They were AMAZING!!! I'm traveling from Texas to Wisconsin and my cat was going stir crazy on the 2nd day. They saw my cat in a very timely manner and helped us out immensely!!! Not only calmed my cats sanity, but my daughter and I's too!! Thank y'all sooo very much!! God Bless y'all!!

Wonderful I take my mini-pigs to Dr. Janke, he's the best. I'm a first time pig momma. If I call with a concern I get help. It is so appreciated! The ladies are great even though my piglets squeals are awful! (Sorry about that)..Best veterinarian I've been to!

They were NO help whatsoever with my lil dog. Wanted me to pay them $150 because of the weekend but the other thing they could do it a basic check up & polio test that im sure would've cost us another $100 or $200.

Shame on the Veterinarians in Rolla that won't take an emergency because the animal isn't their regular patient! TCVC in Houston and Williams Vet in Mtn Grove will take emergencies for future reference!!!

Kind and considerate. We had a old cat and she had to be put down. Very thoughtful people.

Polite staff. Dr Janke takes time to answer my questions and listens to what I will and won't consider in treating my elderly dog. You will need to wait for (or leave, while you run an errand) your pet for examinations.

Too busy to fit us in for a month.

I have been going to Brian Janke for over 30 years. He would come out to my kennel for the day giving shots etc. after the day we would bbq and visit. It felt like he really cared about or animals. I staid with him all these years until last week. Things have changed, help is RUDE which is why I have left. What a shame. They are only in it for the money.

I took my cat in last week and was told she had diabetes and sold a bag of cat food. A week later my cat is DEAD. Thanks Rolla animal hospital for NOT DOING ANYTHING ACCEPT TAKE MY MONEY. Come get this expensive bag of cat food and shove it!

How can you call your self a hospital?? My dog Ace is really sick and you would not even see him with out a appointment..

so called up there cause my cat is very hurt and can't afford to go to vet but I can make payments and they turned her down cause now they cant do payments so my cat just can't get any treatment what to do. Don't go there they can't help. She drags it around and mow all day in pain. Emergency vet is not what it's supposed to mean no more its only if you have money then can they take care of your animals.

This day was horrible for us and our fur baby. She is very injured and we could not get any help was turned down. Doc not on duty gone to lunch dont have time. Dont know what to tell you. I mean really this is like our child. I am new to the area and never in my life have I seen a per get turned down so many times. Why have a clinic why have a hospital if no vet is on duty for an emergency.

The girl that answered the call was so rude and argumentative. She was also the one that met me out front to take my dog in and again she was argumentative when I was trying to ask about a flea shot for my dog. A shot that was offered to me by the actual vet. She managed to cut me off twice in the same sentence to argue. Very rude, poor customer service. I will not be taking my dogs back there again.

Great place that takes good care of your pet

Nice people that care more about the animals than the money it seams. $40 short on a $300 bill and at least they still cared for my dog and let me pay the rest payday. Most vets come at you with prices and if you can't afford everything right then they act like you don't want to take care of your pet.
