After only an hour of my dog being dropped off I received a call that was freaking out in her kennel and hurt herself and I needed to come get her. My dog has been to a different groomer multiple times and I have never had this problem. She had a mark on her nose that looked like it could be kennel nose from her trying to get out of the kennel. She is usually not anxious and has never tried to get out of her crate before. I’m not sure what the situation was, if her kennel was too small or if something happened that really shook her up. The ladies at the front desk were nice, but I still do not understand what could cause her to act abnormally. Upon looking at her haircut further, there is still some matted spots on her fur where it looks like they did not brush her thoroughly after her bath. They also only cleaned one of her ears.

Dirty entrance way with dog waste in entrance. Employees walked past waste and hair clumps on flour without tidying or instructing others standing around to clean. My family breeds dogs so I am not afraid of an occasional mess ,but this had obviously been there for awhile. Staff was rude. The worst attitudes I have ever encountered. This used to be a clean facility. Took payment and tip without a thank you.

Would never take my dog back. They told me she was aggressive and tried to medicate her when she was a PUPPY. My vet and new groomer both said NO WAY. New groomer says she licks them a lot. Would NOT recommend!

Have been going there since the day they opened. I have a Golden Doodle “Daisy” and they do a awesome job listening and professionally grooming my dogs!

If you are looking for a grooming company that treats your dog with professionalism, kindness and attention then Doggy Stylz is your place. I couldn't believe how great my dog looked, not only that but how wonderful she was treated. Full groom is worth every penny...definitely going back!

We took our dog into Doggy Stylz for the first time last month... couldn't have been more happy with the cut and customer service. Very happy with everything and the price was extremely reasonable.

Very disappointed in the last couple of visits, but the most recent has me thinking I may not go back, which makes me very sad because I used to be so happy with their work and how much they seemed to care about my dogs, not we’re they worn when we went to pick them up. My husband and I went to drop off our dogs and none of the staff were wearing masks. I requested their nails be done via the grinder because they are more anxious with clippers, was told no problem but when we were called and told they were ready for pickup, we showed up and their nails weren’t done so they were taken to the back and it was an obviously rushed-through job, not sure if they even got all their claws addressed with how uneven they are. When we picked up our dogs, there was a staffer from another business in the strip mall just hanging out chatting with one of the groomers, no big deal except the groomer was obviously very distracted from the dog she was grooming at the time, who kept yipping and yelping as she roughly brushed his head and shoved the trimmer through his fur. Both my dogs’ haircuts were very uneven, with several spots that weren’t even touched, their tails didn’t even look like they were brushed. My girl’s potty path has whole strip of fur that wasn’t even touched, and the back of her head is so uneven it looks ridiculous unless she tilts to the side. Cute as the head tilt is, I expect MUCH better quality for what I’m paying. My dogs have had bad experiences with groomers in the past so I know how they are when they’ve had a good grooming session and when they’ve had a bad one based on how they’re acting. Both were shaking and anxious and horribly tense for the rest of the night after we picked them up, and kept flinching at first when I was attempting to review the shoddy work. So sad to see our once favorite and trusted place have such sub-par and unprofessional results. They’ve lost our trust and our business.

Brownie did such an amazing job dying my sweet bb’s puffy tail ☺️ She also really enjoys the staff and the other doggos that come to play at their daycare there. I like that they have an outside space for them to sniff and enjoy the weather.

I took my dog up here for a grooming and she came back looking great! Best grooming she has ever had what an amazing place!

My 110 pound baby looked great when I picked him up. I was impressed by how quick they were able to take care of him. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I did not recieve one smile when I walked into the shop. The young lady that groomed my dog was very nice but the atmosphere is not welcoming, especially since I was a new customer. Overall, I will return because the groom my dog received was very good.

Don’t waste your time and money! I brought our two dogs in for a shower and deshedding. They still had mats in them after their visit. The owner said a new girl worked on them and she’s be happy to have her daughter redo them free of charge. After the second visit one dog still had mats.

They are good with my dogs. Location is only reason for 4 star. Long drive for me.

They cut both of my dog's nails in the entryway.. I was expected to hold them for her.. Which kind of defeated the purpose of taking them somewhere. They could have been cut much more.

UPDATE: They hurt my dog so bad she was bleeding and had scraps for almost 2 months. No explanation was given. No one told me she was injured. Didn’t realize she was hurt until we were home and never figured out what happened. At first I thought it was a razor burn but she was actually cut. I have been driving 2 hours to take her to her previous groomer that she loves and they weren’t able to clip her nails for 2 full times before she trusted them enough again to do it. They also told me she was shaking terribly the first 2 times she had her hair cut after her terrible experience at Doggy Stylz. We won’t be back. Original review: Always get me in quickly and do a nice job. My sweet girl always seems to enjoy her time there as much as possible and I really appreciate that. Have left several other groomers because she would shake when we got there and wasn’t ever happy to be there. But she likes this place so I like it too :) convenient location and I like that you can see everything - it’s all open so I don’t worry they are trying to hide anything.

Friendly customer service. Great atmosphere. Quick appointment times. I knew that during drop off my dog was going to be loved and well taken care of.

Professional group that do awesome care & grooming. I have been going to them for 4+ years and will not change.

I only took my Yorkie-Poo here once and I will NEVER again. I don't normally write reviews, don't want to take the time. But I feel I have to share on this one. I took my dog in, got a "puppy cut" where she was short all over, a little length left on the head. The cut itself was ok, although I thought a bit more could've been trimmed off the ears. But as I was walking my dog out to the car, she had a piece of something in her paw. I thought she'd just picked up a piece of mulch. When I got home, I discovered it was a piece of her paw pad that had almost been completely sliced off. It wasn't bleeding so I left it alone. By the next morning she could hardly walk - all 4 paws were super sore and swollen. It took 2 weeks for her to get back to normal - I had to soak her paws in Epsom Salt to help with swelling. To be fair, I never called the shop to complain - I was honestly too mad and I knew I'd end up saying something I would regret and there would most likely be no resolution anyway. Just beware and check your dogs over for nicks & scrapes!

Great job on our dogs every time, they listen to you if your dog has an issue, and they get them done within the promised time. Also get them in on a short notice.

I like that my dog is not there all day and they don't keep them couped up in a cage waiting!!

Lots of friendly help, good atmosphere.

I give them 5 stars just for the name alone but for real though I give them another 5 stars for the service that they provided.
