Came into friendly staff whom helped assist getting our very first guinea pig????. they had all the materials and things you needed to supply that animal with all the love and nurturing!

Best selection for our animals needs. Rewards program is worth it to save money.

Bought a bearded dragon recently from PetCo. Employees are super helpful and all my questions have been answered. Being a first time bearded dragon owner..it feels good I can trust their knowledge to make sure we are doing things right.

Clean and fresh. The cashier was super friendly and helpful during our visit. The shelves were stocked and the prices seemed very reasonable.

Danielle helped us adopt a cat and she did amazing! The store was also very clean and all the staff were very welcoming.

The staff at this Petco are extremely helpful. You can tell that they really care and are passionate about animals too.

The store seems kind of dirty. Then I went to use one of the two restrooms and they were both gross. I've never seen such a filthy place at a store.

Have always had what I need. I have had to return things and it is super easy as well.

Stopped by to pick up some crickets for my gecko. No one was at the cashier and a blond female was nearby shocking and said she would be there. When I asked for the crickets she rudely said I should have asked someone to get them for me. I have purchased crickets from Petco for about 5 years and always paid for them first and then had someone paged to get them. The rude cashier told me I would have to wait several minutes for the crickets so I told her I am leaving and going somewhere else. I will no longer purchase anything at this store because of how rudely I was treated. I have purchased several bags of dog food and dog toys but never again here.

I have a bearded dragon from here and I've had it for about 6 days DEAD!! I have had much more success with a local breeder it lived about 12 years! I was expecting better quality!

It's hit and miss when I go there to get the brand of dog food my pups eat. Aside from that, I do like going here. I can always find good dog treats and the employees are always nice and helpful.

I LOVE the set up of this petco! Nicest one I've been to. Had a large selection, store was clean, and staff friendly. Just happened to be in the area, otherwise I'd go to this one more often!

Not a great selection and a huge lack of puppies

I wasn't aware that deliveries were stocked from our local store, so when I couldn't get an order because it was out of stock, that also meant it wasn't at the store either. I saw my package waiting for the driver to deliver and wanted to just take it home, but wasn't allowed since the driver was already scheduled. The store itself is well managed, and while some items are out of stock I understand it's not within the store's power sometimes.

Friendly staff and knowledgeable. Items easy to find. Staff always willing to help and share info on everything from how to save money to treats lol

Typical big box store, nothing special, a go to for typical generic supplies, rather than online purchases. Pricing ok, as always do your research.
