Very friendly caring staff. They really love all the animals under their care. I would recommend them to anyone who has a furry baby!!!

Awful experience. The vet never looked at his previous records, and got his birthday wrong so they gave his rabid vaccine a week earlier so now we have to wait a few months to legally get his tags. They didnt put his splint on correctly, and the vet seemed like he didnt want to do his job. He was dismissive and even passive aggressive at times. I came here looking for support and guidance especially as a first time dog owner, but what I got was a poor experience and a lack of communication skills. Dont come here unless you want to spend a lot of money for a poor job

They took such good cat of my cat when she had to be fixed. Won't go anywhere else now! Very compassionate staff

Dr. Jim is great along with the technicians and office staff. He is a great veterinarian and I highly recommend him.

They were so friendly and helpful here. I made an appointment and missed it so they agreed to reschedule the next day since there was a free spot open. I was afraid my dachshund was going to bark at every dog he saw but he was calm and wagged his tail around them and staff thought he was cute. Even when the vet gave him his pain medication shot he did so well standing still. So far he seems to be acting like his old self again. ????

They are by far the best!!! They saved my Novas life. She was sick and miserable. Had something going on that couldve easily killed her without treatment. I called the minute they opened after a holiday weekend and they got her right in and did surgery right away. I am so thankful for them. So so thankful.

I took my cat in for a spay and vaccines. The receptionists were all very nice. They updated me about my cat’s status by text and were prompt when I went to pick her up. They were very informative and the pricing was extremely reasonable. Great vet!

They always give the right diagnosis and are very caring and loving people. They seem to know what there doing and have always treated my animals well.

Took 1 of my cats in without an appt (she needed to be seen for her eyes)...they said that they'd get us in, but next time make an appt. (which is understandable). They treated us with the most up most respect amd told us what to do with my cats eyes and even gave us meds. They are now the only place I take my cats and when people are asking for vets, I recommend them to everyone!!!! They've been my cats vet for the past 3 years and they'll be my cats vet until the end!!!!

When moving to Saint Joe over three years ago, I happened to rescue a farm cat on the highway. I had no idea where to take her to get checked and after doing some research I called Animal Tales. They were able to get her in that day. I now take my other two animals, one being a dog and I love every experience there. They are always so welcoming and nice. Their service is excellent!

Vet does not listen to owner about their animal. After all, we know our let's the best.

I have been there with my last dog and current and they have been wonderful with them both.

The staff & doc are so amazing. They worked in our puppy when she had hives, that same day. They're patient & I'm so glad we found them!

My family and our animals have always been treated with the upmost respect here. From the front desk gals, the the techs to Dr Jim he is very compassionate and takes the time to explain everything step by step. Our fur baby Sammy had to be put down a little over a year ago it broke my heart but he was old and ill I know Dr Jim did the best for him that he possible could but in the end it was the right decision for our fur baby. The were all very kind and understanding when we left I was blubbering like a. Baby they gave us plenty of extra time to be with him when it was over.
