Brown Veterinary Clinic Rolla, Missouri

I had a 12 year old husky that was in severe pain and had eaten in days and I called multiple times the day he decided he didn’t want to walk anymore. I was told they couldn’t see him for 3 days even after all the information I gave them and they wouldn’t even see him in an emergency situation cause they were closed. My dog died that night. When I called to let them know how displeased I was they simply told me that they can only see so many pets a day. They don’t seem to care what condition your pet is in. I wouldn’t rely on them unless it’s simply annual checkups and shots.I would give them negative stars if I could.

They are the only that I take my cat's to.

Over the years i have taken many fur babies to them. From the ladies uo front to the last Dr Brown and Dr. Winfrey they have give good care and compassion when we had to make tougg decisions.

I bought my cat in for a preliminary check up and to get his shots. The staff was friendly. The vet was able to answer my questions. We will be bringing him back for further care from now on.

Great people that work there

My little dog had went into labor Friday evening and since she never had problems with her other litters I didn't give it much thought but the next day she still had not given birth. I immediately found a vets office ( which happened to be this one) and I am so glad I found them! They took my dog in and explained to me that they wouldn't be able to get to her till a little later .. The vet on call stayed after their closing hours and saved my little girl and her babies I was so grateful. They are gonna be my full time vet now.

I have been using Brown Veterinary Services for 40 years and been very pleased with their services and Dr Winfrey has done a wonderful job of continuing to fulfill Dearly beloved Dr. Browns shoes!! She really listens to an owners concerns about their animal babies! And she takes care of furry, feathered, and even reptilian babies!!

My son recommended this clinic, as he has been taking his animals there for several years now. They have taken great care with his critters, and are affordable. I only stopped by to get flea and tick medicine for my dogs. They are very friendly and do not make you come in for an appointment, to protect your animal from fleas and ticks. Being new to the area, that is very much appreciated. They will be my go to clinic for all my dogs Veterinary needs.

My only gripe is that they dont do emergency care. Other than that, I've never had anything but excellent care for my pets. Dr. Winfrey is excellent and actually acts as though she cares for your pets. The front staff are pleasant and always friendly.

I'm new to this area and got a little freaked out when my cat sick. I didn't know where to take him and called every vet in Rolla. Brown Vet Clinic got my cat in the next day and fixed him all up! Everyone who works there is so nice and welcoming. They were great with both my fur babies and it was easy to tell the doctor really cares about her patients. I've found a vet I'm going to stay with!

We always go to Brown's Vet clinic for our dogs. They're the best! Very caring people who know a lot more than the other vets out there.

Fast friendly and reasonably priced

Dr. Brown was great at keeping me updated on my sick cat when I had to take her in and leave her overnight. My only complaint is that he wouldn’t let me stay in the room when we had to euthanize her. I could be with her before and after but not during. When we were leaving I could hear her crying for me. I tried getting them to let me stay but they wouldn’t. I am scarred and regret this to this day and this was almost 3 years ago.
