Staff people wonderful! Location clean. Selection of puppies wide.Get a pup in your arms especially the type you are looking for, your hooked.? Pricing outrageous. When I spoke with the sales and we inquired about the price I was told $6500.00. That’s a lot of money for a dog. I asked what was included with that price and ran down a list of things. They worked with me on financing for the $6500.00 . After inquiring numerous times what was involved in the $6500 we agreed on the deal. Upon receiving the first statement the total balance due was $8362.49! Not the $6500 I agreed to. I went back to Petland and spoke to the lady (very nice person) and stated my claim. She was willing to remove some of the charges ($350 worth) that were “supposed to be include in the $6500.00. I had no receipt so I had asked to have and itemized one printed out. I am very happy with our pup, but could have gone to a breeder and payed less. But then we wouldn’t have Josh.

I really appreciate Petland. They are always friendly, but today I had an extra helpful experience. Nathan greeted me as I walked in and when I mentioned I was going to go get dog food he offered to help. He got the largest bag that I needed, and while checking out asked if I would like him to take it to the car. So friendly and so helpful! Nathan showed great customer service! Made my day!

IF I COULD ID GIVE THEM -1 STAR! Do not buy any animals here!!! They sell sick animals! And they aren't responsible for all the time and the emotional stress that they cause you. We brought a kitty a few weeks ago. Paid it in full,, 2,700 $$. And that same day she was sneezing! We took her to the vet like they told us to do right away, and the vet said she had a cold. We called the petland number they referred us to several times and said that they don't sell sick pets. FALSE. they do. Because ours was and is sick! And is so sick the vet though that she had leukemia!!! My daughter is so sad and affected by this situation because she was in love with here right from the start. She loves cats.just told m. I want my money back to buy a cat somewhere else! But They don't accept refunds. Even of I paid in full no money back! Horrible!

Kylie was extremely helpful with the puppy purchasing. She walked me through every detail and answered all of my questions.

The customer service was excellent. Very excited to spend my life with my new companion !!

George was awesome in helping us select the right puppy for our family and we will continue to go see him as long as he’s still there for all of our puppy needs.

Nathan was great help with finding my lil baby. It was getting a little too quite in my house and needed a friend.

Awful conditions for living of pets, puppies were all scrawny and shivering, covered in filth and cages full of feces. No employees interacted or greeted us, seemed to act busy but didn't tend to the needs of any of the animals at all, store was also overall unclean. Sad to see animals treated this way.

Great experience!!! Everything was clean and looked nice. Kylie was so sweet and helped us pick out our perfect baby???? She took us through everything we could need, and made everything very clear. Thank you Kylie and Petland crew, very impressive.

I got my boxer here, and he’s perfect! But after reading closer about this place, I’m not so sure they’re who they say they are. Pretty sure they don’t use private breeders like they lead us to believe.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. My family has never been so heartbroken. We purchased a siamese kitten from here as a part of my kids' Christmas present and within 20 days, the cat had to be put down from a kitten virus. After further researching and discussing with the vet, it's clear this kitten was sold to us this way and likely several other cats are dying, too. I filed an insurance claim through Petcare Solutions only to have them offer me a replacement cat. We went to look and the cat we looked at had the SAME symptoms and will likely die within a few weeks. Their insurance has denied my request for a partial or full refund stating that it's not in their warranty. The paperwork states dog and puppy repeatedly but does NOT ever state cat, which the salesman kept telling me was not a big deal... they just sell more dogs. This is false information and false advertising. My kids are heartbroken. After researching, SEVERAL Petland's across the nation have been sued for this very thing. Save your money and save yourself from the heartbreak and SCAM that Petland clearly is. I wasn't offered anyone additional to talk to... just told sorry, we've denied your request and we'll keep all your money. I am an avid animal lover and was excited for this special Christmas gift. I was even a return customer from 8 years ago but will never return here again, except possibly to let others know that the animals are sold as sick from scam artist sales people inside who don't care about animals or the families who come in. I'm beyond disappointed that I couldn't get anyone to talk to me about this horrifying and heartbreaking situation.

This is a beautiful store with healthy animals and a caring staff! Everyone was so attentive to me and helpful. Fairyonna the sales manager is very knowledgeable and passionate about her job. She helped me tons and now I have my dream dog. She showed me pictures on her phone of the exact breeder my puppy came from because she and other staff members have literally been there! I’ve now had my puppy for a week and it has been nothing but the best experience. I definitely recommend giving this place a try if you are looking for an amazing pet and all the help and recourses you need for the best experience! I was skeptical at first but I now understand that the puppies really do come from top breeders AND the caring staff does everything in their power to keep the puppies and other animals happy and healthy!
