Okay i am usually not one to leave negative reviews but this was ridiculous. I made my dog an appointment a few days ago. I even confirmed with the lady on the phone twice that i had the correct date and time of my dogs appointment to make sure i didn’t come on the wrong day since this appointment is very important. Well i got there today and they couldn’t see my dog because they claimed i didn’t make an appointment. But yet they said my name was in the system?? I’ve never been there before so why would my name be in the system if i “didn’t make an appointment”? My dog is in pain and this appointment was much needed today, so i find this very disappointing and unprofessional.

They took great care of my dog. She is very allergic to fleas and they fixed her right up.

My male got neutered. Surgery went well and cat doing fine. I've been taking my pets there for 7 yrs. Prices are very resonable.

We have boarded our dogs here three times to bring them home vomiting and having kennel cough. The office manager is rude and uncaring. I will not take a chance again. The excuses are many, with no sincere caring of our family.

Every time I have taken one of our pets to All Creatures no matter what the reason we were always met with courteous and prompt service. Couldn't complain about anything.

I have been taking my dog there since October and have visited the office a handful of times since. They always stay pretty busy, but I never felt like I was an inconvenience. The staff is always friendly and the veterinarians are very experienced and helped diagnose my dog right away. I have always avoided taking my dog to the vet because I was scared of the bill, but their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend.

We take our dog there for grooming. They always do an excellent job as long as you make sure to tell them exactly what you want.

Love the veterinarians and have gone to them for years! But grooming has no idea how to groom a double barreled coat and apparently has never seen a Keeshound before or tried to google how a Keeshound should be groomed. Very disappointed and will be taking her elsewhere for grooming.
