Everyone was very nice. It wasn't a calming experience but under the circumstances nothing would've made it a good experience. When I picked up my girls ashes they gave me a clay mold of her paw. The paw mold has made this transition a little easier to handle. Everyone was very accommodating and sweet.

I called to see if I could get my pets in for shots and they said they don’t take appointments. But I could come in and wait my turn. I’m just not into waiting and I read some of the other reviews where people waited hours. I don’t like to do that personally so I didn’t go in. But I give them a three on their no appointment policy.

All of these people are more like family to us. Everyone is so caring and love on our fur babies everytime we bring one in. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the wait time is crazy, but I will never take my fur babies anywhere else

Pretty fast, friendly and not too crazy price wise. They do have a seperate entrance for dogs and cats.

The prescription was ready when I got there and the girls at the front desk were helpful and friendly as always.

I called because my 9yr old English Bulldog had fallen in our pool and was not breathing I needed help and I was asked if already a client which she was not but I would of paid any amount to help her the lady listened to me beg for help while giving CPR for around 3minutes then just hung up on me.

Have your money ready. First they will assume a annual exam and charge you for that. If anything is done like cleaning your dogs ears it will cost you almost 20.00 they don't tell you that until checkout. They will add charges for tests done behind the scenes. If you do not specify you only want annual shots, other services will be added. I took two dogs they did a stool test and said one of my dogs had heart worms. At this point I was told treatment would be 1000.00 for 3 shots. No test results were given. They also had my dogs age at 18 months and she is 6 yrs old. A big sales pitch on heart worm prevention that will cost 70.00 a month. By the time I was done my bill was over 310.00. I was told about 80.00 for shots on the phone when I called. Medicine is way overpriced they chewy is alot cheaper.. they take your love for your animal and use it for add ons Have to pay for the new place some how. Won't be back.

We were in town for the weekend, 7 hours from home and our dog developed a cough. I called Monday morning and they were helpful from the start. We walked in, got checked in and saw the doctor within 20 minutes. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Thank you for helping us take care of our dog so far away from home!

Doctor was very informative and vet tec was really nice and professional, but the older lady at the receptionist desk is rude, and unprofessional.

Great vets but the wait just to get an animals nails trimmed is insane

The staff was great the vet understood that we were passing thru but needed (baby Auto our puppy) need there service and they were so helpful and Auto made a lot of new doggie friends

Very friendly, no appointment necessary, wait time is short. Very professional and eager to serve and help. They have a large open waiting area with a dog entrance/side and a cat entrance/side. Will definitely bring all our pets here from now on.. highly recommend. Prices are reasonable. Side note... was a long time customer (30+ yrs) at another place (CAC) but had been about a year since we were there and they denied service to our new pet and said they were not taking new patients... Im glad to learn how they really are.... Much better friendly service and prices here.. Thank you Lone Oak Animal Clinic.

Always take great care of my pets

Went here with my absolute demon of a cat and they were so polite and patient with him and friendly toward me.❤

You'll get charged for things you didn't even know your getting. My dog's nails were bad and one was into the pad. That's a long story. But a $12 nail trim turn into $70. A $30 exam was thrown in, which ment I could not afford to get the medication she needed.

The staff seem careless in their work. My dog was given an extra dosage of the rabies vaccine when he was not due because they overlooked it on his chart. My dog had a bad reaction to the extra vaccine in his system and was not himself for almost three days. They also charged me for a service they did not do. I was given a heart worm prescription for only 6 months instead of a year just because they made another mistake. When calling to try to get this fixed they sent me a new prescription for the wrong medication. I honestly don't think that I have had a single positive experience with this business. They have greatly inconvenienced me, as well as caused my pet discomfort. The inconveniences have lasted past the original date of the visit as I have had to be on the phone with other providers and chewy to try to rectify their mistakes.

I didn't meet 1 staff member who was not gifted. They are hands down the best in every area when caring for my dog.

I lost my Fur Baby Queen and everyone there was so sympathetic. I was told it would take only 2 days to get her remains back and it took a week and 4 days. One of the numbers on her clay paw print wasn't pressed in hard enough but I love it!!!! These are a couple of things made me cry even more but my overall experience with this place is the best ever. I would recommend them to anyone who has pets. Oh, I also got a sympathy card in the mail with my baby's name on it. Don't let what I said in the beginning of this post steer you away from them because they are awesome! Even the parents bringing their fur babies in we're amazing. Everyone there and the service is great!
