This place is great. They were so amazing when my dog needed palliative care. I know they gave me an extra year and a half with my dog. Dr. Feagans had several new ideas for treatment and put a lot of time into reading up on current studies and new treatments to help my best friend stay around longer. That was during the worst of Covid too! Plus their prices are so much less expensive than any vet I’ve used over the past 30 years! So much so at first I kept telling them to please charge me more because I want you to stay in business. I find it interesting they’ve been around so long and have the best care for those prices. Makes me wonder why I’ve been getting charged so much so long.

FPH is the most affordable vet I have ever been to and they are an exotic vet, they take all animals from reptiles, rabbits, chickens, guinea pigs, I trust them with my animals

They are good for the basics. They were negligent with my cat. Missed a blood clot on his xray, that was seen by another vet immediately. I sent them pictures just hours after them seeing my cat of all the blood he was losing in his urine and I called them. The vet tech tried to respond when I called. She said the antibiotics would kick in and he'd be fine... my cat didn't receive antibiotics that day. She had no idea who she was talking about and no idea what happened during our visit yet she felt she was qualified to respond to my concerns. The receptionist said she would pass my concerns and pictures along to his vet after I pointed out that he didn't receive antibiotics. That was Monday. Today is Saturday and I still have yet to hear from his vet. My cat ended up in the hospital on Wednesday. He has required two blood transfusions. He's not out of the woods yet. I knew something was wrong, yet they blew me off. They blew my baby off. So if you are looking for a vet for immunizations and heartworm meds then they are a good option. Anything more serious than that, you are gambling with your pet's life.

The people here just absolutely love animals. They are kind to humans as well.

Extraordinary care from the front desk to the vet techs and vets. Compassionate care during hard times, realistic prognosis, quality, expertise. We've had four animals in care here (2 dogs, 2 cats) over 8 years, including serious health issues and saying goodbye. Can't recommend this business highly enough.

This place is amazing for exotics care!! I took my mouse here for swollen lynph nodes and they were able to do a microscopic on her roght away and get her lined up with a steroid treatment for an amazing price. They also spay/neuter smalls animals like rats which is awesome. Super friendly and caring staff, and quick service. DEFINITELY reccomend this place for any type of pet.

Been in twice now and both times we were checked in immediately and seen by the vet within minutes. When we were done with our visit we were checked out promptly. Staff have been friendly and office is nice. Highly recommend!

Family Pet Hospital is the best. They are very affordable, and you can tell they really care about your pet. They also work hard to squeeze you in for an urgent health issue, even when they are booked up. I especially like how understanding they are of my dog’s anxiety when he goes to the vet. He can be quite difficult, but Dr. Collins and the vet tech handled him so well by sitting on the floor with him, feeding him treats, and talking in calm voices to encourage him. They also cleared the waiting room on the way in because he doesn’t like other dogs. I also appreciated how hard they worked to find us the lowest priced treatment options. Their kindness and patience made our experience much better than it has been at any other vet.

After not having a dog for 25 years I got a puppy. I was recommended to come to family pet Hospital. It exceeded my expectations! They are knowledgeable, friendly, professional clean and reasonable!

They did my grandbunny's spay and they were fantastic with her. The staff takes time with you and answers questions without making you feel inadequate. Prices are good. Highly recommend!

They are great most of the time. They usually can even squeeze you in if you really need them to without a actual appointment. I only gave 4 stars because I have ran into a problem with a rude worker who thinks she runs the show and doesn't want to listen to what you have to say and doesn't let you speak when your trying to. But I take my ferrets here it's the only place I trust completely br Daniel's is awesome and has not ever let me down.

They were very kind and caring during my son having to put his very loved cat to sleep. She had massive breast cancer. They let us stay with her as long as we wanted.

These guys are the best. They are always super friendly, they work with you on prices and don't overcharge for frivolous things like certain other vets in the area that will remain nameless, and they have a parrot named Squid! A PARROT NAMED SQUID! This is seriously the best vet office I've ever been to, and they treat exotic animals, too!

Been taking my li'l guys here for years now, and won't go any other place. Highly recommend them to anyone who care about their pets.

I have never, ever, dealt with such a professional, courteous and wonderful place as family pet hospital! They understand how much we love our little Mongolian Gerbil, Lion, and helped us when he had a tumor. They operated on Lion, and he is doing just fine! They also took care of my granddaughter's pet rat, Sweetie. My granddaughter and I both highly recommend them to all!! ???????????? to Family Pet Hospital!

My dog needed a teeth cleaning and they did a great job!

I called to if they treated pet ducks and they do. They were very nice and reasonable. They charged a normal fee and provided the medicine needed for my duck. I would highly recommend them.

Dr Hill is great! She explained everything with patience and understanding.
