They were so sweet and accommodating. Very timely. Lola's tail would not stop wagging. She definitely enjoyed it. And my dog has never smelled so good.

I have a difficult little dog. He's skiddish and half blind. He's a fighter when it comes to cutting his nails, but everyone at Bow Wow treats him with great care. These good people are the only people I will take him to.

Have had multiple problems with this place and last time finally let them have it.. They finished my dog and when she came to my car she was wet and muddy and ruined my shirt and pants.. not to mention the car.. Very unprofessional people .. Look for other options ..

This was not or first visit to this groomer. Normally they do a decent job but, today, they did a poor job grooming our dog. He looks like what you would picture if you heard the term, hacked up.

Been bringing my dachshunds here for 15 plus years and they are always amazing!! Probably can't beat the price and I love how they allow me to hold them while they trim. Super quick and professional. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience here this morning. I was greeted warmly even as my maniac of a dog burst through the doors barking her head off. She knew what she was in there for. I warned them that I had taken my dog everywhere to try to get her nails trimmed and that she just absolutely hated everything about it. Though it was a chaotic 10 minutes (no fault of their own, just my high stress, anxiety ridden dog's), they got the job done! They were professional and extremely sympathetic to both me and my dog's situation. Now that the job is done, my girl is back to being her happy normal self and I can't thank them enough for toughing it out for the both of us.

I was told on Tuesday to bring my dog in on Friday to have them look at him and say how much it would cost to groom him. They said bring him up before 3. At 2:30 my daughter (who rushed from school back home.)Got the dog rushed up there to have the doors locked and closed sign up. Not one person called to let me know they were not going to be there. The woman on the phone repeatedly said to have the dog there BEFORE 3. 2:30 is BEFORE 3. If they were going to close early something should have been said. A phone call would have been the proper thing to do.

Fast friendly and cheap. Also the gentleman who was working there is a veteran . Will be back.

I usually take my fur baby Trump an American Bully there to trim his nails. They love him. He gets upset and howls when they re closed. He likes it there too

The people take extra care of my dog. Been going there for 10yrs. They do fantastic grooming & st a fair price.

Just moved to Saint Louis in February and looked for a groomer for my 2 dogs. Called a week and a half ago and made an appointment for Friday at Noon. Arrive at noon and was told they never make appointments after 10 on Friday because they close at 3. I don’t know the persons name I talked to on the phone but I repeated noon at least twice. They offered this time to me. The two young girls in the shop were very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend this place as they don’t treat customers in a professional manner.

Did a walk in to get my pups nails trimmed. Very matter of fact folks. I’m new to the pup world so perhaps that’s what is to be expected. Walk in trim is incredibly reasonable and made my pup very happy.

Quick service at extremely reasonable rates make this a great option for doggy spa days. The two dogs in my life (one big and one small) were both well serviced by the professionals at this business.

I have a Senior Fur Baby named Phoebe. I’ve taken her to several groomers, and this is the first and only one I’ve picked her up to take her home and she wasn’t shaking all over sometimes for up to three days. I worked in a groomer so I’m familiar with there services and this is more of a family owned operation which I love, I like to support small businesses in the community and this one is so worth it. I’ve seen them treat every dog like it’s their own. I’ve been unbelievably kind to me working with me being that I’m on disability to keep her comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone, I truly love these people for their caring and understanding of the consideration and the care and gentleness when grooming they show my baby.

I have a 70 lb pit who is very dog reactive. They have no problem with her (we just pick her up sooner now so she doesn't hurt herself). They take care of her and our 13 year old shi tzu with love and care. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
