Bentley Animal Hospital Fenton, Missouri

I have had nothing but good care of my cat. She has even required dental surgery twice. Other reviews have said their services are overpriced. I do not have time to shop around. Consistent quality care is what drives my decision for my furry family member.

This is by far the best vet I've been to. I've been bringing my pit here for 8 years and have no complaints. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they offer grooming and boarding in addition to their veterinary services.

I felt comfortable with the staff. They were very professional. They listened to what I was saying and proceeded to examine my cat. Since I had test done recently at my vets office, they got the records right away. I would recommend Bentley Animal Hospital.

Spent a good chunk of money on my guinea pig to have his cyst removed and cleaned, only for the male vet to say he didn't find the cause and within a few weeks it came back. The second time, however, my boy was sneezing, had wobbly steps, couldn't hold his head up, etc., so we went back to get him checked. Female vet said it was "a little cold" and gave me medication. He was dead after the first dose.

My dog Monte was very sick I called and asked if I could please bring him they said YES no hesitation I took him right away we were greeted with kindness and he got taken care of quickly He had to have antibiotics and pain shot administered the very next few hours at home he was feeling better and the next morning a lot better Thank you to the amazing staff !! Im so pleased with the treatment my Monte was given

As a brand new dog owner I took my pit/lab for an initial check up. They were very kind, but they immediately put my dog on allergy medication and gave her an allergy shot saying that less invasive treatments would not be effective given her history. In addition, they wanted me to bring her in for bloodwork after 30 days and then every 6 months. The vet also assumed that the two bumps she had were from allergies. I called another vet for some advice and learned that I could request for the bumps to be checked out under a microscope. Turns out one bump was a non cancerous tumor that went away on its own and the other bump was bird shot—not at all related to allergies. We have switched to a sensitive skin and stomach diet and her rash went away without super expensive allergy medication. We can also manage any flare ups with allergy shampoo and oils. I am very disappointed in Bentley and feel taken advantage of. We spent just over $700 between 2 visits. ISO honest and affordable vet.

Bring your wallet. Be prepared to get hit up constantly about extra services. Nice people.

They were amazing. We cann to have our beloved Cole euthanized. They were compassionate and caring through entire process. Thank you for allowing us to be with him as he drifted off to heaven.

Dr. Wirt is amazing with our animals. She is super friendly and willing to explain things that are going on with our pets in a way we understand. The staff are excitement friendly and helpful as well.

VERY disappointed in the ENTIRE boarding process. In addition some people in the front office don't seem to care. Also if you request a call back from the manager it won't happen.

Brought our dog in for the second time, to be groomed only. We use a different vet, never been a patient here. They gave our dog an unnecessary dose of Bordatella, when he had just received one only 4 days prior from his own vet! Nobody called to confirm if his vaccinations were up to date; they did this without consent. And they still made me pay for it! The office manager was unapologetic and went around with me for 20 mins over a $31 charge that I never agreed to. The groomer did a great job but this vet clinic is a hazard. Will never be back.

I really enjoyed the service I received here, they always call and check up on my fur babies after a visit and are extremely knowledgeable!

This place helped us at the drop of the hat. I have been with another place, which I will post about, and were of no help. These people are so kind and concerned. They will help problem solve. My dog is very important to me and I will be leaving the other place and being loyal to Bentley

The staff is welcoming as soon as you walk into their office. These people love animals! Dr. Reiter and his staff care for our babies as their own with compassion and expert knowledge. A wonderful place to bring your babies!

Our dog Penny had a grooming with Julie. She's the best and Penny loves her.

Dallas steak is the best steak

Always the hard sell on services you don’t need. Tried to sell me monthly glucosamine injections for a two year old basset hound mix as a “ precautionary” treatment. Then a dental was almost double what I was quoted as a written estimate. Save yourself the aggravation.

Fast and friendly curbside visit.

Been taking our new puppy there for the last year and have been very satisfied so far.
