Didn't enjoy waiting in the parking lot, but what do you do? They took very good care of my kitty.

Absolutely amazing place and staff!  I have a senior dog that has many issues.  Countless times the staff has gone above and beyond to answer my questions, find solutions and help however they can. A few months ago my dog had a ruptured mass on his leg.  They got him in that day to take a look and moved his surgery up to the following day.  The surgeon and his wife came in on their day off to remove it so he wouldn't have to spend the weekend in pain.  Most recently they rushed to refill my dogs pain meds 15mins before closing so he wouldn't run out over the holidays (my fault and so thankful).  They all truly care about my pet's well-being.

First visit with new kitten,nurses and doctor were exceptionally nice and pleasant. They answered all my questions and I'm very happy.If you need a vet or are looking for a new one this is the place...

This is the best vet I have ever been to! They are so caring and actually spend the time thoroughly looking over your fur babies. They are also incredibly supportive/reliable- I have a sick little one right now and they were able to squeeze me in for today instead of our original scheduled appointment next week. I have been to quite a few vets and not only is this one super affordable in comparison they care so much about you and your babies!

I just can't say enough good things about the doctors n staff at binder..they actually care and are very gentle and knowledgeable and my 10 year old pup can be a handful sometimes..highly recommend

Yesterday was a very hard day for myself and my family. Our boy Texas had a large tumor on his belly which was previously diagnosed by another vet as cancer. When I say diagnosed I mean they guessed. They did no tests. I called Binder yesterday morning and spoke with Heather about final arrangements for my baby boy (11 year old Australian Shepherd mix). I have so much respect for Heather. I could barely form a sentence and she was patient and kind for the entire phone call. She was able to arrange for us to come in even though they were completely booked for the day because of the severity of the situation. Upon arrival we were placed in a room and we were all extremely emotional (as you would expect). Everyone was very kind to us. Dr. Padrino (I believe I have the name right but I apologize if I don’t remember correctly) was very gentle and explained our options. He offered us tests that the previous clinic did not offer us. Within 30 minutes we got the news. Our baby boy had aggressive cancer and it was only going to get worse for him. We made the collective decision to send our boy home. Texas was loved and cared for extremely well. I couldn’t have asked for a more caring staff. I want to thank you all for taking care of my baby boy. You made an impossible outcome tolerable. Your pets will be taken care of at this hospital. We will be using this hospital exclusively from now on.

All great veterinarians. Staff is always pleasant and accommodating. Our family has happily taken dogs, cats and guinea pigs over the last 5 years to Binder.

The staff was super I talked to vet on phone while checking my cat my visit was short the vetinarian went over everything with me while on phone the vet bill was very reasonable. Was there for about 30 minutes Lulu and I are greatful to the staff thank you Blake

Wonderful staff very helpful. The veterinarians are very patient. They explain in detail the situation with your pet. And most of all they LISTEN. I never feel rushed.

They have been my vet for 30+ years and are exceptional with my pets. They are like family and have never let me down when it comes to the care of my pets. Always take time to explain everything to you. Never rush you.

Great place , they know there stuff very caring and knowledge able , I took my doberman in there when our regular vet wouldn't take us, and sold us medicine to pro long her life and then she died the 2 days later, and let's just say they made it right great staff , great place if you need a vet

We are in from out of town taking care of family issues and our pup came down with a UTI. Not only was the staff at Binder able to see her the same day, but they also took SUCH good care of her. If I lived here, Binder would be my regular vet, no doubt about it. Thank you, staff of Binder Animal Hospital!

Although my dog Max is normally rather gentle, he becomes quite" the jerk"(putting it gently) when it comes to veterinarians. Regardless of his neurotic Behavior, they were still very loving, caring, and thorough with his checkup. Not to mention, Max has been miserable with skin allergies. With the medications they prescribed he is feeling immediate relief. I can't thank them enough!

I LOVE Binder! It has a small town feel, they always remember my animals when I come in and I never feel rushed through appointments like I did at a lot of other vets i tried in the area. my oldest dog has a lot of health issues and they have been extremely thurough and do a great job explaining everything to me. I've seen 3 of their doctors and I liked them all but especially love Dr. Birkner. He went above and beyond to make my dogs comfortable the first time we came in and now my dogs actually get excited when I pull into their parking lot. The attached photo is from our first visit, my pups adore Dr. Birkner!

On February 22nd, I had to make the decision to euthanize my dog, Dexter. He wasn’t sick but he was dangerously aggressive. This was a decision that could not be taken lightly but, after speaking to Dr. Birkner, he reassured me that it was the best decision considering the circumstances. I just wanted to say thank you to Dr. Birkner for taking time to talk to me, reassure me, and make sure the process was as easy as possible for my Dexter. They allowed me to be in there with him as he passed and that means more to me than they’ll ever know.

My family and I have been taking our dogs here for almost 20 years now. Took my first dog here as a little girl and now taking my new puppy here as an adult. Amazing, caring staff who know their stuff, especially Dr. Felder. I wouldn't take my dog any place else.

We have been going to Binder for 22 years for different pet needs. They have always treated us and our furbabies with love, care, and compassion. I highly recommend them to anyone in the South County area.

I needed a vet for my aging cat Baxter & Binder came highly recommended from a friend. I am very pleased with all the staff and the way they are handling services during the pandemic. Some vet offices were not taking new patients when I called, but from the moment I called Binder to inquire I was very pleased with their professionalism and how accommodating they were. Over the course of treatment and follow-up, I encountered and spoke to various staff, including two the vets, and both were very knowledgeable and informative. I feel that Baxter is in good hands. I would highly recommend them. Thank you.

I decided to take my new puppy to Binder back in November because of how close it was to my house. I am baffled by the positive reviews and I’m convinced the people leaving these have unfortunately never been to a quality vet. My dog has been given the wrong meds, we’ve had to turn around twice to get shots forgotten by the staff. They do not listen. Today was the final straw, however. I sat in the waiting room for about 20 minutes looking into an exam room with a newly euthanized dog on the table. No one shut the door or turned off the lights. There was no regard for that dog or anyone in the waiting room who had deal with the unpleasant scene. If you want the best for your pet, find another vet.

I highly recommend Binder Animal Hospital to anyone who needs medical care for their pets. The doctors and staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and they go above and beyond for their clients. I know my dogs are in good hands when they come to Binder!

We have been taking our dog, Zoey, to Binder for the past 9 years, and we couldn’t be any happier with her care! She is generally very healthy, but she suffers from these genetic mast cell tumors on her skin that will metastasize if we don’t have them removed. Since she has had so many surgeries (plus yearly wellness visits and occasional sick visits), we have had lots of experiences with the doctors and staff over the years. We have never had a negative experience. Dr. Pisoni, who performs all of Zoey’s surgeries, is always willing to take time to listen to my concerns and questions and talk things through so we can make the best decision for Zoey. I always have a lot of questions, and he is extremely patient with me, even though I know he is busy. The whole staff is very compassionate and skilled both with the pets and their owners. I have recommended them to my sister, my sister-in-law, and several friends, who also take their pets to Binder. If you are looking for a great team to give superior care to you pets, Binder is the place you will find it.

Dr Felder has been nothing but amazing with my pup!
