My Airedale ADORES going to The Pet Ranch! She loves going to daycare and playing with all of her doggie friends. The staff are very good communicators as well!

I don’t write reviews often, but feel like I need to for Pet Ranch. I’m very protective of my rescue and I have complete trust in Pet Ranch! I’ve taken her here for many years. They know her antics and still love her like I do! She’s not the best with other dogs, but I know they still give her the attention she needs while she’s there. The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. Couldn’t recommend Pet Ranch enough.

My son had the birth of his first child on August 9th. He lives in New York, so my wife and I made plans to go and visit to see the Grandson. After making the airline reservations, we were faced with finding somewhere for our dog to stay while we were gone. We had heard about the Pet Ranch so we decided to make a reservation for our dog to stay there while we we out of town. I called the Pet Ranch to make the reservation and get all of their requirements for our dogs stay. The Pet Ranch confirmed my reservation, and asked that our dogs vaccination records be sent to them. I called our veterinarian to have our dogs vaccination record sent to them. After confirming the vaccination records were sent, we were all set... Or so we thought. I arrive to the Pet Ranch on August 22nd to drop off our dog, only to be told by a less than caring front desk person, that they could not keep our dog because they did not have his vaccination records. I explained that I confirmed with the veterinarians office that the records were sent and must be in their records somewhere. The front desk worker seemed put off by this, made a quick futile attempt to locate the records, then again said that The Pet Ranch could not keep our dog. My wife & I ended up missing our flight and were unable to go to New York to visit our new Grandson. I can not put into words how upsetting this whole experience with The Pet Ranch has been. It is apparently too much to ask to have a company that accepts your reservation to communicate with the customer in advance of dropping off your pet that all requirements have been met and everything is in order. Instead of waiting at the last minute and completely ruining the customers plans. We still haven't seen our Grandson, and as of now do not know when we will be able to reschedule another trip. Thank You Pet Ranch for destroying our trip.

It is a beautiful facility, unfortunately our dog did not like it for some reason and got put in a separate room. I think there was too much visual for him and he acted out!????. We DO LOVE the dog park which I noted this week had been cleaned up with some of dead trees taken out! I would still like to see the agility area cleaned up as my dog loves the challenge! The trail to it was non existent so we couldn’t even fight our way through the brush. A few more notes, the gate needs some WD40, it’s pretty hard to close ( I brought some with me a while back but it needs more)! Don’t get me wrong, we LOVE the park and it hardly ever has anyone there so you can walk your dog and wander in the woods in quiet which is MY THING! As you can see in the photos, he can run with the wind and wallow in the mud which is so fun to watch????! What fun he has, makes me laugh!

We only board our dogs here because they have great employees who love the animals they are looking after. The facility is top notch. Our dogs start visibly getting excited once they see the building and know where they’re going. Can’t say nice enough things about the pet ranch!

I've been bringing my "boys" here for several years. The staff is really friendly and caring. They offer grooming which is super convenient. Everytime I come in the staff greets my dogs which is pretty awesome. They recently went through a lot of renovations and put capital back into the facility to make the experience for the pets and their owners even better. It is really difficult to be away from our boys but Pet Ranch makes it easier.

We boarded our dog here for the first time and we were extremely unnerved to find that our dog had diarrhea and blood in his stool upon returning home. He was also gagging/coughing for two days after his visit as though he had been tugged by his collar repeatedly. I’m not accusing anyone of anything as I can’t prove anything, but I find it hard to think this was just a coincidence that he suddenly developed these symptoms upon returning home. He did not have any of these symptoms before boarding him. On top of that, the staff did not report to us any of these symptoms. Instead, it took me having to call them on my way to the emergency vet to determine what might have occurred for him to develop these symptoms. Apparently his diarrhea began there but it was only “some of the time”. He continued to have loose bloody stool for 5 full days until the medication from the vet finally kicked in. I did not find the front desk staff at Pet Ranch to be very personable, helpful, or quite frankly - friendly. I would not recommend a friend to this kennel.

This is the only place I trust taking my fur babies. They don't seem stressed when we pick them up. Your fur baby is not locked in a cage during their stay. They are in a room with a cot. The staff is the best as well. I wish I could post 10 stars.

I have been taking my dog to The Pet Ranch for boarding for nearly 5 years and other than my mom, they are the only people I trust to watch him. He can be quite the handful but the staff always seem excited to see him...almost as excited as he is to be there! I always leave him there with the peace of mind that he is happy and well taken care of.

We LOVE the Pet Ranch and so do our 2 dogs! When we drop off the boys; they can’t get in the door fast enough. The workers know the boys by name and take such good care of them. Our boys love the doggie daycare option too ????. It’s wonderful to have a place we trust and that the boys love when we have to leave them.

We have been using the Pet Ranch for a couple years now. Our dogs love going! They get so excited when we pull into the parking lot. The staff is always quick to reply to my requests. We wouldn't think of any place else to entrust our pups. Thank you Pet Ranch for all you do to keep our fur babies safe and happy when they are in your care.

I have been bringing my dog Roxy to the Pet Ranch for almost 6 years now. I go out of town regularly and she is boarded with them when I do. She loves it there and gets excited when I get her overnight bag out. She knows exactly where she is going! All the staff at the Pet Ranch are absolutely wonderful and you can tell they love taking care of your furry loved ones. :)

We've been bringing our energetic 10 month old pup here for the last few weeks for daycare and can't say enough about how wonderful the Pet Ranch is. He runs to the door each visit excited to see the care takers and doggie friends. After we take him home he sleeps the rest of the day, happy & content. We did a lot of research into picking the best place and I'm certain we've found it.

We love the Pet Ranch! Our Pomeranian goes there frequently for doggy day care, and we also board her there when we're out of town. Matt and the entire staff are top notch, and Tammy the groomer is amazing. We highly recommend the Pet Ranch!

Great place for dog day care

I cannot say enough about how wonderful The Pet Ranch is! My dog gets ao excited when he realizes we are pulling into the parking lot. He is always well cared for and the staff is always willing to work around one off situations. I highly recommend them for doggie daycarr and boarding needs.

This place is amazing and my dogs absolutely love it. The staff is extremely kind and helpful and with as many dogs as they have I am always impressed they know my two dogs by name.

My dog can't play with other dogs and this is the only facility I take her. The staff are great with Blue and Blue loves the staff. Every time we go she's so excited and I can travel with the peace of mind that my dog is safe and happy!

My Husky loves to come here and play with his buddies. When we get home, he eats, drinks, and then naps for a couple of hours. Money well spent. for both of us.

My little dachshund is very happy at the Pet Ranch. I feel the staff takes a genuine interest in making sure my dog is well cared for.
