I’ve received such a positive and wonderful experience each time that I’ve taken my pups to get their nails trimmed here! I am so happy to be one of the lucky ones who received this recommendation and no longer have to worry about where to find an efficient and fast groomer! The staff exceeds my expectations and my gratitude is solidified with every visit.

My groomer I've had for 3 years retired. A Tender Touch was recommended! I gave them a try today and was sooo happy with the outcome. Kim did a beautiful job with Ruby, our little yorkie! Looks like I've found a new groomer! ????

A great place to have your pet bathed, cut and/or groomed. No long wait for an appointment. High quality work with friendly staff and very reasonable prices. I am very pleased.

This place was recommended 2 me by a fellow patient at my vet's office, bc I had complained that where I had been going for nail trims, kept cutting my dog (Torra) & making her bleed. I decided to try Tender Touch & I'm so glad I did! The lady who helped me, dropped everything she was doing, & cut Torra's nails right there at the front door. She was so good with Torra too, talking to her & trying to make her comfortable. It only took about 2 minutes & she didn't make her bleed at all! When she told me it was only gonna be $6, I was so shocked at how little they charge... especially for such great care, without an appointment! I will definitely be recommending A Tender Touch to everyone I know! They're absolutely FANTASTIC.

We took our puppies here today for the first time and she was very very sweet to them! Did a great job, fair price, and close to home. It was perfect for us.

I've been taking my pet family regularly (every 2 weeks) to Kim/Tender Touch for more than 10 years. They are awesome but they are so busy with regulars that it might take you some time to get worked in.

I was referred to A Tender Touch by a friend who has used them for 11 years so I thought I'd give them a try with my 1 year old Shih Tzu. Kim did a remarkable job with Izzie! She looks very cute and Kim did exactly what I requested. I will definitely be returning.

The staff is rude and unfriendly, and I have had a couple different experiences with them being careless and hurting my dog. The first time, they gave her bad razor burn on her stomach to where she developed a hot spot and couldn't quit licking, and the second being today, where they cut into her paw to where she won't stop bleeding. I would never recommend anybody to ever bring their dog here. The prices are cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for.
