We brought our dog in for her annual shots last week. When I made the appt. I asked to have her appt with Dr. Schildnecht since I have been taking our animals to him for over 20 years and always appreciated his down to earth and thorough explanation of problems . He always takes his time and is also very kind. He was in surgery so we saw Dr Gary instead. Usually I have trouble hearing and understanding him. This visit I asked him to speak up because I am heard of hearing and he did. He gave our dog a very complete physical and he spoke up so I had no trouble hearing him. He also suggested since our dog has such horrible allergies to try a shot of cortisone. And after many treatments this seems to really help. So I was extremely pleased with our visit last week like before.I highly recommend either vet.

Randall Schildknecht DVM has been our vet now for over 30 years! He is amazing, honest and trustworthy and has always had our fur babies best interest at heart. We have gone through routine care, surgery and very difficult situations, even ones which required a second opinion after doing all we could think to do. He was quick to refer me to a DVM who specialized and was able to treat the difficult situation to a full recovery. He is down to earth and is an all around great veterinarian. We have been through tough heart wrenching decisions and he is nothing but compassionate and caring. I would highly recommend Twin Pines!!!

Have been going here for years. Have had emergency situations, regular appointments, and those random visits. They're always so nice and helpful! Wouldn't imagine going anywhere else.

The veterinary it didn't charge me because I took a stray cat female to get it spayed, but she was already Spayed.

My appointment is coming up but I know Angie will do an awesome job with my cat

My family has gone to Twin Pines for two or three generations now. My grandmother and parents always went there. My parents still go there and I've been going there since I was 19/ 20 years of age. I have a few other family members that go here too. Twin Pines will always be my option.

I can never begin to express my gratitude to the care Dr Randall S has given my pets! He is over the top. I have used him for years and he never disappoints. Has treated my babies from simple to severe. There is no one in the area that I would trust more!!! The staff is caring and extremely personal and I always feel as if they care deeply for my babies!!! Can’t thank them enough!!

We love Twin Pines and Dr. Randall. Our dog was having seizures every couple months and now it's been over 6 months without a seizure. Dr. Randall thought we should try thyroid medication and it's worked!! We wouldn't take our dog anywhere else.

Professional, empathetic, great with our dogs & reasonable rates. With Covid they had to modify how they see our puppies but they also throw out what doesn't work & continue to find better ways to make visits less stressful for all, including owners.

I’ve been taking my dogs to Twin Pines for years and love Dr Schellnick he’s the best. However today I went to refill my dogs heart worm pills and set outside on gold for 25 mins before being transferred to a voice mail message. I hung up and redialed the girl answered and I told her what I needed and she “Oh come on in w a mast and we’ll help you. Upon entering there were 5 girls behind the counter and no customers in site. None were on the phone and it appeared they were preparing to go to lunch. I got my meds and was out in 5 mins. Very frustrating!

Took good care of Daphne. Doc helped out greatly!
