his ear was getting smaller over the next week or so and I thought his body may absorb all of the blood and we wouldn’t need another draining. Unfortunately it didn’t fully absorb and now it’s filled up again. I made an appointment 2 days prior with Brentwood Animal Hospital and acknowledged the email/arrangement (free draining). The night before the appointment someone from Brentwood Animal Hospital leaves us a message about how we’ll have to pay for the procedure. I called this morning to confirm and sure enough, because the ear was getting better on its own even though it never fully drained, Brentwood Animal Hospital reneged on their agreement and told us we would be charged again if we brought him in. Of course I cancelled the appointment. If I’m going pay for a procedure It certainly won’t be with them and will be with a vet I trust. Needless to say I wouldn’t recommend Brentwood Animal Hospital to anyone. Even my partner has decided to take her dog Nala somewhere else after witnessing everything and wondering if her dog is truly getting the care she deserves.

Due to covid19, they come to your car and take your pet inside. They are very thorough and answered all my questions over the phone while I was in my car. I was very happy with the care my cat received. ????

The veterinarian was attentive and caring, after the technicians made me cry. This place is all covered in tinted windows and blinds are down. We give them our pet and you should hope for the best?!!!! Then you get to talk to your pets doctor, who will suggest pills for your pet, then you get transferred to the front desk , and the only think they want is your credit card number and after charging almost 500 dollars she is done with you and hang up. The next step is the fist technician that made me cry brings your pet, gives out your bag with meds and act like you own her apology and compassion!!! So, that was my experience!!! I don't know what the place looks like inside, I don't even know who the vets are...it's all covered, but you will see all kinds of notices on the windows, not to enter and to call there number. This is definitely NOT a pet compassionate people, I have been communicating with them for over 3 weeks, and there was still miscommunication and misunderstanding!? Notes were made about my pet over 5 times and still, when I got to my appointment, they were clueless!? I even email them info the night before the appointment, because the email they send me ask for it!!! As of today I am looking for a different veterinarian. We definitely deserve better!!!!! If I can give 0 to Brentwood animal hospital I would. The only kind person was the doctor that I have never seen, but with that in mind, she was also well trained to promote pills and product from there sponsors. Absolutely one of my worse experience ever. I was let to cry for about an hour, because they were terrible of handling us with compassion and care!!!

Wonderful, caring crew. Fair pricing and they always quote before services are performed. They are great with our crabby old man! The techs are patient and helpful. Appointments can be scheduled online and they're very responsive to social media.

I am so pleased with Brentwood Animal Hospital. I have a cat who gets very stressed at the vet and they were able to subdue her without anesthesia. The entire organization is fear free certified. Dr. Cara Cosgrove is incredibly patient, kind, and informative. And two nurses helped jump my car in the parking lot after my battery died. I am happy to have found this place.

Everything about my dog’s first appointment was amazing. I can’t even express how much I appreciated being worked in for a sick visit (as a brand new client!). I could tell it was a busy day, so things moved quickly, but the staff and doctor were thorough and walked me through every step. Great about giving estimates and explaining the services. Positive attitudes the whole time - all while maintaining covid protocols! I am so impressed and grateful.

My cat got his tail stuck in our screen door and needed stitches. The doctors here got him in last minute near the end of the day. They are so caring and helpful! Buddy is back to normal ????

They got us in last minute when our cat had an eye issue. They took really good care of him and he's back to 100% now. I would definitely recommend them!

They actually care about my pets and go above and beyond. We had been going to a different vet for years and within one visit to Brentwood Animal Hospital, I learned my dogs food was bad for his heart, that he needed to lose weight and several other super helpful things. The vets are very knowledgeable, the staff is very efficient and every visit is very pleasant.

Brentwood Animal Hospital has top-notch doctors and a staff that's beyond words. So caring, compassionate and they really take a personal interest in your pet(s). I'm so grateful that I found them so many years ago - they've helped me through the loss of many pets, and just fall in love with the new pets I bring in!

Here to visit inlaws over the holiday. Had a dog get sick. Everyone is super nice and very good at getting our dog to feeling better.

Very friendly staff. Very nice facility in the center of St Louis County. Having any procedure is expensive when a surgery for your pet is involved. It's best to regular checkups to prevent problems, and its smart to look into long term pet medical insurance if your serious about your animals. I highly recommend this animal hospital.

This Webster Groves standard has always had a few surprises on the menu. The Sunday I was there my eyes were immediately drawn to the Pad Thai entry. It was quite well done, including a few unexpected tasty spices and just enough Heat. Of course it's in an area where the choices where to eat are many. But don't overlook this Webster gem.
