So I’ll let you guys read this for yourself. The way these people just lied and sent me this letter as if it is my fault is ridiculous. I never planned on going back to this vet to begin with. Veterinary Care Center of Chesterfield is where I go and they are awesome. I’ll address everything in the letter and how they lied. First of all the difference was $100. I did sign for a neuter instead of a spay and yes, the total was $100 difference. They did not apologize for the error, they called and told me the difference and said my dog was ready to pick up. I said “ok, thanks” & hung up the phone. Went to the clinic and asked to see the “estimate they gave me”. Saw that I agreed to a certain price and asked if I could just pay the original price since, this is the vets mistake. The lady with the tattoo sleeve and face piercings (Who I believe is Stacy now), then tried to say that is was my fault for not noticing the mistake and basically that I should eat the cost. I never refused to pay, I refused to pay the new cost; I always agreed to pay the old price. I had to call the cops because they would not release my dog and the cops did not agree with the vet lol. I would love to hear how I was abusive as well. I actually said “thank you” to the only person that was trying to help, but Stay (If that is her name) shut her up. If she is the boss then the clinic won’t last long under her care. I absolutely can’t believe how bad the person who wrote this report lied. If it was to save her job then good to her.

Dr. Bender and her team have truly been a godsend for my GIANT baby boy. From taking him there to get his routine nail trim and allergy shots to the exploratory surgery that he needed recently, all staff members that we encountered were friendly, attentive and informational as we always have a million questions.

Elizabeth Dolan treated my pet today. She was knowledgeable and gentle with her.

Welcome Dr.Atef Khalil! Highly recommended if you are looking for a very attentive Dr "fur" your babies. My boys have been patients here for 8 years. A new Vet doc made me nervous but I am so impressed. Six out of five stars. The entire staff is patient, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Would not make an appointment for my dogs torn dew claw because it "wasn't bleeding". Had to find another vet and will never consider this place again.

The Doctors are nice, at least they do a good job. Now, the service staff are pretty terrible, rude, unprofessional, laugh at your needs or requests, as if I was dumb, well maybe they don't figure if I ask things is because yes vet stuff is not my expertise. Price is kind of reasonable, but look out for what they are charging, in some bills they would charge stuff that they never gave me, or put an item twice (with different prices each time, as if their prices were not fixed). And when I asked about it, they told me "oh just disregard that", or "if we did not give it to you is because your dog did not need it" (well they already charged me for that item) and I really let things pass, I acted as if anything happened (but I am not stupid!) and did not complain because I liked the Doctors but I got to say the attitude from the service rep today was extremely poor and rude. So now looking for other vet clinics if anyone has an advice I'm open to try!

All the doctors are super nice and helpful. My little bit cat Figaro has CH and they're very supportive and help me keep on top of everything.

Dr. Bender and her staff are phenomenal. They really care about our fur babies but won't try to force or upsell services. They are kind, caring and compassionate, and I wouldn't dream of taking my puppers anywhere else.

As always great. Dr. Dolan and her staff are very good with Mia and make sure i understand everything. I also appreciate them takeing all the precautions during this crazy time????

The staff knows my dog by name and offer mail clipping at a reasonable price. They really care about his welfare and have even called me to ask how he is doing after surgery.

Have gone to this clinic for 40+ years. They are the best! They have treated our pets like their family!

Great vet and great prices.

I was horrified with my experience at this vet office. I brought my cat in to be neutered and he was returned to me extremely hungry and his body and carrier were covered in poop. I have been to other vets and never had this happen before. I am so disappointed as I was hopeful that this could be my new permanent vet’s office. We will not be returning or recommending this office to anyone.

We have had a really good experience here with our little Bichon Frise over the last four years. We only have the annual appointments to go off, as we have thankfully avoided any emergency visits, but we've had 0 complaints. The variety of workers we've dealt with have all been friendly and helpful. The price for the annual cluster of shots and such seems really reasonable (about 165 for us). And for what it's worth, our dog doesn't seem miserable heading in or coming out. The only minor, minor complaint would be that they don't take Discover cards, and I have forgotten that every time.

Dr. Bender and her staff are the most caring people. My cat is not always the healthiest and Dr. Bender gives him all the individual and unique attention he needs. My dog recently passed and Dr. Bender helped us in a way only a caring and good hearted person could.

As a veterinary technician with 17 years of experience, I have worked at many clinics and have many of my own animals cared for. I have worked at This clinic for many years now, it's a great work environment and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my own animals.

These folks are awesome so friendly. They treat your pet as it was their own.

Have received friendly staff members who always greet my dogs with care. I've never been inside since I've started coming here due to covid. Nail service is a huge deal for me. I used to take them to Petco and for nail trim and buff it's $15 and then tip. For a nail Dremel it's $15. Another great thing is that they price match products like heartworm medication. Great establishment and glad I chose them.
